good news we had over 1000 finished BTC -> DMD Conversion rounds at https://multipool.bit.diamonds/
average of two times daily since its start (most days one multipool and one cloudmining payout rounds which both use same BTC-DMD conversion engine)

to celebrate this today i double the DMD CLoudmining payout out of my own pocket

enjoy!

over 213000 DMD redistributed between multipool and cloudmining users another great number!

ty @cryptonit - most appreciated!

Anyone have the solution?  I cannot start my masternodes after a power failure last night.  My wallet wouldn't start so i deleted all files except the transfer.conf, masternode.conf, and wallet.dat from the controller folder.  I then re-synced the block chain and the wallet opened again.  When I tried to open the masternodes they opened and then immediately shut down.  I deleted all files from the masternode folders except wallet.dat and transfer.conf and copied everything over from the controller wallet that just synced.  Unfortunately no masternodes will load again.  Any ideas?

I guess this is why the slack account was deleted smh really what is going on

I am not sure - I thought it was a knee jerk reaction but this just seems like a way to kill the coin.  I had thought @shapetwist more professional than this but I await his post.  I would have thought he would post by now.
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WARP - Something different - VPN Wallet BETA Release - Bittrex/YoBit on: March 07, 2016, 09:09:54 PM
I am guessing that:

1
Wj2MohNY...
90,431.0 WARP   8.25 %   5 hours
2
WWPgUKpU...
81,896.4 WARP   7.47 %   12 hours 40 minutes

Are exchange wallets?

This is what all here said.
I think he was a bit tired to reply on each posts here and on Slack too.

Also - I know he has been sick so not sure where to think with this.
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WARP - Something different - VPN Wallet BETA Release - Bittrex/YoBit on: March 07, 2016, 08:59:05 PM
What the hell, why is the slack deleted?

Shapetwist got mad and deleted slack, as far as I can see. I'm kind of disappointed. I really liked the community we had going.
I sold a bunch of coins, and I was one of the top holders, so hopefully that helps the distribution. I'm now a medium sized fish in a big ocean of WARP.

Yeah - I think he got pissed off at the discussion however he can only answer that as I only got through reading midway through.  I know the gist of it was that there were too many early adopters holding over 50% of the coin and he wanted it spread out a bit more.  As I said I started with 27,000 and am now at 22,000 and will drop 3,000 more in the next day or two.  I hope it goes to new hands.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: WARP - Something different - VPN Wallet BETA Release - Bittrex/YoBit on: March 07, 2016, 08:22:11 PM
Wow big moves on Yobit 20+ btc volume nice !
43 btc volume for Yobit and Bittrex. Well done guys!  Cool

Some of us bigger holders need to release some of this coin into other holder hands - I started with 27000+, I now have 22,000+.  I will vow to sell another 3,000 in the next day or two.

it will bring up the community for sure.
I've started to do the same and Shapetwist should be really happy to see this happened !

I have learned over the last month or so - @shapetwist is extremely passionate about this coin!  I think he has all of our best interests in mind.  I am led to believe he has big plans and am willing to stay on for the ride.

Guys, I am all for taking as long as necessary to develop something and getting one's ducks in a row, even if it takes a year. In the ugly world of virtual currencies there is very little that can be done to assess devs and whether they are above board or not. One of the few things that can be looked at is actions and if a promise is made if the promise is kept. I am therefore a strong believer in less is more. If a dev is working on something then dont give a fixed deadline unless you have the resources to deliver - project management 101. Rather talk about in the next few weeks or couple of months or when it is ready or keep a low profile. If you want to be loud, fine, but have the resources in place to make good then on what you say.

Lets look at 2 scenarios:

Dev A:
Ill deliver feature X by next Monday. On Monday the dev posts his dev did not have access to the internet. By Wednesday he is sick. By Friday who knows? People get anxious and start to ask questions. Dev finally delivers by the next Monday.

Dev B:
Ill deliver over the next few weeks or so. Monday in 2 weeks the dev delivers and makes a post with the links. Everyone claps hands for the dev for delivering.

Both achieve the same delivery date but dev B has also achieved some credibility whereas dev A has lost credibility.

