441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Introducing bitcoin to the orphans on my birthday on: December 18, 2023, 07:28:37 PM
You have done a double-good job. First of all, you provide food for orphans and make them smile for a while. And another thing is that you adapt Bitcoin directly to a large number of people. They may have established a near future and may be interested in Bitcoin. I appreciate this initiative. Most likely, crypto currency is legal in your jurisdiction; hence, you adapt Bitcoin. I wish to do something like this, to be honest. But I am hopeless that my government has declared illegal any activities related to cryptocurrency. So I can't adapt Bitcoin publicly, though I can adapt it with friends and family. Good luck to you!
442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You will burn on: December 17, 2023, 08:31:51 PM
What you said is absolutely true. I lost a lot by investing in shitcoins a long time ago. It's been dumped hard during the bear market, and my portfolio has become almost zero. It was never pumped, even though Bitcoin reached ATH again. Probably the team scammed us; hence, many exchanges delisted them and lost funds forever. After that, I am not much interested in altcoins, especially shitcoins. Even when I invest in altcoins for a short period of time, I only invest in the top coins. But I always prefer to invest in Bitcoin, definitely. It will recover once a day, whereas shitcoins never recover their prices.
443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I finally sold my computer and bought bitcoin. I don't regret . on: December 17, 2023, 08:24:43 PM
When you are selling your assets and keeping a part of them in the bank, then it doesn't make sense. I appreciate your Bitcoin investment decisions, but I'm wondering why another part of the money kept in your bank account that won't give you anything. Or do you want to follow the DCA strategy to buy bitcoin? If so, then it was a good decision. Keeping money in a bank that doesn't give you any returns is just useless. But keep in mind: don't invest in Bitcoin that you can't afford to lose. So everything depends on your financial situation, actually. For investing, Bitcoin should be financially stable.
444  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: KYC methods which make identity theft more difficult - are they possible? on: December 17, 2023, 08:16:26 PM
We can't change the methods of identity verification since they are not in our hands. The verification companies should change their policy on how to protect users from stealing their identities. If users data doesn't store any online storage, then it's impossible to steal their identity. It's a pretty simple solution that should be taken by verification companies. After completing the verification process, documents should be stored offline with a reference number. So that could be accessed and found by authorised persons only. Any other solution won't work perfectly for online verification. And offline verification is unrealistic for such a wide range of crypto services.
445  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any reliable virtual crypto debit card right now? on: December 17, 2023, 07:59:42 PM
I haven't yet found a reliable virtual card service that I can trust. Pyypl hasn't fixed anything, and there is no hope to use their service again. Regarding chain finance, it seems I have to order their hardware wallet in order to get a virtual card, as I learned from their medium post. It was made a year ago, but I don't know if they have already changed the system. I haven't found many reviews on Google about their service that would be noticeable. If anyone is using a reliable crypto virtual card service, please share it with us.
446  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why does the halving increase the price? on: December 17, 2023, 07:35:40 PM
The price of bitcoin always depends on investor demand. After halving mining rewards reduce,  investors think less Bitcoin will be added to circulation now than in the past. Most likely, that's the reason why they jump into Bitcoin after halving instead of before halving. But this time it seems investors are also interested before halving, hence the price increasing before halving as well. We are already in the bull market and might increase more after the halving. Also, ETF rumours are playing a major role in the current bull run. If ETF gets approved, then we will see more pump on the Bitcoin chart. However, each investor has a different mindset, and they think differently, which doesn't necessarily match my thoughts. I just expressed my personal opinion.
447  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Jamie Dimon said he would close Bitcoin down if he was in government on: December 12, 2023, 10:16:10 PM
Those who become very rich through the fiat system and are involved with centralised organisations won't like Bitcoin. A few people will always oppose Bitcoin, but who cares? Also, we don't know if they want to accumulate Bitcoin at a lower price since there is huge potential for Bitcoin. They always blame Bitcoin for money laundering, but the largest part of money laundering occurs in fiat currency. Why aren't they preventing multibillion-dollar money laundering through fiat? Also, they never mentioned it anywhere. However, we don't have enough time to hear their nonsense.
448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is wiser? on: December 12, 2023, 10:06:22 PM
Since there are limited funds, I will support the DCA strategy based on the current market. Because Bitcoin seems to be downtrending right now. So investing all the funds together is highly risky, and on the other hand, investing in random altcoins or shitcoins is more risky. So better buy from each dip and keep accumulating. That's why you aren't going to lose very much, though the profit won't be too high. If there were more funds on hand, then the strategy would be different.
449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Selling All Fiat In Bank For BTC? on: December 08, 2023, 11:20:56 PM
Cryptocurrency investments are always risky investments. If you put all your assets in Bitcoin, you are a gambler, not a professional investor at all. No matter if you are a billionaire, you should always have fiat to survive. Its because cryptocurrency would dump anytime and you would suffer. It's always advisable to invest in something you can afford to lose. Otherwise, you'll have to live with the consequences of a hard dump. Don't think crypto or bitcoin investment is a quick-rich method.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you withdraw your cryptocurrency from an exchange to a bank account on: December 08, 2023, 11:00:11 PM
So are you looking to liquidate your cryptocurrency into a bank account? Then you have to find out which bank supports withdrawing from a crypto exchange. Because exchange would have partnerships only with a few banks, not with all the banks in your country. You have to find available options on your exchange to withdraw. You have to comply with government rules and taxation. Otherwise, you have to sell P2P and make cash deposits to your banks. You know better about cryptographic regulations in your country and can choose the safest way.
