521  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the market going to dump like that 2018? on: December 19, 2021, 06:24:11 PM
Only red lights have been burning in the market for several days now. Many have investing and lost a lot. I have lost a lot by investing myself. I don't really understand which way the market is going or will go. What do you suggest in such a situation?

Those who cant see red light must not do any sort of trading whether its crypto or any other trading. There is equal possibility of 2018 like dump or 100,000$ from here. Keep one thing in your mind, nobody here can predict crypto market with certainty. My few satoshis are that its because of Christmas investors are taking break thats why bears have taken over. After christmas market will be fine once again.
P.S: DYOR before you made any decision.
522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WHEN DO YOU BUY BITCOIN? on: December 19, 2021, 06:18:42 PM

What is your strategy to buy bitcoin?

My strategy is that whenever I have free cash I invest in BTC only. Apart from that I circulate my crypto investments by selling when I see my target BTC price and buying whenever there is a dip. This strategy requires patience but it has never betrayed me. 5 years since I started my crypto investment, I can proudly say that I am in profit.

At least in Ashes the both are not clicking that's why England should try some other combination. I think with same mind set England dropped both of them in first Test and that proved to be a disaster because of there flop batting lineup. Anderson is already 39 years, I dont think he can go for 5 to 6 more years from here on.

Anderson may not be the perfect guy, but he has done well enough to guarantee a spot within the playing XI. Honestly I was shocked when he was dropped from the playing XI for the first test. He always maintains very good fitness levels and therefore I think that if he want, then he can go for another 5 years quite easily. And look at the younger generation bowlers like Woakes, Wood, Robinson, Mahmood and Archer. None of them are consistent. Unless they perform consistently, I guess the selectors should show adequate respect towards Anderson.

England need quality pace attack like Australians have that can break partnerships. Right now I don't see there is anyone in there bowling lineup that can show some threat to Aussies. Likewise there batting revolves around Root only, I don't know with what intentions Haseeb was included as opener.
Is this England who is performing badly or its Australia doing too good ?

Covid came as a blessing for WI as they were whitewashed on T20 series and same was expected in ODI series. PCB will be satisfied since they were able to conduct international matches in Pakistan. WI players catching covid in Pakistan will be a set back for PCB as other team will show concern before touring Pakistan next time.

LOL.. that's an insane argument. West Indies players got COVID because they failed to adhere to the bio-bubble rules. What does the PCB has to do here? And this is not the first time that touring players have tested positive. For the Indian team, players have tested positive during the Sri Lankan and England tours. Now I am not sure why everyone is trying to blame the host nation here. And even the West Indies management hasn't complained about the security precautions provided by the Pakistanis.

Small boards may agree with your arguments but when it comes to big boards like Aus, NZ and England they have find another excuse of not to tour Pakistan. I do agree that WI players caught virus before coming to Pakistan but its responsibility to pcb to test all players coming in to stop the spread of virus. Seems like testing was not done.
525  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you want to quit trading ? on: December 18, 2021, 06:33:52 PM

Patients is the most important thing in the cryptocurrency trading because when you invest on the Crypto then you should wait for market correction. When you get some profits then you should sell your cryptocurrencies...

Patience is not for short term trading rather it's for hodlers. If you have spare time and can sit in front of your computer for 24/7 only then you can go for trading. I always lose money whenever I go for short term trading that why I quit trading long ago. Hodling is the only key to success in crypto.
526  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy more so you can sell some on: December 18, 2021, 06:29:38 PM
It is correct that trading is more profitable than holding but Holding is safe and in trading, there is a high risk of losing if you can't understand market sentiment correctly. Check BTC price it was just 10K a year ago and now it is 49K, 4.9x in a year is a big gain. Similarly, Ethereum was only 600 and now it is 4K, approximately 7x. So Holding has also high benefit.

Well it's easy to say then perform, stats shows that majority of traders end up in loss. There are very few that are in profit and based on such few success stories we can't say that trading is more profitable then hodling. It's better to earnimited profit patiently then losing money in haste.

Well, the most awaited ODI series between Pakistan and West Indies has been postponed due to the outbreak of covid in the West Indies players.

