OK if yahoo62278 will manage this campaign, it will reduce spam for sure.
If he is allowed to manage within his own ambit rather than conform to the house rules already being enforced. Their current style targets quantity and renowned managers target quality. There would have to be a lot of changes on their regulations to ensure it's not another spam fest. From the discussion I've followed in the other threads, they seem interested in getting a manager to handle the campaign.

I highly doubt there would be an official stance on the matter, the moderators would have to use their own discretion to decide whether or not to permit it. And both parties involved in the sale would also have to show their license and prove they are from a jurisdiction that permits it's sale.

One notable bet that comes to mind is the last match up between PSG and Barcelona in the round of 16 of the UCL. After the first leg trashing by PSG almost everyone thought Barcelona we're already out and needed a miracle to make it into the next round. I went against the majority and bet on the Catalans to qualify. Which was much higher that the odds for them to win the match on the night. They left it late but won the match and the tie.

The pre-sale of one coin does not imply that the entire altcoin market is finally coming to. Altcoin is not a single currency, and while majority might move in a certain direction in the market they do not always react the same. it’s a fully prepared project with almost 8k registered wallets on Ubikiri, dozens of masternodes, its own blockchain, really big ecosystem of already working projects.
Lots of projects have their own blockchain and also a working ecosystem, or at least they start up so. It's not an indication of if a project that would have a lasting impact on the market. Do you research, if you want to go long-term, short term or even invest at all.

I don't think the market has bottomed yet based on the price action but that could be an indication we're getting close.
I also do not, I would not be surprised with figures below the $7k mark. But I do think that whatever bottom the value settles at would be a historic level, and we would not go below that again after the price bounces back from this period of dip.

Edit: Sevilla's next fixture should be a good one (vs Real Sociedad ). Both teams have made fine starts to the season, for Sevilla not much of a surprise, but Real Sociedad have been very impressive in their victories and also their style of play. Strong defensively and offensively. It's almost impossible to pick a winner, I'd much rather gamble on the number of goals as I expect quite a few from this fixture.

Replace Bitcoin at the top of the market cap list or as a means of exchange? I have my stash if cryptocurrencies and each one has it's own use case; I use some as hedge funds and others to access a certain product. Bidooh for example is used to purchase exposure on digital billboards. Bitcoin can not serve all this purposes, so every investment should have a target market. If I were a developer, I wouldn't aim at replacing Bitcoin, rather I'd look for a unique way to utilize the blockchain.

Except you bought four months ago when bitcoins and indeed other cryptocurrencies were deep in the bear period, you would be selling at a loss if you sold now. And a smart investor wouldn't panic sell at a loss.
It is always advised that traders should only spend capital they can afford to lose, in this case you would not be in dire need of cash and need to dip into your crypto pocket. We are currently in a buying phase

PMs are not something I sent often although, u have received a few and that started a conversation. I do not quite find the message layout comfortable for an extended discussion, especially as I first think, 'why would my post be deleted' when I see a message notification. I would much rather ask for your telegram and chat there.
A little off topic; is anyone else seeing a different layout for BT? Just got back online after a while, and it's a little modified.

Does the chart never lie?
I really not understand what you mean by this question. The chart is just a representation of the market value of a currency over time. This can be adjusted from a couple of hours to a couple of months. People interpret the charts uniquely and based on their own analysis. It's a prediction, not a certain type or a prophecy. Do your own research and make your own financial decisions.

Bitcoin was a bubble, popped at 20K.
Down is all it has left.
A bubble is a period in the market and not the industry itself. Bitcoin can not technically be a bubble, you can however say the price 'bubbled', which some would argue it didn't as it recovered significantly and still maintains a value, considering how high it is now, from it's very first market value, it is asinine to call Bitcoin a bubble.

