~

Being a plagiarizing sockpuppeting weasel is still not a good reason to get red trust, let alone sending A FUCKING MERIT. IMO.

It is not a good reason to hamper someones ability to trade smoothly here, this is an open forum, discussed many times before and why is it that difficult for this type of users to use trust ratings to indicate scammer only? The rating I am talking about are on the people who have not scammed any funds, with no real victims. You know, it's even hard for some people around to accept apologise !
542  Economy / Reputation / Re: YOBIT SIGNATURE CAMPAIGN on: January 01, 2020, 03:23:19 AM
One of my forum related wishes for 2020 would be to see no more Yobit promotion in signatures.

With the amount of money they are paying campaign participants either they are doing with their scams thus can afford the payouts or they will run out of freebie give-away cash soon and shut down.

I hope 2020 will the year Yobit and those related to it stop using this forum as a tool to scam investors.

I would like to power up your wish, unity is power..

Having such an community welfaring wish on 2020 makes one an highly visionary man. Keep it up.

And a very happy new year to you !
543  Other / Off-topic / Re: Happy New Year! Welcome 2020! on: January 01, 2020, 03:16:14 AM
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO THE WHOLE BITCOINTALK COMMUNITY. I LOVE YOU ALL (almost) !!!!
544  Economy / Reputation / Re: Ree @hacker1001101001 ICO bump? on: January 01, 2020, 02:57:58 AM
@hacker What do you mean it is not you? Looks like you, unless you are saying that someone accidentally used your bitcointalk account name and your telegram (twice) for no specific reason?

It was used for a specific reason, don't you think someone can impersonator you by using your pseudoynym without your notice. There are just two simple pieces of text from which you could never judge who has posted it, even I am personally unable to identify. Although, the truth is I would never create a social media account under my pseudoynym as I mostly use this for crypto realted works. And yaa, I am really not that nave to market services related to Bitcointalk on reddit !  Roll Eyes

Speaking of, where did you post your telegram? I just can't find it anywhere.

I could have not explicitly posted it, but I once confirmed it to Avirunes here. On rest of the occasions, I have usually used it in PMs many times. Still, yes, it is mine and I am in control of that telegram ID until.
545  Economy / Reputation / Re: Ree @hacker1001101001 ICO bump? on: December 31, 2019, 05:45:18 PM
What do you mean it is not your reddit account and you have nothing to do with ICO bumping service?

~snip~

What is this then?

Not ICO-bumping-pyramid?

Yes, I accept I was a signature shitposter back then but sir it was when I was a newbie here. I accept being a reformed shit poster which I have already said about. Back then you would know bounty campaigns were highly profitable due to the bull run, which surely attracted users like me to crypto. I agree I use to post for some time in some ICO threads, but that was the only level on which I could produce content back then to get through the signature post requirements. I know how annoying those pyramids look now, but didn't know such things as I was new here. I was not involved in any type of paid posting promotion rather was just filling my signature campaigns post requirements.

How it is not your reddit account but everything else is yours except that account which used your telegram?

The Reddit account in the question just has two posts, both on Dec 20, 2017. It was never used for any other reason as you can see. To me it is just an impersonator, that account was not even in the notice to me. I have not even mentioned any such type of Reddit account in my post history.

546  Other / Meta / Re: IS GIVING RED-TRUST THAT NON-EXPLANATORY ? on: December 31, 2019, 03:04:37 PM
Why would you merit post where Tec's hare calls lauda scammer and you defend OG when other users call him out and you don't send them merit?

Makes no sense, double standards.

I am not the only one who thinks the posts is constructive and deserves merit. I think this is the most right thing to say.

Aside from anything else in TECSHARE's post that OP merited, I thought it was amusing because of the pajeet comment and it was well-written, both of which might cause someone to merit it even if they didn't agree with anything else.

Rather, here I don't even intended to target any specific user, the thread is created for the sole reason of discussion of the general views around such types of red trusting issues and what changes could be made by the community to avoid such. Please don't boil this under double standards.
547  Other / Meta / Re: Trust Feature idea: give DT1 the ability to remove specific feedbacks from DT on: December 31, 2019, 11:43:22 AM
Perhaps requiring maybe 5 DT members to agree with a down vote before confirming it would be a good idea.

