561  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic Crash may take bitcoin to 1M dollar on: March 20, 2024, 10:57:33 PM
I think Bitcoin could fall if it happens, it depends on certain factors when this happens. I believe that when it comes to economic stability, everything is interconnected, and Bitcoin is not entirely immune to the broader impact of dollar crash. If confidence in traditional fiat currencies fades, it is most likely that investors would look for safer assets to invest in, which could lead to a sell-off or buy-in in Bitcoin depending on market dynamics.
Yeah, we've seen in the past years that Bitcoin is somehow correlated to the economical status globally. While sometimes it is inversely proportional and that's why if the world economy crashes, we might seen some huge dump too.

But you know what?

Bitcoin is resilient and its resiliency will make it move forward together with the community that it has got and the financial institutions that are believing on it will not take that dump too long. The pandemic is one example.

Caldo de Res, Mexican Beef Soup

Soup is at the top of the food list for many of us, but many of us do not know how healthy or dangerous it is for us. In many cases, it is very tasty and very beneficial for health and there are some people who are physically ill. For them, soup may be an uncomfortable subject for many people for this reason. They refrain from eating soup because they think it is too dangerous for their health. But I think there are many types of soup that are beneficial for many people's health.
Man, whenever I am sick, this type of the foods that are I am looking for. Soup with tasty vegetables and if there are meat on it like beef, it's better. I know that there are vegetarians out there but this type of soup is really a go for me.

When I was younger I am not a fan of these soups and having all of those ingredients. I eat them but I am not like looking for them whenever I'm sick or just another normal day but I do believe meals like this is nutritious.

You made me crave for this meal.
563  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New trader's must remember it. on: March 20, 2024, 09:57:20 PM
If someone listens to others experience, it's okay as those can be helpful to them but if they choose not to. It's not really a thing that are obliged in doing so because we're all free to follow or not or make our own strategies from our experiences.

A wise person would learn from their mistakes and experiences, but a wiser person would learn from the mistakes and experiences of others so that they don't have to face the same. So if someone is telling another person that they have done a certain thing and the outcome wasn't pleasing, the person listening to that should refrain from doing that thing now when he knows the outcome of that action is mostly negative.
Someone who doesn't listen to others and do things that aren't good and then faces negative consequences for their actions should be blamed for that, not because they didn't listen but because they didn't even do their research before doing it.
So combining all of the resources will make someone has their own experience to learn and will have everything that's been learned and can apply that to their own trading activities.

It's not as easy as we think but most of the traders have to start somewhere and you can choose where you start and how. But as a start, don't always get into thinking that bigger pockets means bigger returns since you're not yet there.

Start small, win small, win big soon.
564  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New to crypto. WHERE DO U GUYS TRADE?? on: March 20, 2024, 09:26:16 PM
Most of the people here you'll see suggesting Binance, Bybit, OKX and some other popular trading platforms. Whichever exchange is comfortable and allowed in your country, you can do some backtesting before deciding to stay there.

Binance is always on a hot pursuit from different locals and countries but as long as it's allowed where you are, then you're fine to test them.

There are platforms that known for copy trading and you might also check some lists on it through google search. If you plan to just copy trade, make sure that you know what trading really is and you have at least basic background of how it works.

If there are other communities here that often mention the exchanges you mentioned, those exchanges are probably good to use in the country where they are located. Of course,
there are other exchanges that are not suitable for their countries, so the other exchange platforms are not mentioned.

For example, here in our country, gate.io, I can't use it to convert the crypto I earned to our fiat. Of course, I will need an exchange that has p2p that will make the transaction to our fiat easy.
Yeah, whatever works for each of us perfectly then we will vouch for them. Despite that many are suggesting others that we don't know, whichever had worked best for us smoothly, we'll not get out of them the soonest.

That's the reason why many similar exchanges are being suggested because the majority of us have good experiences with those exchanges. Whether you're in the spot or the P2P or leverage/margin, then all it takes is to have a smooth experience and good spread.

566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Drake and Bruno Mars An Example of How Gambling Addiction Can Affect Anyone on: March 20, 2024, 08:26:48 PM
There's a statement that's been released by the MGM that he's not in debt of $50M. Well, I guess that should end all of our speculations about him being addicted and let that just end the thing from the issue.

