1421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is It Late To Invest In Bitcoin? on: November 26, 2023, 09:34:20 AM
Everytime is right to buy bitcoin. Maybe you think we have missed the opportunity and today the price is high. After an year, you'll think of missing the opportunity we got today. So, never think of the past. Just move along with the market, as we've got the opportunity to invest/buy based on our financial ability. Have a long term plan and keep adding as much possible limiting unwanted expenses. Surely the amount you save now will give hands in the future.
In the past, it is no doubt that we have missed a lot of opportunities buying at low. And this scenario is inevitable because it may happen again for many of us.

The problem now that many face is even they are aware that it is not too late to buy bitcoin, they do not want to buy.

And instead of buying, they are complaining that the price is high or they are too tired waiting for the price movement of Bitcoin.
1422  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What’s your portfolio building strategy for crypto? on: November 26, 2023, 08:21:53 AM
Using AI for trends? What AI? Chatgpt and you will ask it about the current trends of the market? That is a good idea but if you are going to invest also in  AI projects too, you do not know how long trend is for them.

Strategy that I use is easy for it. No need to gather that much information about trends but invest mostly to Bitcoin.

And do not rely solely to AI, all of the data will be fed to you are like gathered info from the web that it has consolidated and nothing new if you do it alone.
1423  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Stacking Satoshi Privilege on: November 25, 2023, 11:23:34 PM
We've often heard the advice to accumulate satoshis, invest in Bitcoin, practice Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA), HODL, and others. However, I can't help but ponder that these actions may be a privilege for those who can effortlessly engage in them. Accumulating satoshis seems like a privilege reserved for those with a stable financial foundation. For individuals grappling with debt, overcoming addiction, be it to gambling or any other vicenor simply trying to make ends meet, investing in Bitcoin might be viewed as more of a luxury than a privilege. Do you think that accumulating Satoshis is a privilege?
No, we're all equal on this one.

You've mentioned those with addictions and debts. It's obvious that they need to clear those before investing or engaging into a new financial instrument.

Someone who's trying to invest and yet has got debts and addictions on anything are confusing themselves. They'll never get able to succeed with that because the impractice of handling money is on them.

So even if they try hard to accumulate sats, they'll just get bored because of their debts that are unpaid and the addiction in gambling or any other vices that they have.

They need to overcome those problem first.
1424  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can we avoid tax on crypto trading in india on: November 25, 2023, 10:37:03 PM
You can't skip that, they've implemented it and I guess they're telling that it's the best choice to tax it rather ban it.

I agree about the suggestion that if you don't want to pay that much tax, the best option for you is to move out of the country. That's all the best that you can do.
1425  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: chrime can come even when bitcoin is nowhere in sight on: November 25, 2023, 09:54:48 PM
While the common knowledge for Bitcoin is being known by the masses now. It still can't be denied that the people that don't know much of it and just heard it from someone that whoever owns Bitcoin is rich.

That's why if you're the type of person that's too vocal in public, you better shut your mouth and keep yourself lowkey.

When you're just silent in public and even on social medias, no one will know what you are up to. No one will know that you're an investor of Bitcoin and holding it for a long time.

You choose, your safety over your popularity.
1426  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop loss ? on: November 25, 2023, 09:12:15 PM
This is why I don't like trading, I let it lose if I'm holding because eventually it's going to recover without doing anything and no need to be pressured by the market.
Every time I trade, I set a stop loss. When I was new to trading, I tried to not to use a stop loss, but it cost my funds every time my margin was liquidated. Therefore, I backtested and modified my method in order to create a trading plan. I discovered an invalidity in which if the price moves to that place, it confirms that the market will go in the other way. In that way, you will reduce your risk while increasing your gain. So, for me, a stop loss is essential for market survival.
Most newbies get it wrong when they trade.

They thought that they just have to leave their trades without this feature. But they have to set the stop loss for them to be able to at least mitigate the losses that they might incur.

It's true that stop loss reduces the risk that you're about to gain when you're not in favor of the market. A trader should always anticipate that he might lose his trade.
1427  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop loss ? on: November 25, 2023, 01:30:28 PM
The links have been dropped already OP so take all of those reference and read how to use it. Basically, the word itself is to set an amount for you to have a stoppage of your loss.