5 DT’s agree & click down vote ensures potentially harsh or unfair neg is not shown by default.

This is exactly what I was going to suggest. It shouldn't be too difficult to implement. The only problem would be a downvoter being removed from DT1, but that is probably a minor consideration.

Thanks, glad to see a few people agree with it. I just thought it’d be good to require multiple DT’s agreement before a neg was negated (lol).

It’d have to be anonymous down voting to ensure no fellow DT butt kissing is present. I mean you might get one or two DT’s PM’ing each other to try & organise a down vote agreement but I can’t see 5 being involved in something like that.

I think this is all a good idea because (not mentioning any names) I’ve seen a couple of DT’s delete an old neg & retype it as a new feedback to totally screw some peoples trust feedback which isn’t fair at all.

It seems fair enough idea to be implemented for negative ratings from DT1 and DT2. It would take care that only the legimate feedbacks from a DT would be with power and appearing to default trust list users, and the abusive once could just be depowred by other DTs. Just changing the trust colour did nothing. Angry

We just don't know when this type of suggestions would be considered by theymos.
548  Economy / Reputation / Re: Offended, or who gets easily offended... on: December 31, 2019, 11:12:03 AM
Those Flat earth guys are easily offended aren't they?

How could one miss Lauda ! Gets offended if sees merits on the post which he doesn't like.

And yaa, nutildah too gets heated fast !
549  Other / Meta / Re: IS GIVING RED-TRUST THAT NON-EXPLANATORY ? on: December 31, 2019, 11:03:26 AM
Lauda isn't the problem here.

Right, the problem is the community not reacting to such type of abuse in an expected manner which is even suggested by theymos himself (the creator of this political system).
550  Economy / Reputation / Re: More trust system abuse by Lauda on: December 31, 2019, 06:36:38 AM
I am not trusting anyone that I consider to be a harm to the system - although in my earlier post, I mentioned that I was considering making some adjustments, but at this time, I have no intention to discuss my trust considerations in public threads nor in response to any kind of assertion that I am somehow not doing it right....  I think that I already largely and sufficiently addressed this whole point at least once and maybe even more than once... and perhaps even more than I had needed to explain....

Fine. I would be happy to see your adjustments, my respect for you would increase for sure. Hope it happens soon before more people loose there hope in DT.

Btw, I liked your above story about your well said "younger sister girlfriend" ! Cheesy
551  Other / Meta / Re: IS GIVING RED-TRUST THAT NON-EXPLANATORY ? on: December 31, 2019, 06:20:05 AM
Wait a minute, sorry to go off topic here but there's something I'd like clarified:  Some random redditor (coincidentally using the exact same pseudonym that you use here) mistakenly posted your actual Telegram username on reddit?  What are the odds of that happening?

Very less, I know, but it was not posted mistakenly but intendedly. I was rather engaged in ICOs and there marketing at that time and many users offering such services come into contact for promotion. I don't know who posted it under my pseudoynym, but it happened without my notice.

And then some random newbie offering the same service as the reddit post also mistakenly posted your Telegram username in a post here on the forum?

In that screen shot you posted the user to whom you were talking complained about getting red-tagged, to which you responded "yes, you mentioned that we offer paid posting."  Care to shed more light on how all of this happened?

The user I am talking to is airtman or @Gifthoy ( the person posting that thread ). My statement that "yes, you mentioned that we offer paid posting." was as I was unaware he was offering bumping and even involving me in it, I got in contact with him due to my involvements in ICOs back then. Even later I asked him to lock the thread as I was not willing to engage in any such activities here. Proof.

Thanks for being civil and saying sorry to go off-topic but better PM me with your concern, I would be happy to address. The topic in the OP is bit more severe.
552  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Offtopic Open spots chipmixer Campaign on: December 31, 2019, 04:53:19 AM
This thread deserves to be in off-topic not here, and I don't even think DarkStar_ accepts participants on speculations anyways.
553  Economy / Reputation / Re: More trust system abuse by Lauda on: December 31, 2019, 04:48:48 AM
OK I'll stop..

