I've stopped taking in new escrow requests since August, and have sent out escrow funds totaling over 3k BTC since then (and slashing about 70% of escrow funds held by me) . I've sent the refund request in to Avalon, but it is up to them to send the refunds here. Note that I've already sent in refund requests for one of my other group buys last week, and Avalon is not responding nor sending the funds till now. Feel free to contact Avalon/Yifu/Bitsyncom to ask them to confirm my story if you want. |

It doen't take long to post a status update.
He hasn't logged into bitcointalk since sep 4.
Starting aug 23rd, Bitdude and I have sent him about 10 message asking for escrow services, No reply.
I had a really long week and had to deal with a 12-hour jet lag amongst other stuff (missing luggage and the flu) so I must apologize for my delays here. I've sent all escrow release requests out though (as I don't want to be accused of withholding people's money), and regular escrow requests should resume tomorrow morning US time hopefully. |
