We have a new multipool now running full steam so now all my pool's hash rates are combined and already showing great results and payments are flowing. This should increase and stabilize the profitability Miners that use X11, get paid DRK above and beyond what I mention here. This is because when we find a DRK block, you instantly get allocated your DRK share and it gets paid within a few hours of a block maturing. Im trying to sync the wallet. I have 2 active nodes but I am stuck at 5 days, and have been for some time. wallet version 0.8.6, is there a newer wallet available?
You might be in sync but and it might have been 5 days since a block has been found. Can you post your working nodes? Current diff is "1458697.70064650". Is there a retarget? and what would be needed for it to get there? Whys it seem so hard to mine 10 Minute blocks is what makes the coin get stuck which big hash push the diff up and then stops. I don't remember the re-target. The retarget is the same as bitcoin, 2016 blocks... no clue when the next change will be. |

Multipool profitability really dropping...
The fork didn't help things that's for sure. Several blocks were mined on a fork. But also X11 has been really low fluctuating hash rate, but I see it's bumped up today so will bring it up again. We're working a newly designed multipool which will combine the hash from both of our pools which will stability profitability a lot better. Cheers! |

Hello I am currently renting a server from OVH, I notice that 2-3 times a month we will experience downtime due to the fact the network our server is on ends up getting attacked. I am wondering if anyone can fill me in on the sites or services the exchanges use to stay online and have a secure server. I can tell you I pay now about $60 US a month for the server and we pay for Cloudflare Pro as well. I am seeing allot of big sites going with Amazon any tips would be appreciated
Perhaps ask them to move your server to another network? But I find that oddly suspicious that an attack on another server would affect yours. I have dedicated servers with them and 20+ vps's and don't encounter any issues... I'm sure a few of them are on the same network as yours. I've searched far and wide for the best and, it's OVH. It was one of there nodes that was attacked, I have had my server moved and have not had any problems with it in 2 months But I am thinking long term here and do not want to be looking for a host in the future when the site is really big I'm sure they have the capabilities to host more than your site would demand. |