--> https://ew.com/bruno-mars-doesnt-owe-50-million-gambling-debts-mgm-says-8611395
Since the news about his debts is everywhere, it makes a lot of people speculate, so it's natural for the media to fry up information to get traffic on their sites or their social media, after all, even though he's addicted to gambling and in debt, I'm sure he'll be able to pay it off as long as his career hasn't dimmed enough. If he just holds concerts in several countries, maybe he can pay off his debts quickly, unless his career as an artist fades, it's impossible for this news to spread everywhere.

I also understand that news like this must have clarification from one of the parties as to whether the media is deliberately spreading untrue news or something else for their own benefit by creating fake news, but I would also be happier if one of them explained the news. Actually, even though Bruno Mars is not in debt, I think this news should end because this news could damage his reputation as an artist, especially not everyone who gambles is good in the eyes of all his fans and this will definitely create a bad image and tarnish Bruno Mars' name too. this is interesting news to see too, lol  Grin
Well, the party involve doesn't have to clarify anything and can remain silent. But if it's an issue that's really degrading the person involve like for Bruno's case, then he has to do some cleaning up and has to release a statement.

And on his case, it wasn't him that did it but the management where it was said he's got debts.

Now it make a lot of sense that people will easily believe on some article released without verifying anything and good thing they MGM management release this statement since it can clear up the doubts of people or worried that their favorite artist is experiencing a bad implications due to his gambling addiction. Now maybe we can say that Bruno Mars is fine and its just some media or people just stir up and put a malice on minds of people so that they can get a lot of attention from people. And they succeed but immediately some big entities shutdown these negative news and clear out his name. For sure no people will not speculate how bad the situation of Bruno Mars since by reading the updated news we can say that he is fine and no big debts just like what other people spread.
This is the internet era, where people are free to spread facts, lies, editorials and more.

It's certainly terrible to see him have that debt if it's for real because $50M is a lot and even if he's a performer and gets paid highly, you'll never know if he's capable of doing that.

The thing is, how this kind of news has surface by the way? Who leaked it and why? If this is true then probably it's damage control. But it seems that the negative news has been pickup already by a lot of social media outlets and not sure how Bruno Mars will respond or take this news.

Regardless though, and again, ethics says that gambling can affect everyone. People are going to be vulnerable, even if you have $5 or $50 million in your bank account. Majority of us here have been gambling addicts at one point in our life, and maybe some of us have recovered and learn our lessons already.
You know with how quick the information spreads nowadays, there's no measures or control with how these news comes out.

Whether they are real or not, the thing is most of the information that can go viral will definitely will make a news even if Bruno will claim that it's false or someone else will.

And even it is a real deal but the personality involved can easily deny it.

Hello,

I just wanted to leave a review for 0x.bet casino

its a new casino that is honestly all you could hope for
Hello, you can leave it on their announcement thread.

--> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5463505.0

But saying that it is all that we can hope for, what hope when there are various types of casinos in here and I am giving you the benefit of the doubt that you're in no means connected to them.  Roll Eyes

ive only been a member for 2 weeks but its already my favourite casino

I encourage everyone to use 0x.bet as you dont need KYC using crypto and its an all round great casino with excellect customer support too!
Good for you if they've become your favourite casino but then, nothing against with them but it's kind of suspicious that your very post is all about them. Anyway, it's a great feat when a casino don't ask for kyc and proves it in the long haul.

572  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New trader's must remember it. on: March 19, 2024, 08:58:16 PM
The ones you showed OP are just a piece of reminder, though. Thank you for such things. But even you know that when it comes to the reality of human life, even though there are reminders around us, most people who can read do not actually follow such reminders.

There are only a few that we can really say implement those guidelines, and if there is anyone who follows those guidelines, it is only a few of them, and these people that we can really say really want to learn trading in this field of the crypto space.
That's a fact.

Even there have been reminders out there, many chooses not to follow those guidelines because they think that they are better than of those. It's not our problem to think of that but with their trades, they'll see what's coming and why those reminders have been made.

If someone listens to others experience, it's okay as those can be helpful to them but if they choose not to. It's not really a thing that are obliged in doing so because we're all free to follow or not or make our own strategies from our experiences.

I feel bad for kuku. I think this is the 2nd time that his stack didn't qualify. Despite their good efforts on the playoffs and their journey at the upper bracket, they still fallen shortly when they've been beaten yesterday and this few moments ago.
That's how the cookie crumbles for certain teams, they'd put up one of the best performances at the start and regress halfway through. I almost thought they'd be the second team to qualify because they were so clean against Talon and got a map win against Blacklist Rivalry.
Too bad that they weren't on it but some good news as a while ago with the open qualifiers against Team Bocil for DL23, they've won.

