561  Other / Serious discussion / Will vaccine passports lead to the demise of vaccines? on: April 08, 2021, 12:35:30 PM
We have a proposal in the UK that vaccine passports should be created. This seems to be under serious consideration by our government. The passports will certify that a person has received a Covid vaccination, or that he/she has developed natural immunity, or has recovered from a recent Covid infection. Some virologists are of the opinion that as many as 95% of the population have innate immunity to the whole family of Corona viruses. If this is born out by the passport testing, will it lead to a realisation that vaccinations are not required for protection against the virus?
562  Other / Serious discussion / Re: No vaccine for HIV yet, but there's a vaccine for COVID already, how so? on: April 08, 2021, 11:36:26 AM
The so-called Covid vaccines are just there to increase the panic, and to make money for the bankers. The best results seem to provide a reduction of 20% in the effectiveness of the innate immune system, and the worst lead to death and organ damage. Vaccines are being pushed onto the sheeple to distract us from the real issues such as insulin resistance, and to continue the massively profitable business of creating drug dependent immune systems.

Why isn't my 71+ vote registering?

Am I too old for Bitcoin or something?
564  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Great help needed. on: April 06, 2021, 03:41:47 PM
This forum works in the same way as any other forum. So I suspect that what you are really asking is - How can I exploit the work of the members here to scratch a few coins, without bothering to do any research?
565  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Accepting Bitcoin for Ebay sales on: April 06, 2021, 03:37:36 PM
They now state that apart from a few categories, you have to be prepared to accept PreyPal.
566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is now in deep now what future traders need to follow? on: April 06, 2021, 01:39:05 PM
It's only dangerous if you don't understand gearing and risk, and you get greedy.
567  Other / Ivory Tower / Re: Megawatts or Megahash - rating miners. on: April 06, 2021, 01:36:12 PM
What happened to the old concept of one cpu = one vote?

I think I will introduce a new metric - megacost. If I start mining using solar panels, then my running costs will be zero. That assumes there is no additional cost for a network connection, and capital costs are ignored. Maybe I could even claim a carbon credit. Smiley
568  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is death the end or there is more to it? on: April 06, 2021, 01:29:45 PM
I'm not going to Heaven or Hell, I'm staying in Limbo.

They've got some great dancers there. Smiley

79 in June, and the first to complete the poll.

We silver-tops are fast. Smiley
570  Economy / Service Discussion / Accepting Bitcoin for Ebay sales on: April 06, 2021, 01:05:31 PM
I'm having another go at clearing my garages, and I'm thinking of listing some items on Ebay. However, it looks as if they have become more restrictive in their listing policy. Some years ago, PreyPal itself attempted to scam me, so I don't want to allow that method. I prefer Bitcoin, but would accept cash or bank transfer. Does anyone know if this policy will make Ebay unusable for me?
571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should we all not have our own bitcoin? on: April 05, 2021, 12:40:56 PM
I have my own coin, it's AssuredCoin. It must be amazingly valuable, because no coins have been issued or created yet.
572  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How is covid-19 on your home land? on: April 03, 2021, 09:10:04 AM
It's alive and well in the UK, but isn't causing any major problems, unless you get vaccinated and wear masks all the time of course. People are starting to reject the government clap-trap, and as a result, the fakedemic is having less of an impact.
573  Other / Meta / Re: Introducing NFTs for forum members on: April 03, 2021, 08:59:20 AM
Well it helped me to distribute some non-fungible merits. I wish I had been able to spend a bit more time with the system.
574  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin after the pandemic on: April 01, 2021, 06:20:01 PM
Which pandemic do you mean
Are you referring to the Woke wankers who are infecting society
575  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Where are the Millennials into Bitcoin? on: April 01, 2021, 06:15:39 PM
I'll be able to start an octogenarian summit soon
Will that get crowded
576  Other / Meta / Re: Introducing NFTs for forum members on: April 01, 2021, 11:05:45 AM
I spent 500 for random accounts. It has been useful, because it has led me to look at post histories for a few members that I hadn't read. I've even awarded a few merits for posts that I thought were worth it - is that ethical?
577  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you buy a new campervan? on: April 01, 2021, 09:51:20 AM
I bought an ex-RAF LDV Convoy crew bus, with fewer than 100,000 miles on the clock. It has a 2-4 litre diesel engine as fitted to the Ford Transit, so parts are easy to find. Although it is a 2005 model, it has and ODB2 analyser socket. I bought it for £700 with MOT certificate etc. It's rated at 3.5 tonnes, so I can add wood fittings inside, and not bother about the weight, and I've bought a new wood burner for the winter.

I hope to kit it out for solar powered mining using a Raspberry pi with USB sticks. That is more for education than revenue, as I expect it will not be profitable. I want to move into the van, and continue to get rid of properties that are millstones at the moment. I'll post some more info and pictures when the van looks a bit better.
578  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The PCR test is creating Covid cases rather than finding them... on: March 31, 2021, 10:21:40 AM
Mucus is part of the body's front line defences, so it doesn't make sense to imply a person is infected, when out innate immune system has trapped a virus, and is disposing of it.  Positive results can also be derived from virus particles resulting from dead viruses killed by apoptosis.
It would be much better if they could develop some form of breathaliser that checked for viable viruses.  That will never happen, as it would show the reality in the spreading of viruses via aerosols.
579  Other / Off-topic / Re: Hard work OR Smart work Which thing will make you most successful on: March 31, 2021, 10:08:51 AM
Other people's work. History shows this provides the greatest success.
580  Other / Off-topic / Re: Would you buy a new campervan? on: March 31, 2021, 09:43:07 AM
Well this thread isn't getting much interest, so I guess that there aren't many offgridders here