Hahahaahahha

No wonder you receive red trust.  ahahahahahha

Do really believe that you are representing the ideas of my post fairly?    Of course, I have a tendency to ramble a bit with explanations and even stream of consciousness, sometimes, but your summary is truly quite a bit less than genuine, amiNOTrite?

Ultimately, you can do whatever you want in terms of your posting behavior(s) or pestering anyone (including me) on any given topic, because I don't easily get flustered, even when members seem to be attempting to purposefully misrepresent the gist of my earlier points... like you seem to have just done.  Go figure?

I think I was right about your rambling, if you like walls of text go enjoy with TOAA.

You are not just a spectator here as you are claming in every post of yours, you are a part of the problem because of this !!!

theymos has also ~Lauda

theymos Distrusts these users' judgement:
3. ~Vod (Trust: +29 / =2 / -5) (1351 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
17. ~Lauda (Trust: +34 / =4 / -1) (1233 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)

JayJuanGee Trusts these users' judgement:
1. theymos (Trust: +32 / =2 / -0) (DT1! (56) 6380 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
4. Vod (Trust: +29 / =2 / -5) (1351 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
14. Lauda (Trust: +34 / =4 / -1) (1233 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
Source: LoyceV's Trust list viewer.

It seems you are either confused or betting the middle.. IDK..

Eddie13 is talking 100% genuine and on topic, it is you who deny to take responsibility with literally no reason than fear to loose your "[blank 2]".

Or just say, you would include someone in your trust list even if they are an harm to the system.
554  Other / Meta / Re: Trust Feature idea: give DT1 the ability to remove specific feedbacks from DT on: December 31, 2019, 04:14:45 AM
I like the idea very much and also appricate LoyceV's effort here from bottom of my heart !

But yaa, at the end this also looks abusive by looking at the current situation around, this would make it more centralized in a way or other. But keep going LoyceV, no one can say when your suggestion would be selected as an winner by theymos.
555  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Flag] - "broke_tradah" installing hidden backdoor. on: December 31, 2019, 03:51:25 AM
Doesn't he deserves to be banned? Because:
Quote
6. No linking to phishing or malware, without a warning and a valid reason. [e]

This doesn't apply here as he is not posting any links to steal your money or info, rather his costumers already know they are risking there account to him by using his bot just by looking at the script.

He is more or less violating the facuets rules on Freebitco.in and other such website and should be banned there.

I also saw there are people using the bot, (so infected), on their Samsung TV Cheesy What the hell are they doing with faucets on TV?  Cheesy

Pretty Cheap LOL !  Shocked
556  Other / Meta / Re: IS GIVING RED-TRUST THAT NON-EXPLANATORY ? on: December 31, 2019, 03:36:16 AM
Yes you act like if you seem to care about the forum community and ask people opinion, but why didn't you ask it too in the OP if

Do you think it's good for the community to propose your service to manage multiple Bitcointalk accounts to participate in signature campaigns https://www.reddit.com/user/hacker1001101001/comments/7l0pv6/hirefor_managing_bitcointalk_accounts/

That is not even my reddit account, it has just one post which has my telegram ID, that doesn't prove I have posted that message.

Do you think it's good for the forum community to have multiple accounts here?

Yes, I think it's acceptable and many reputed members already do have alts here. It's not even banned by forum rules.

I agree this is my twitter account, which I don't even use often but yaa it's mine. WTF is wrong with it ?

Yes, it is my account I created 2 years back, but not logged in from an year or so ! WTF is worng with it ?

airtman is not my account, this is were your deactive work got deflected. He just used my telegram ID once, I even asked him on telegram immediately to remove my ID from the posts as I was unaware what he was offering properly. I even have proof of telling him that don't involve me here, but he was unable to edit the thread.

I forgot to ask...
Who is managing this account today? What was your previous account before you register this one?

One last time, this is MY own account, I AM the operator of this account right from the date of creation.

Now please stay on topic here, pull up all your personal attacks somewhere else. You are looking pretty bad.
557  Other / Meta / Re: IS GIVING RED-TRUST THAT NON-EXPLANATORY ? on: December 30, 2019, 06:26:16 PM
I didn't say what is acceptable or not, I said "people need to know your double standard concerning what could be good or bad for a community. "

and I will post it!