Now the tougher competition is going to happen for their team and he's not playing here. There are changes and he's now a coach for the team that he's built.

I think this is an open progress and a good change for him because he might be a better guy for this role.
574  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you guys invest in stocks? on: March 19, 2024, 01:46:20 PM
I've seen your message and you want us to join your stocks community. Well, if you want people not to waste time having those direct messages and those that are interested you can IMO just leave your community link.

Whether they're from discord, slack but I hope that it's not in Telegram because they're not ideal for me and they're full of BS where scammers have been living long.
575  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't do this mistakes in trading on: March 19, 2024, 10:43:08 AM
1. Trading money that you can't afford to lose
I have to agree with this and it's good that it's on the number one. It is because many of the traders, new or not have thought that just because you're engaged in trading means taht you're going to profit.

And the logical thinking that many of us have is when they invest more money or start with a better capital, they have more edge in the market but little did they know that they can be beaten by itself when they don't know what to do.

So, trade only with specific amounts and start small for the beginners.
But sometimes what makes new traders to use a lot of their money for their first trading experiencr is because of those deposit bonuses, I don't blame trading platform for that, its just that many new incoming traders wannabe are being too amzed and attracted to those bonuses thinking that if they deposit the minimum amount is that they will have more funds to trade and yes they will as they will have more equity, but the thing is there's nk catch in every bonuses, if you will be more observant you will see that the spread on some trading platform is too high and it means you will be having a hard time to earn from a trade unless you are an experienced and very goo at trading but if you aren't then it will be like a trap that will make newbies in trading trade aimlessly.

And because they experience losses at first, they could either stop or try to recover their losses, and that's when they lose more money in trading.
Well, those deposit bonuses aren't that much but if that's what they are for then they should just hunt all of those deposit bonuses from different exchanges.

If they can't afford to lose them all, it's best for them not to get into those type of bonuses and just do trading as is so that they won't have any troubles at all.

As for these exchanges, it's part of how they attract more customers so that's a basic promo that they have in their features.
576  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop paying money to learn trading when you can learn it yourself on: March 19, 2024, 09:46:17 AM
YouTube really discusses a lot of things related to trading and cryptocurrency. But sometimes.... as long as it is content, the responsibility of the content creator is only to entertain and look for viewers, even some important knowledge that is most sought after by everyone, is deliberately hidden for "kitchen secrets" reasons.
Yeah, a lot of free contents in YouTube nowadays that tackles about trading. You can start with all of that stuff and learn your techniques but you have to apply your own trades to yourself with your own money.

You'll get to see those content creators that have real intentions of helping their community and people to upskill in trading and there are goes that keeps talking about money milking from their viewers.

With the latter, if you have noticed that to the content creator you follow then stop wasting your time on them.
577  Other / Off-topic / Re: how do you cure procrastinating? on: March 19, 2024, 08:15:38 AM
Force yourself to be consistent with what you do. What urges you and makes you think that you shouldn't procrastinate? think of them.

There are tons of reasons for us to stop procrastinating but it's really hard to defeat this when you have been used to it and that's why break the cycle, do something meaningful and think of all of those reasons why you need to stop having this attitude.

It wouldn't bring you to your goal A and B if you keep doing this.
578  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Corrupt leaders are made foolish people. on: March 18, 2024, 11:53:27 PM
Politics are easy today to those that have money. As long as they're popular, with money and even celebrities. This is how the politics system in most countries.

But some countries still stand still and straight with principles with their politics. Most that we know of that are involved on it are dirty and they don't really get into the real help to their people but only to take everyone's taxes and put it on their pockets.

Well, this is for the corrupt leaders as I'm talking.
579  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beyond crypto, we are being scammed by scammers. on: March 18, 2024, 11:02:31 PM
If you have dealt with them before, you know that you can't be a victim of theirs for the second time around.

Sometimes I actually believe these scammers hypnotize some of their victim with some sort of magic trick to force them into believing them, and probably when they are done with you, that's when you realise yourself.
While the scam is quite familiar, it's true that the victims are likely hypnotized by them and that's due to how they're playing with the emotion of their victims. They know how to talk and bring the conversation as if the victim is dancing in their palm.
