Hey?

I'm getting this error:
http://pasteboard.co/2oczhVuB.png

Can you please tell me how to fix it?

Is this on a new installation? It looks like a database corruption.

Have you tried going to C:/Users/You/AppData/Roaming/Warp and deleting all except wallet.dat and reinstallling?

I can confirm this works.  I have had my machine shutdown randomly from a driver crash or power out and the wallet gets corrupted.  I delete everything except wallet.dat and I am back in business.

I created a bitstream for the ZTEX 1.15y board and want to share it with the decred community.  If you have a ZTEX 1.15y board, you should be able to mine DCR using this modified cgminer and bitstream.

I have put the bitstream at the following link.  It gets about 800Mh/s.

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/j1d12ixhfthj0y7/ztex_ufm1_15y1.bit?dl=0

The cgminer is located at the following link:

    https://github.com/sprocket-fpga/cgminer_3.7.2_ztex

Below are the steps I used to modify Decred cgminer 0.0.5 to run on my Raspberry Pi.

    1) sudo apt-get update
    2) sudo apt-get install libusb-1.0-0-dev libusb-1.0-0 libcurl4-openssl-dev libncurses5-dev libudev-dev screen libtool automake pkg-config libjansson-dev
    3) git clone https://github.com/decred/cgminer
    4) cd cgminer
    5) sudo ./autogen.sh
    6) sudo ./configure --disable-adl --enable-icarus
    7) copy .c and .h files to cgminer directory
    8 ) copy .bit to cgminer\bitstreams
    9) sudo make
    10) Command Line: cgminer --disable-gpu --blake256 -o < url:port > -u < username > -p < password > --ztex-clock 100:100

Note: This miner only works on Getwork pools. It does not have the Stratum logic incorporated yet.

Open Issue: This miner seems to work fine for up to 4 ztex boards. More than 4 boards is causing the cgminer to crash after 10 minutes.  If you have any ideas how to fix this issue, please PM me.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you find this miner useful, please feel free to leave a tip:

  BTC: 14QcqFWZ9Y1j1aUHeUNySoMr4t9ZWJYt2a
  DCR: Dsj6WcnPYDPxDr99pQkTKeFsfh55KBJS2jY

Hehe - any chance you can find a way to port to Cairnsmore 1 units?  I am loaded with them! :-)

Can't seem to connect to Suprnova....I used stratum+tcp://dcr.suprnova.cc:2252 ever since it was released and supported, but now the miner just says it can't connect to 2252.  Anyone else having this?

had the same problem - i switched over to yiimp - finding blocks no problem.

SP - getting all rejects on the vanilla algo with Suprnova.  Any suggestions - says all low difficulty shares.  Fyi 750ti doing about 1100mh

Play with the --diff parameter --diff 8 or --diff 0.1

is nicehash working?

ccminer -a vanilla -o stratum+tcp://blake256r8vnl.eu.nicehash.com:3351 -u  1CTiNJyoUmbdMRACtteRWXhGqtSETYd6Vd -p x

Diff didn't fix it on suprnova - I have to leave for the day - soccer tournament - I will have to check out nicehash later

Awesome - donation sent.

Sendt. Please report your hashrates in the thread.

The GTX960M(640 cuda cores) does 1006MHASH vs 905MHASH in 1.7.4 I expect the 750ti to do around 1GHASH as well.

Actually I got it 11% faster now.

Ok - I will wait to see some numbers before I invest .2 BTC - I am using Alexis's miner and getting a nice hash.  I am interested in the performance on 970, 960, and 750ti.  Thanks - pokeytex.

1.7.4 contains the latest Alexis's code. My version is 9% faster.

Ah ok - I misunderstood.  - Check your pm.

SP - what is the vanillacoin miner doing on a 750ti and 970?  Currently?

I have only tested it on the gtx 960M. +9% faster than 1.7.4

Hello - Is there a list of updated nodes?  I only have (1) connection.  Cry

Thanks for reminding me, lol.. New seednodes also in the wallet update

thank you.  what should the chipcoin.conf look like on the inside?

@shapetwist - This is a post from John Connor in the Vanillacoin (Vcash) forum:

"Due to the extreme toxicity level, trolls, scams and dis-honest moderators I will no longer be participating in bitcointalk.org. I have migrated to https://forum.bitcoin.com/vanillacoin/ where these types of behaviors are not tolerated. Cool

Thank you for your support."

@shapetwist - I wouldn't pay any mind to the rants and raves of this forum - just keep at your work and the trolls will be silent.

Peace - pokeytex

Wasn't there a plan to release complete DMD Pi box in the past?  I'd rather not buy one with a low-end SD card that I have no use for LOL.  Looks like class 10 SDHC/SDXC 64GB would be minimum.  And what happened to DiamondOS ...