It's your own theory claming it to be double standards or a trap. I have tried to generalized the topic as much as I can, and even clearly mentioned I need opinions.

You can post anything you like, but your views on the issue would reflect your nature. I would rather claim this as your double standards concerning without even reading the OP properly.

^
Indeed, the main thing I don't understand on whole of the forum is why people curse this much ... like truly everyone, IRL the more one yells, or say bad things, the more they are wrong, in here everyone does  Roll Eyes So thats hard as well to find some truth in it, though on forum stuff I slightly follow some members as I always read good and well reasoned stuff from the.

I see you finding truth in this type ratings being bogus, but rolling the ditrusting part in slippy words.

Better said here.

You sound like an abused house wife telling us how much her man has changed for the better as she holds an ice pack to her eye.
558  Economy / Reputation / Re: More trust system abuse by Lauda on: December 30, 2019, 05:51:40 PM
And this type of human nature does more harm to the community than good. In real world you would just ignore this peoples rather than dealing with there nature.

In the real wold these types of people would catch a beating, which is why they come to the internet to act this way.

As we are talking about human nature here,

People with nature like JayJuanGee would just ignore them.

But people like you and me would surely react in a pretty bad way and majority of other would too. Sad they could not be virtually caught in beating somehow.
559  Economy / Reputation / Re: More trust system abuse by Lauda on: December 30, 2019, 05:27:13 PM
Maybe I should rephrase what I said?  You conclude that I am "childish," "wanking" and "rambling" based on my above post, and perhaps based on some of my other posting history including what I have so far decided to do regarding my trust list?

I might have mischaracterized what Lauda had said, and I was merely attempting to assert that I generally consider  human nature as good, but I also understand that on the interwebs, we do not always know whether the person on the other end might be a cat.  So there can be issues with dealing with interweb personas in terms of if they are who they claim to be.

Hey, maybe the use of "cat" is not really a great analogy here, especially since Lauda does tend to self-refer in terms of catology (if that is a word), but hopefully you can still understand what I am attempting to assert in this regard.

And this type of human nature does more harm to the community than good. In real world you would just ignore this peoples rather than dealing with there nature.

I tend to view human nature as generally good, even if self-interested, and surely everyone has their circumstances to deal with; however, the interwebs and even crypto (I hate that word) has a tendency to attract scammers and scum, and swindlers and bots.  These can create battles and emotions, too, and sometimes posters get emotional, say too much and/or things might NOT come across too well in the form of postings and text.  So, yeah, we cannot always have enough information regarding if we are dealing with someone who is genuinely attempting to contribute in a positive way or if that person is more trouble than they are worth in terms of scamming and scumminess.  In that regard, any of us can consider and reconsider how much to engage in these kinds of battles or whether we spend more time participating in crypto threads (again, I hate that "crypto" word, and likely that is probably why I spend most of my time in bitcoin threads rather than "crypto" threads)....

Isn't there an expression?  "came to bitcoin for [blank 1] and stayed for [blank 2]"?  Surely, I don't want my "blank 2" to end up being "interpersonal battles."  From my perspective, that would decrease whatever quality of life I happen to currently have..... hahahahahahhaha  Now, I am going to get back to telling nocoiners, bitcoin naysayers, and alt coin "pumpeners" to fuck off... that's my current preferred specialty.  Oh, I do have one other quasi-non-crypto (did I say that I hate that word?) post that I would like to get to first, but that's another story.. that may or may not play out in my determination of what to do next.... because I have another non-forum research project that I am multi-taskingly working on too... so there is that... plus I have a tiny bit of real world physical labor that I have to carry out (procrastinating a bit), so there is that, too.

I think you have some very good talanes in you and even in real life you seems to be rocking. So why are you afraid of standing on the right side ?. Your "[blank 2]" is nothing to be damaged by acting right on right things which is really how the system works. I find want you are saying as " if you see abuses just shut up and let it happen to save your own ass". But on the other hand you could just post your own views and react by ditrusting wrong peoples if you experience, simple as that.
