541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Litecoin - a lite version of Bitcoin. Launched! on: May 14, 2018, 07:37:52 AM
litecoin when it will be widely used in the world?
lite coin is one of the most famous coin in digital world
and if crypto currencies take the whole world then i believe that litecoin will one of the crypto coin that will use widely
and one more reason that why its more popular
because its price is very low compare to the top two crypto coins right now

we have is more interesting cryptocoin, like EOS. Its price is lower than that of lightcoin. And it will grow better. He took the 5th place instead of the stupid fork of bitcoin, called lightcoin.there are coins faster, better, more profitable, more useful. Why do you all spend money and time so ineptly, here?

Hmmm. I'll bite...

LTC is an actual cryptocurrency with a fair distribution through mining. It's been running reliably for 7 years and actually has real world use cases. I've used it to buy stuff as back as 2014...

EOS on the other hand is nothing but a year long running ICO. The actual tokens and the network are not even live. They're planning to replace everything. But so far they don't have much to show...

These are all undeniable facts.

Here LTC buy at 0.02 BTC Shocked https://exvo.io/markets/ltcbtc

Seeing as how the trolls came back to spend several concentrated pages trolling, we must be going up soon.

I need to sell some first. Then we go up Wink

if only he knew

(thats right he left his bitcoin wallet from 2010/11 on a hard drive and did not no how to get it)

That would have pissed me off too.

I hate it when these kids don't know how to finish sentences.

Can't wait for the $6144 contest.

Sign me up!

18/05/2018

Shocked  Shocked  Shocked them boys that would like to buy in for cheap because they where allways saying BTC is to expensive we will buy when it drops....... and when it drops saying BTC is over..... and now hoping it will go down again for the exact some story, many crossed my ways .... there will allways be a nice group of nocoiners , but everybody got its own opinion offcourse
if BTC would go to very deep numbers let us say 2-2.5k then 6144 would maybe be a LIST target to play for
but i prefer the other way and bigger numbers to let some people freeroll into and to get really lucky
but nice to see there are some that prefer to sign up for lower numbers with "sign me up"  and indirectly hope for all the others to fail NICE  Roll Eyes  Undecided
but i think most of all this can only come from people whitout BTC

I use what I like to call 'zoom out technical analysis'. I'm not saying this is what will happen, but in my mind a retest of 6k support in the next few weeks cannot be ruled out. Hence; 18/5/2018

Shit, I'd be happier if it was $12k+ by then, but I'm not holding my breath...
546  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: URGENT! Sent LTC to a BTC address on: April 25, 2018, 01:53:30 PM
The BTC deposit address I got from GDAX started with a 3. I plugged it into withdraw LTC on Binance. The same exact address exists both as a BTC and LTC address. Also, given that the BTC address is owned by GDAX, can we assume that the LTC address is as well?

Yes, they can use the private key of the BTC address to access your LTC.

This is big money. Be insistent, yet polite. It's the best way to get things done. Wink

Admit it was your mistake and that you are willing to pay a small fee for their effort. You probably are, right?

One of the strongest coins in the past 2 months has been the chosen one, the Neo. It has a very strong fundamentals, great team working behind it and a huge growth potential in the coming years. While most coins have been struggling during the recent correction, Neo felt strong and even gained against the Bitcoin.

1. NEO is not a cryptocurrency. It's a smart contract platform similar to Ethereum.

2. Comparing projects only on the basis of the price movement is seriously weak...

3. This is a Litecoin thread. Shill your favorite project somewhere else. This is not the place for it.

Are Lambos the 8th deadly sin? Or just a little indulgence?

Money corrupts. That's why you should spend it ASAP to save your soul. Lambos are basically a tool to make the process quick and simple.
550  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 24, 2018, 02:44:23 PM

[misc fork rambling...]

Didn't you know this is the Wall Observer Maximalist thread.

