2) Self-potrait of Jimmy2011 via cellphone camera

The fine print:
This Contract is solely generated for the purpose of facilitating the transaction between the seller and the buyer, which refers to the pseudonyms used on bitcointalk.org.

The verbal acceptance by both parties (or the failure to reject) and the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated, and the activation of this Contract.

Please understand that I am assuming the risk of holding the escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this transaction.
I am imposing a fixed and nonrefundable fee of 2% for this transaction, to be deducted when the funds are moved.

Where are you located? EU?

I am in Eu, yes

I didnt posted pics because im not home right now, im in another city, will post pics on sunday, till than u can post offers/bids.

sorry for this kind of questions, but you are selling 4.28GH/s for 37.5btc (bin), when is possible to buy almost 12GH/s for 50btc with fast delivery and for brand new device. (with significant lower power consumption pre GH)

I don't want to troll you, just asking why is price to high if you compare it with brand new and available Blades. what is advantage of your deal, compared to blades?

FPGA's can be repurposed after its mining days are over. Wink There's almost always some inherent value with it whereas a ASIC is worthless outside Bitcoin.
1304  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] ZTEX 1.15y-like 4x Spartan 6 boards on: May 30, 2013, 11:00:46 AM
what the price for the board and how many units left.

6BTC each, or 11 if you take my last 2 off my hands, not including shipping. Smiley

I unstickied it. I find it ironic that when the policy was to not give preferential treatment to any coin, but this was stickied.

1307  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] ZTEX 1.15y-like 4x Spartan 6 boards on: May 30, 2013, 04:21:48 AM
I'm possibly interested in selling a few ZTEX 1.15y-like boards (100% Ztex 1.15y hardware and software compatible) as I'm probably relocating in the coming months. It's a shame having to sell them as I just got them not long ago.   They mine stably at around 820-880MH/s depending on the cooling.

1308  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy] AVALON ASIC CHIPs from 0.080BTC + Miner Assembly from 60EUR on: May 30, 2013, 01:17:30 AM
We really need to market this thread more so we can fill up the buy asap. The later it gets, the less value the miners will hold.

Yeah, I see no sense that this wouldn't be filled - it's almost the cheapest group buy, and assembly is offered.  Smiley

Sigh... somehow or rather, the recent events are making it hard for Malaysians to obtain bitcoins. First, Liberty Reserve got shut down & it was one of the easiest way to fund Mt.Gox. Forget Dwolla since they're only available in the US.

Then today I just received an email from PayPal saying that they're removing the personal payment function for Malaysian accounts. This spells the end of the days where I can just simply hop onto bitcoin-otc & trade my PPUSD for BTC. Sad

@ninjaboon: You've heard this in our Whatsapp group where I ranted about it. Sad

P.S. And oh, Mt.Gox just released a press statement. Apparently OKPay will stop doing transactions to & from bitcoin exchanges. *facepalm*

Dang, and I was thinking of using PayPal for my monthly BTC purchase.  Undecided

personal payment function? how does it works?

hmm, time for LiqPay i guess.

and btw, can add me to the whatsapp group? Tongue

There's such a group?  Grin Any new openings? I might want to buy/sell bitcoins here in Malaysia, for local bank transfer if possible.
How much are you selling? I might be interested. I can also pay in PPUSD. Do PM me ya? Smiley

And you can SMS the number in the post above to join the Whatsapp group.

BTW, is there a way to multiquote in this forum?

You're multiquoting right now.  Tongue

I see that the group is for people buying directly from the seller on LYN. I might have 50-100 for sale, but that'll depend on the rates though. I usually buy/sell directly via MT.Gox, but with LR and Dwolla going bust it's been a PITA buying/selling.  Sad
No no no. By multiquoting, I meant quoting a few posts at once so that I can reply all of them in the same post.

About that group, the link itself is posted by the seller but the Whatsapp group that he created is meant for buy & sell. Anyone can post up their price for sale or buy so feel free to join if you want.

Yep, you can do that too. See ' Insert Quote' when you're composing a new message? Okay, I'll probably join later then.

Any local miners here? I buy regularly for cash, KLCC area

^see.  Wink

Try this for an explanation of how and why share difficulty affects your income, and what settings you should use.

*John is dizzy from the math*  Tongue I'm running at around 8.5GH/s for now, and I want to submit say 13 shares per minute, I'll need to choose diff 8, right?

Yep, which will amount to about +/- 9% hourly variation.

What is the optimal share amount per minute?

It all depends on you. If there's no need to reduce your bandwidth at your end, then by choosing a higher difficulty you're increasing your variance to help the pool reduce its bandwidth usage.

Pick an amount that you're happy with - in the long run (say a few days) even at D32 you wont notice much variance. It's only a problem if you're trying to match the pools' estimate of your hashrate with your local estimate.

Ah, okay, thanks for the advice.  Grin

Okay, here we go again....

Worker is dead.  Cry

Have you tried connecting to the pool nearest you, rather than the general url. I'm in UK so have pool-de, then pool-ru then pool-us

24 Hours
150,000 shares, 9 invalids, < 0.1% Rejects and payments are almost exactly what they should be for hashrate (and it's been like this for weeks, no problems except web page)

Whoa, I didn't know there was specific pools for different regions. I'll try to connect to the nearest pool for me.  Smiley

1314  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Group Buy] Batch2 - Avalon Chips - Escrow by John K. (Europe / RO) + PCB on: May 29, 2013, 11:35:18 AM
Perhaps this was asked before, but I'll ask anyway. t13hydra, do you get regular status updates of the batch you ordered?
If so, could you share those with us? That could keep this thread entertaining till the end of July/early August.   Roll Eyes

You asked the wrong person here - I'm the one holding the account there. There's no regular status of the sort - the order simply turns from Pending ->processing -> Chips ordered. We're at processing now. Smiley
Sorry about that, I thought you only handled the money side of things.
To bad the chip manufacturer doesn't give regular status updates, I'd love to have see their process steps and when they take/took place.
You know, like pcb manufacturers do. I even know one that allows you to follow the process of making your board via a livestream.  Tongue
But I should have expected this, they are used to having other businesses as customers and they wouldn't care for perks like that.  Lips sealed

Anyway, I'll be watching this thread.

Cheers

As the escrow here I'm also responsible to place the orders so that the funds never reach OP too. It'll be harder to hawk chips on the local black market than running with the coins.  Tongue (PS: I personally think that OP is legit, for the record)

Yeah, they don't even reply my emails despite the fact that I have 2 paid orders (this gb and ragingazn's gb), and is in the process of sending 2-3 more in.  Undecided I guess they must be bogged with shipping Avalon #2/3 orders now...

4200 bitcoins sent.

I even sent 5,800 BTC just to make this an even number.  Roll Eyes

Did either of you get your 250 BTC back on the first day. I was going to throw in a lazy 5000 in as well but just wanted to make sure it was legit first.

I got 999999999 scalarcoins in return. I'd say it's a good return on investment.  Grin
1319  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: List of FinCEN registered BTC exchangers on: May 29, 2013, 10:46:00 AM
OP, what are you smoking?

That's a list of registered MSB (Money Services Business) - so no problem at all with them.

I'm sorry to be so harsh, but lately we are seeing a huge uptrend in mentally challenged people on these forums.

And if you are going to spread FUD, at least make it funny.

Yeah, you should see what was the original title.  Roll Eyes I changed it already to make it less FUD-like.

I found the actual page: http://www.fincen.gov/financial_institutions/msb/msbstateselector.html

The list is the actual registered MSB's.