Pakistan vs West Indies ODIs postponed to June 2022

Both teams will resume the series in June 2022 when it will be summer and hopefully, things will be much better at that time of the year.

That was supposed to happen because of the number of WI players getting infected due to this virus. I hope they are able to conclude the series as the situation is getting worse again because of the new variant. In any case I think the Pakistan team will win the ODI series too after seeing the worst performance by WI team in the T20 series.

Why do they need to replace Broad and Anderson? Anderson in particular can go on for another 5-6 years at least and can easily target 1,000 test wickets. Just because someone is young, that doesn't mean that they should replace more skilled players. In case of Woakes however, I think that the selectors need to rethink. Mark Wood maybe a better choice? I would still support going with 4 pacers, because Jack Leach looked out of sorts during the first test. Anyway, they have a part-time spin bowler in Joe Root.

At least in Ashes the both are not clicking that's why England should try some other combination. I think with same mind set England dropped both of them in first Test and that proved to be a disaster because of there flop batting lineup. 529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 17, 2021, 08:18:00 PM

The international team of west Indies is any ways weak and will never be able to prosper again, most of their players have become stars due to international leagues only, except a few rest have not played that much international cricket and most of their fame comes from T20 leagues, last great test batsmen of WI were Brian Lara, Chandrapaul and Sarwan, post that there has never been any giant player who has played consistently for them for a long time in all three formats.

Dont know what happens to WI team, they were once strongest team in cricket world and now a days they are playing WC qualifiers. We see there star players playing T20 leagues but they are not included in national side, I don't know wts the reason for that. 2016 was the last time they went up but since then its a dry period. Covid saved them from another whitewash in ODI series.
530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 17, 2021, 06:43:02 PM
Lol this is funny stat. All these 4D chess tactics and strategy of saving Broad-Jimmy for pink ball test, their team ended up bowling 150 overs in the first inning and i should add that Aussie declared the inning, not bowled out.

Chris Woakes should play at home only, if not then let him open lol. He would do better job than Burns at the top order. Their batting averages are almost same.

I do agree that woakes is just an over rated players. His performance in 2019 WC is the only remarkable I remember. England most of times in Ashes is down and out, as far as this test is concerned I am sure Aus will easily win it. England should look for some new talent that can replace Jimmy/Broad pair.
531  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Millennial trading formula on: December 16, 2021, 06:06:18 PM
I don't think anything has changed for now about the trading itself taking about making analysis, entering the market and exit, indicators are still guide to traders and investors are still making money. Newbies need to understand that trading and making profit requires patience. Don't jump into every thing that looks like opportunity but analyse very well before the click.

Crypto trading is not as easy as it looks, even experienced traders find it difficult to handle the wild fire of crypto at times. If you are new to crypto trading then never jump with huge capital. First try to learn it by investing small capital or preferably doing paper trading. Success here is combination of patience along with knowledge.
532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: December 16, 2021, 06:00:48 PM

What is feared really happened, after we all started to feel safe from COVID-19, it turned out that this virus showed that they still existed even though most of the world had already received the vaccine. The case of this new variant of COVID-19 could cause all leagues to be stopped again, because based on research, this new version is resistant to currently available vaccines.

Gerrard seems to be taking quick steps to prevent his players from being exposed to COVID-19, he will consider seeing the vaccine status of the target players. Maybe other coaches need to follow this way, so players don't underestimate the vaccine (if there are still football players who haven't been vaccinated)

The omicron variant requires a booster shot if you are already vaccinated. We dont know how many variants are still to come. Leagues must plan on how to proceed with Covid as there are no chances of covid to exit this world. Gerrard is doing a good job as he is making vaccine status part of Aston Villa transfer talks.
I dont think there is player left without vaccine.
533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 16, 2021, 05:51:52 PM

If they have a chance to lose even after giving a target of 208 runs, then I would say there is no team with a weaker bowling lineup than them. Pakistan collected 140 in 14 overs. They did not lose any wickets. So far, Pakistan has a good chance to win the match. West Indies will be defeated today. They will not be able to win any match of T20 and ODI series against Pakistan.