I re-iterate that I would like to see warp succeed, but I have lost twice recently with coins where the dev starts with excuses after making promises and it turned out to be a duck. Apologies for saying if something looks like a duck, quacks like a duck and walks like a duck that it probably is a duck. It is possible though that it could not be a duck, but statistics in virtual currencies are heavily against that. I would appreciate if the dev can work on his delivery statements and rather make statements when the delivery is ready for release or then if he decides to make a promise, to keep to it. It is not my coin though so I have no say in how dev wants to run things. It is important to make sure that there is nothing that could make the public think it is a duck (perhaps mistakenly), especially if the coin has the potential to get onto a big exchange like Polo and if the dev team wants to be taken seriously. This actually makes me think that I tweeted Polo to consider warp a few hours before the promised release which then did not happen (which in hind-sight was premature). This should be enough evidence that my intentions are pure.

This is a well thought - well articulated point.  I don't know @shapetwist personally but I do know he will respond with another well thought - well articulated response.  You make a lot of sense and you are right.  I always say "Under promise and over deliver!".  I am not making excuses for @shapetwist but I do read the slack a lot - he is constantly working on this coin! - pokeytex

Are we considering switching to a self-moderated thread?

georgem already said that he likes the jungle. Then, you will always see my flag in the other threads. And what you will say when this flag will be seen all over the world ?

That flag will never be seen flying all over the world.  The places that it is flying are shrinking everyday.  Enjoy your flawed ideology.  Say hello to United States and allied bombs which is your inevitable fate.  If you see a drone in the sky run for cover.

The rest of us are enjoying time with our families and friends while you continue to waste your lives.  Life is for living not killing and dying.  But fools never realize that until it's too late.

LOL - "if you see a drone" - you won't know the drone is there until it is too late!
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][CHIP] Chipcoin | X11 Full PoS | Yobit | C-Cex on: March 06, 2016, 11:51:44 PM
Chip is being de-listed from Ccex...  Anyone else see that?

Yes I noticed, and tbh.. I can't be much bothered with that.. When you look at the market since october/november 2015, most of the action happend on yobit.. I am thinking about cryptopia as a c-cex alternative for now.. I will contact them..

Very cool!  I don't sell so it doesn't bother me!  Grin

A single 980ti will earn $200 a month mining decred.
With a 10% faster  private miner you make $20
more pr card. 0.1 btc ($40) is a bargain

Is $200/mo figured with or without power cost?

In case anyone NEW in here reads the FUD post above - one important thing to note about this coin is that the DEV did not receive a single coin in the crowd sale!  The DEV purchased all of his coins from the exchange like anyone new coming into the coin!  That should tell you all something!  Just FYI...

539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell kernels. on: March 06, 2016, 06:48:43 PM
Sp-mod decred private 1 is doing 600mhash @1405 core. 1.7.4 opensource is doing 550 on the same card and clock. Both compiled with cuda 7.5.

Only 0.1 btc guys

I get 1405 Mh/s per 970 and 495 Mh/s per 750 Ti with 1.7.4 with OC. I have no idea how others get 550.

If I was mining Decred I might buy it but I'm not. Eth is much more profitable and uses about 15-20% less electricity.

@bathrobehero - what is the best miner out at the moment for the 970 on ETH?

Thanks everyone for the support. You have been great.

I have been working on the VPN features and it has been real fun. Unfortunately tonight, we were not able to fix a main bug in time for release.
It's a shame but I have no other option but to postpone it 24 or 48 hrs.

However, since you all have been so great, I will publish an earlier version of the beta client.
To try it out, you need to install OpenVPN first: https://openvpn.net/index.php/open-source/downloads.html

Consider this v1.05. Please note, it will only work on some Windows versions. All future releases will disable v1.05.

https://mega.nz/#!eZxjQSRZ!cG0YMBM2ihYDAGfZ6sVsaY01-u4XYxaYVgxiRmR8SDw

Have fun and see you tomorrow.

I already have it installed, but is that all that's required?  Or do you need to have it connected somewhere?

When I tested all I had to do was install OpenVPN and then run VPN from wallet.