But in my experience, I'd rather disable the analytics (faster load time), keep building, and focus on the customer's experience. Guess what? I'm a much happier person right now. But each entrepreneur has a different approach regarding this, so it's fine as long as it's profitable.
Mintdice team seem to also be working hard on improving the customer experience while also handling the marketing aspect. Disabling the analytics is possible, but I doubt the possibility of it being faked would chase potential visitors, so there's really no harm done. It's just similar to trading, some investors would go with the trending currencies while others would do fundamental analysis and go for the one with the most potential.

...It’s a shame that their best team in decades looks to have run its course without winning a single trophy. I expect Poch to leave next summer & players like Eriksen, Vertonghen & Alderweireld to go too, seeking silverware elsewhere.
I do not think the team has run it's cause yet. Eriksen would very likely move on next summer and maybe some other names, but they still have a young squad and can reinvest into equally good talents. Over the years they have lost some very good players, notably, Bale, Modric and Walker, and yet they had a fantastic run in the UCL last season. Pochetinno however would be a very huge loss, after years of switching managers quickly they would want to win something out of his extended stay in charge, and would not want to return to switching managers.

If Barcelona conditions like the previous season, surely I am sure Barcelona will win later. But unfortunately this season is very much a change, both for Barcelona and Inter. Barcelona hasn't even been on a positive trend, while Inter are very good right now. A draw is very likely to occur in this match.
Despite their poor start to the season, Camp Nou has remained a fortress and Barcelona are unlikely to lose there. The fans and atmosphere appears to elevate the performance of the team to a level they can not match when on the road. Inter are also a very good side and just had a strong win against Lazio. Conte is doing a very impressive job over at Italy.

hmm injuries or not, I will have a look at the first 15 minutes of the game and than decide to make a bet or not, still thinking that Sevilla can win this game with a handicap +1
The odds would be modified 15 minutes into the game depending on where the tides of the game flows. So the game might not be so attractive for a single bet if the odds drop lower. I would expect Sevilla to win the game though, with their performances I've watched, they are a very good side on their day.

...
That may be the case, but for some of the top teams in England, the league cup and the Carabao cup could be the best chance for a title this season. City and Liverpool are on levels above anyone else and would likely compete for the league. We saw Tottenham drop out in the last round and the Spurs fans continue their wait for a title in many years.

Hope this lets us focus on Premier League.
Manchester City all but debunked that idea last season. A team does not stand a better chance of winning one competition of it loses in another, if anything it has a psychological effect on the team for the next couple of weeks. City won all three domestic titles, Liverpool won the UCL despite competing for the league title till the very last day.

From the moment I figured he was substituted at halftime I knew something was probably, I really hope it is not serious, and you never know taking him out could just have been a precaution, I hope that was the case. Messi is too much of a price to pay for 3 points.
The coach in his press conference after the match, said it was a 'discomfort', and they didn't want to risk it, that's why he was taken off. He was probably also jetlagged as he was in Italy for the FIFA Thebest ceremony, just a night before the match. He shouldn't have started. Dembele is back, hopefully he'd stick around to ease the pressure this time around.
Ansu Fati can also help out, if he gets more playing time. I understand he's young and needs to be properly managed, but he produces chances when he plays. Another tough match away next, every away matche is tough for Barcelona this season. I won't be expecting lots of goals from the fixture, under 2.5 perhaps.

And we can always optimize further given more time.
The ability to adjust with changing circumstances is what most subscribers are looking for. I don't usually check how much time it takes my withdrawal or deposits to reflect and only check on it much later. But others may be quite different and may need it at specific times. I wouldn't mind the withdrawal fees being lowered marginally though.

I've used that phrase before, but never for people who participate with regular Bitcoin-based campaigns. Bounty hunters who participate in altcoin campaigns do usually for that description. They'll end up working weeks for something that's barely even worth anything in the end. They're also the biggest spammers usually.
This became quite evident very recently. At the boom of the ICO market when Bitcoin rallied to it's current all time high, there were lots of altcoin signatures whose payments were very substantial when they hit the market and even better a few weeks or months later. I can even think of some of the top of my head. I can't speak for the altcoin market now, as I don't really participate or follow their discussions. But if the altcoin general value is anything to go by, it's not a very good period.
