I guess we're back on track with the correct amount of samples. seems to be some miscommunication here.
the people handling this just took all the people who ordered, and sent them 30 chips a person since they finally arrived, I've spoken to them and this issue is addressed, so all should be fine.
of course, the 30 chip per 10,000 rule still holds, it's just they'll show up later.
I mean it's kinda silly to do per address since people would just get more addresses or split their orders into single 10,000 orders...

Please note that each (residence) address' multiple orders will only get a single sample. That means we're shortchanged 60 chips for now, and possibly more.  Will I get more sample chips according to 30 sample chips per 10000 chips order? How should I distribute the sample chips to the group buyers, based on the 1st group buy, or all three batches? Before this message, actually I have posted the distribution message based on just the 1st group buy. No, only 30 chips regardless of how many batches ordered to the same address. Hmm... I guess we'll need to do this by all three batches. Let's continue the discussion there.  |