I know exactly what you mean but risk being shouted at to say that here  Cool

On the date of the bitcoin cash fork. Bitcoin core forked too didn't they? That was when segwit was activated. The original bitcoin in reality is an etheric and ambigous thing which probably no longer exists. The real shit slinging match is over the brand.

Firstly BCash executed a hard fork on Aug 1. And by hard fork it mean it was not backwards compatible with the majority of the Bitcoin network. BCash became a fork on a separate chain.

Bitcoin continued as it was until Aug 24th. That is when SegWit locked in and a soft fork happened. And by soft fork I mean that it was backwards compatible with clients not yet supporting SegWit.

These are plain simple facts...

The tweet that got a low activity new twitter account permanently suspended.

IMHO every account with such an amount of hashtags in a single tweet should be permabanned. Good riddance! Tongue

Does ARK lost its hype and charm. almost all the coins on market are showing good reversal except ARK

The recent low was ~$1.80, it's at ~$3.60 right now. My math suggests that's +100% in less than a month!

What the hell does it take to impress you people!?  Shocked

I am not pumping anything. Why don't you take your flamboyant profanity-acrobatics poses to a trollbox somewhere. This is a thread for men who are gentle.
Gentlemen aren't gentle with women who dissemble.
You are playing down btc's massive bullishness of late while colluding in the pump and dumps with lesser known coins, yet you come here pretending to be interested in the price of xrp etc.
No trader is to be trusted, but your game is far from opaque.

Gentlemen, gentlemen ...

It appears to me you are both BTC maximalists and are arguing for no good reason.

V8: All Tera wanted to say is that the unwarranted pump of inferior coins annoys him.
555  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 24, 2018, 11:01:28 AM
Bitcoin has risen 47% from it's low. Whoop de doo. How can you be happy about that, when, meanwhile, ETH and XRP are up 100%, dog is up 120%, and BeeCash is up 155%? What the hell? So infuriating.

It is enough to know they are all shitcoins and all will return to zero, with the possible exception of ETH.

The inevitable EOS crash will be one of the most satisfying to watch ... Smiley

a convicted criminal like Roger Ver

When you use bogus propaganda like this to try and demonize Ver it only makes you look like a conman yourself.  He was arrested for sending fireworks in the mail.  Who gives a shit.  There are a trillion laws and everyone breaks them every day.  Hillary Clinton was caught red-handed trying to destroy her emails for obstruction of justice and not a damn thing happens.  Jews try to false flag chemical attack in Syria (amongst a million others) and Trump goes along with it yet nothing happens to either party.  The law does not matter and all of them can be ignored because nobody running the system believes they apply.

I wouldn't label him a 'convicted criminal' without giving a short summary of his offence. But, there is no reason sugar coat it either. He wasn't just arrested. He plead guilty for selling explosives without a license. And served 10 months in jail for that.

Sure, I break the law all the time. I'm a serial jaywalker, I frequently drive over the speed limit and possibly DUI here and there. You know, stuff that gets you a fine, not months of jail time in the civilized parts of the world.

Saying he did nothing everyone else is also doing is a seriously weak argument.

You all don't realize how powerful the Dragon Ball franchise is. They have been milking the "It's is over 9000!" thing for all it's worth. They had to rush to crash the market when it jumped to almost $20k pushing the price back down so they could repeatedly have the price go over 9000.

Some theorize that this is the sole purpose of the creation of Bitcoin.

Some also theorize the sky is blue because we live inside the eye of a blue-eyed giant named Macumber Wink

With regards to zero confirmation spending. That is stretching credibility a bit. Even the name of it says it all zero confirmations means there is zero confirmation.  I don't remember that ever being a thing. I always thought you need about 6 confirmations to consider it safe?

Dash has a great piss poor solution, as usual. With Dash 'instant send' a quorum of centralized masternodes accept the transaction and instantly lock it. No double spend can then happen. Shortly afterwards the confirmation goes through into the blockchain the normal way. Just another example of how Dash already solved swept all these problems under the carpet ages ago and the power of the tier of masternodes ensures centralization and prevents small players form participating.