451  Economy / Service Discussion / Any reliable virtual crypto debit card right now? Solved on: December 08, 2023, 10:47:53 PM
I had been using a Pyypl virtual debit card that served very well until it was enabled. But it seems Pyypl has been unable to resume their card service for a long time. That's the card I trust, because even though they had issues with cards, I could withdraw funds through banking channels. However, I am facing some issues, especially managing my subscription since Pyypl is not working right now and I don't know when it will work. So I am seeking another trusted virtual debit card that could be used through cryptocurrency. If anyone is using a trusted virtual card service, please share your experience.
452  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone been using Pyypl? It seems a potential virtual card can use crypto on: December 08, 2023, 10:10:17 PM
What card exactly you are using from alchemy pay? Is it from bit.store website or something else?
There's another collaborating with Binance. Called cardypto but powered by alchemy pay, thought its interface looks like that of Bit.store. I am not yet sure about their reputation, since it seems to be a new service.

I will send screenshots of how it looks like when I get on my mobile. It's funny because there is no support on the web or PC version of Binance app.

Just let us know your experience with Cardypto. I have heard firsthand about it, and it seems Binance P2P hasn't added this payment method yet. Write more details about their KYC and deposit system. If the card system works fine, then most likely I need to use them. I need a virtual card as soon as possible. Because our government has a limit on spending foreign currency, it can't be used in many places due to limitations.
453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHY PEOPLE ARE NOT TAKING THEIR PRIVACY SERIOUSLY. on: December 08, 2023, 10:01:24 PM
Nowadays, protecting our privacy is becoming harder. Centralised organisations think those who want to protect privacy are involved in illegal business. It's regrettable that even centralised exchanges are not accepting funds from those who mixed their coins in various ways. Someone informed me a few days ago that Binance asked him to show them where the transaction came from. That fund actually came from a mixer, and Binance flagged it. I am just curious why centralised exchanges even need to bother with where funds came from if there are no hacking stories related to them. Cryptocurrency is becoming centralised day by day, making it hard to protect our privacy.
454  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone been using Pyypl? It seems a potential virtual card can use crypto on: December 08, 2023, 08:02:15 AM
I am really disappointed in the Pyypl card service. At the beginning, their services were too good, though the support system was worse from the beginning. I have used their cards in many marketplaces and services when they were with Mastercard. I think their visa card gave service for a few times and shut down again. I have to find an alternative card service to avoid such an issue. I am going to withdraw everything from Pyypl and come back when their card service works perfectly. There is no meaning in holding funds there or using their services if the card system that we need is not working anyway.
455  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you think people can overcome any danger if they want to? on: December 08, 2023, 12:35:51 AM
Sorry for you and your family. It's good to see you on the forum, and welcome here. It seems you are in a critical situation but are interested in crypto. I don't know how you introduced the forum, but keep in mind that this isn't an earning platform. You can learn from this related crypto and may apply. Crypto won't change your life overnight, but it could. You have to learn and struggle to earn decent money. Then you may invest in Bitcoin to grow your capital. Crypto is a risky investment, so invest that you can afford to lose. So, spend more time learning crypto and making an investment strategy.
456  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beginners struggle to rank up but established accounts leave easily? on: December 07, 2023, 11:15:48 PM
Anything won't prevent you from using Bitcointalk anyway unless you leave it yourself. Bitcointalk could be used through the Tor browser as well, so any regulations won't prevent you from using it. Those who are leaving the forum, personal reasons are forced to leave it. We shouldn't think negatively about it. They might come back when they feel they need it or never come back. We all have a personal life, and we could live as we want. Rank or earning merits aren't facts here.
457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: help me not to leave btc on: December 07, 2023, 11:06:06 PM
You already mentioned in your thread that you have been following DCA, which is a good strategy for me. I believe you already have a good profit if you invested a month ago. You are the one who could help me not leave Bitcoin. We could just encourage you; we can't force you, BTW. However, you already saw the power of Bitcoin, and you are one of its beneficiaries. So more good days are coming for Bitcoin. We are on a bull trend now and have the possibility of breaking previous ATHs if Bitcoin ETFs get approved by the SEC. This is enough for now to not leave Bitcoin. Who is already in Bitcoin I don't feel he should ever leave it.
458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any way to swap Bitcoin? on: December 07, 2023, 10:50:42 PM
If you intend to sell, then you may swap to altcoin from DEX and sell it. I had used TrustWallet to swap my coins, like from BNB to Bitcoin or Bitcoin to BNB. So it does break the chain and transaction history. For example, if you want to sell, convert your bitcoin to ETH and sell through P2P or whatever you like. If you still want to hold Bitcoin, then deposit ETH to centralised exchanges and make an exchange for Bitcoin. Then you can withdraw Bitcoin from the exchanges. Keep in mind that it does break all the previous transactions, but it doesn't assure your privacy when you are using centralised exchanges. They might know that you own the address, but you will get fresh coins from the exchange.
459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Finally I did it (I am happy to join). on: December 07, 2023, 10:23:36 PM
Congratulations and welcome to the Bitcoin community. It was good to see that eventually you bought your first bitcoin, and your buying experience was good. I am glad to see that you moved your bitcoin to Electrum, which is a non-custodial wallet. In the future, try to buy a hardware wallet when you can afford it. Because a hardware wallet is more secure and doesn't cost much lately. I assume you will buy more bitcoin and increase your portfolio this way. Make your own Bitcoin investment strategy, which will help you build your portfolio the right way. Don't regret it, and hold tight if you see Bitcoin start dumping.
460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: $40k Price Target Achieved on: December 05, 2023, 07:21:47 PM
It seems we are officially in a bull trend. I don't know the exact reason, but investors start realising that a Bitcoin investment would be a better investment than any other investment. Probably this is the ETF news trend. I believe when ETFs get approved, Bitcoin will probably reach $60,000. Then it would move more slowly and surpass the previous ATH. The good news is that investors are start to believe again in Bitcoin. I hope Bitcoin will keep growing.