A very sad ending of WI tour to Pakistan. They lost all 3 T20s and ODI series postponed till Jun 2022 due to too many WI players infected with covid19. WI. In last T20, WI batsman had done an awesome job but there bowlers fail to take advantage of such huge target of 207. Muhammad Rizwan had a fantastic series as he scored 203 runs in 3 T20s.

Actually drop and rise portion of market and its normal,There are numerous reasons behind it and generally occasions and news behind the BTC go up and down.If you learn in the event that BTC go down take it an opportunity and purchase more agreeing to your budget and HODL till get profit.Well, losing cash isn't something to giggle around but it's ordinary for BTC to have enormous cost drops considering the instability of the advertise. We ought to anticipate something like this will happen and be emotionally prepared not to create the same botches most dealers do within the past. Also learn from past botches and dont rehash it.

Market cant go up and only up forever, market has to take correction at some point. There is nothing to laugh when market take a break. If you are crypto trader or HODLer then you need to be prepared for such bear trend also. Meanwhile we discuss about laughing on bearish trend, there are people who are busing buying BTC available at discounted price. Perhaps they will laugh at us when Bulls take over bears.

I recon that in the coming years folks are going to will their wallet seed and passphrases to their family members, their favorite charity, and even their kids unborn. As an investor or crypto trader is this a legacy you would want to leave behind?

The case of Bitcoin and other decentralized crypto is different then physical and fiat assets that somebody left behind. Every country has its own law for distribution of assets of deceased to legal heirs but thats not the case in crypto. If you havent passed your keys to your next of kin then after you passed away your assets are gone. Please pass your keys to the people you trust in your life, otherwise nobody can use them after you quit.
536  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 90% is already there, only 10% is left on: December 15, 2021, 06:32:24 PM
Lesser supply, higher price.

And while most of us are holding it, there's now actual lesser supply in the economy. There goes the institutions that are saving for themselves and buying as many as they can.

Get to hold and accumulate while we still can. There goes the halving within the next 3 years and the harder the mining difficulty and lesser in reward, the greater price would be in valuation.

IMO the demand and supply gap will increase Bitcoin supply only if Bitcoin finds its way to mainstream payment system. So far we see Bitcoin as an asset of investment only,  where mostly people buy it for the purpose of gaining profit only. Till date there isnt much utility of Bitcoin and the main reason for this is government opposition, price volatility and scalability.

I believe it's big blunder from English team that they are dependent on an injured player and having no faith in Stuart Broad which was good and inform bowler now they need to do some good changes for second test as now they have very small-time for preparations in next few days 2 tests are waiting for them. They need some good changes into batting line-up as well their most batsmen have no good experience to play here in Australia and bowling attack is also very strong, so they have very few chances with these things hopefully now in second test match we will have legendary duo of Anderson and Broad back into attack.

News coming in are that both Anderson and Broad are fit and will be included in second match squad. Its stunning to see Root defending the omission of these two bowlers from first test.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/inews.co.uk/sport/cricket/england-cricket-team-news-joe-root-2nd-ashes-test-selection-adelaide-1347909/amp

Jack Leach may not be included in second test after seeing his performance in first test. From batting prespective I don't think they have much options, current squad is the best one. They can consider replacing Haseeb but don't have anyother opener in there squad.
538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 13, 2021, 04:11:47 PM

Pakistan's innings ended with a score of 200/6, which is a very competitive total.

Mohammad Rizwan played another memorable T20I innings, batting 78 off 52 balls. Rizwan's effort is just remarkable every time he plays. In 28 balls, Haider Ali scored his third T20I fifty. He batted until the end (68). Rizwan and Haider overpowered the bowlers. They managed to set their innings very efficiently. WI will have a difficult time reaching the target total.

Yes 200 is huge target and unlike UAE there won't be any dew factor that will be in favor of WI. WI have lost 5 wickets in 10 overs and it looks very much one sided match. No noticeable performance from WI in bowling nor in batting now. WI players continue to dominate T20 leagues while there team continues to suffer. Any info where players like pollard, bravo are busy?
But its good to see revival of international cricket in Pakistan after a long time.