@utahjohn - I recently purchased this complete Pi3 pack on Amazon - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01C6Q2GSY?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00

It has a class 10 32gb chip included.  Not to bad at $80 - it is a complete kit to get you started.

I know Shapeshift doesn't like to give updates in PM's, so I'm asking here...
Shapeshift, can you give us an update on the VPN integration process?

Regards

Goldmaxx

@Goldmaxx - I think I saw a tweet from you that mentions - @shapetwist reminds you of @johnconnor - I totally agree!  Genius Devs in the works!  I know JC can code though (XVC) - WOW what a jump in price there!  Grin

Does anyone know if a Decred blake256 14 bitstream will be released for existing FPGA's?

There's HDL for LX9 - can be used on Mojo v3.

Thanks Wolf0 - I am looking for a working bitstream for the Cairnsmore1.

Yeah, you're not gonna find HDL or a bitstream for LX150. Not for a while, at least. I hear kramble's code won't do it (suboptimal implementation core leads to it not synthesizing and fitting on LX150 when extended from 8-round to 14-round) but I haven't tried because I found his code so unreadable I didn't even want to start with it as a base - so I wrote it from scratch. I do have a ZTEX quad (1.15y) that behaves somewhat badly... I might try using my design and putting it to LX150.

Well if you get it working and can port to a CM1 - I can donate.  Let me know.

Here is the part I don't understand.  All of you folks that keep quoting the troll are giving him power.  If you all just ignore the hell out of him he will go away!  Use the damn ignore button and STOP quoting.  Plain and simple!  The troll litters this thread with useless rants.  Please STOP quoting him!  Take some advice from "Wander Over Yander" and ignore the troll!  https://youtu.be/rnjVY0TWoxo

Oh, I had forgotten about the "ignore" button...
Does wonders when you want to get rid of trolls...

LOL - I hit that "ignore" button a long time ago!

@zebedee, since you deleted your post.

Let me tell you what it is to develop a coin like WARP.

It's about knowing and applying knowledge in diverse areas such as economics, backend and frontend development, man management, business management, marketing, and so forth.

What was happening was: I, as the creator of WARP and main force behind it, responsible for everything that was done so far, suggested ideas that put the richest guys in danger. The richest guys - who never wanted to help, instead kept pm'ing for inside info - didn't like to have their position in risk, so they dumped most of their coins.

Seems to me that all this issue was caused by a small group of people that didn't know how to read me. And the fact there were instant large dumps when slack channel was removed clearly states it.

I won't be biased, influenced by the needs of investors. My aim is to create a board of sensible people that actually do care about making a good project. If you have 50k coins but you can't even put a reasonable and clear thought straight, then I have no choice but to ignore your PM's.

You all complain about the price. I clearly fucking don't. Have you noticed who pumped the price in the first place? Yeah, that's right, the top 10 guys.

My job is to be the force behind WARP. I will continue to do so.
Expect some news in the coming days.

never deleted my post, its still there Smiley I understand you have had alot on your plate and have worked incredibly hard to get to where WARP is today. I think this thing with the Top investors is mostly in your head. I certainly never pm'd you asking for 'inside information' , cant speak for others.  No one pumped the coin to 60K plus, the price got that high because the large holders, who had faith in WARP before anyone else did , held their coins.  I know you dont give a fuck about the price but to intentionally or by anger cause the price to tank 100's% by making very dubious comments on slack and then killing it out of the blue is a very bad move.  Serious investors and institutions such as Poloniex will not take a coin seriously when there is a sole dev who is unpredictable/loose cannon. Wether you like it or not your actions have serious repercussions on the market and as such on the coin itself.

I understand your concerns, but if you can't speak for others why do you generalize then? In fact, I have been pressured since the beginning by quite some people in private. They crossed the line just before I deleted slack: that included threats that could jeopardize WARP very heavily.

I am very open to discuss proper stuff instead of price talk. I believe that my actions and decisions - although perceived as unpredictable for some - were the best for WARP, although very hard to make. I think that is a strong sign for serious people/institutions that I am damn serious about it, and will not allow to be manipulated or get under-the-table benefits for the sake of a few individuals. I stand for my decisions and don't give a fuck about who tried to influence and bribe me.

Zebedee, I know some good people out of the slack channel feel that it was unjust. Give it time and I will gather a better version of it. Now it's pretty clear to me who had good and bad intentions. If you don't understand my position, sorry.

@shapetwist - ok - first I am glad you are back.  I was freaked out the other day when slack went dark as that was my main channel for all things WARP!  Smiley - I wasn't aware of the pressure you were getting on the other end and now it all makes sense of your frustration.  I did as I said in BTC talk and distributed 5000 of my coins to get better distribution.  I hope that helps a little and I in no way ever was meaning to appear greedy if you meant me at all.  I am happy with my holding now and will continue to support WARP.