You just simply set the price for your trade and it's likely 5%-10% or depending on how much you want it to be.

This is why I don't like trading, I let it lose if I'm holding because eventually it's going to recover without doing anything and no need to be pressured by the market.
1428  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some traps to avoid in bullrun. on: November 25, 2023, 10:58:44 AM
A good reminder about not keeping the coins on exchanges. Why?

It's because that whenever you want to take profit and you're about to sell, it's possible that they won't allow it. There can be some error message that will pop on your screen and will reason out that there's an error due to the traffic that they're getting.

Also, when you're about to withdraw your profits from them.

They can disable it for real because they want to lessen the money getting out of their exchange so remember that.
1429  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe in psychic betting? on: November 25, 2023, 10:31:23 AM
But I respect anyone who believes that because everyone has the right to believe whatever they believe, so it all comes back to each person's views, personally I don't believe the predictions are true, it all comes back to luck because without luck it won't be easy to win bets either. , besides that, any gambling cannot be separated from chance.  Cheesy
I also respect those people that have this believe on this type betting. Because whether I see it or not and they are contesting that they are believing on it and it happened to them.

Who am I to judge them?

That's what they believe and I'll just pass it on so no more arguments and if I meet someone who has that psychic powers, I'll ask him to help me with my bets. Cheesy
1430  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The rate of divorce in the society on: November 25, 2023, 09:58:34 AM
But, I think peer pressure some times can affect some persons and the responsibilities that comes with been married can be very pressing sometimes.
You nailed it.

If someone who's too reliant to the society, peers, parents and whoever influences his/her decisions might get into forced relationship and then marriage.

Because they like to compare themselves from the other people and that's a wrong thing if you're too relying with the impression of people and what they think of what you should have at your age and one of it is about being with someone or getting married already.

Yeah. There are. So many married couples taking marriage lessons from unmarried people forgetting that when it comes to marriage experience plays a very important part.
Moreso, you don't need to compare your marriage with others, no two marriages are the same.
Yeah.

Not every marriage is the same. Yours can be perfect in the eyes of others but your point of view seems that you're at a worse marriage. That's why we can't judge the marriage of others because we don't know what they're dealing with and how they're getting together.

Just identity what works for you and stick to it, instead of copying different people.
Exactly.

Whatever works for the couple, whether it's with your desires, material things or anything that both of you like doing. That's all you need to stick on it and enjoy things together to avoid divorce.

Time will come that you'll feel that you don't have appetite anymore to your partner but even so, choose to stay and don't fall out of love.
1431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the rich win gambling more than the poor. on: November 25, 2023, 09:33:09 AM
Don't look at every other gambler wins, but look at and study their process of playing and you will be able to find out why gambler with unlimited money can win more.
That's right.

Those that have more money like the rich can be said to have unlimited funds can stay better than of those with the limited and tight budget for their bankrolls.

But with strategies and common techniques that they do, it's definitely going to give you the idea as to how they're able to maintain their status longer than the others.
1432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Teaching children Bitcoin is not in vain on: November 25, 2023, 08:55:38 AM
Indeed, teaching bitcoin to children from the start is very good. But before teaching bitcoin, it is better to teach children about banking first, then explain about blockchain and crypto so that they understand broadly and must also be taught that crypto also has advantages and disadvantages that children need to know.
Hmm, good strategy.

Introducing them first the banking services for them to have the foundation and what blockchain and Bitcoin can do. That's actually a good start and suggestion by saying that.

Because if you go ahead directly telling kids about Bitcoin without giving them the idea why Bitcoin has been made and what's the inspiration out of it, seems lack of the story.
1433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big Headline and Crypto Crackdown on: November 25, 2023, 07:47:43 AM
Let me ask do you think Binance will be the Last Pendulum to swing?
Nope.

If Binance is going to be the last, then the last ones for the past years should be the lasts as well. But this is crypto, the roller coaster of all markets and there are situations that we are not expecting to come just like these exchanges and CZs stepping down.

It is a clear sign regulator don’t want crypto to succeed.
For some countries, it's likely that they don't want to. But with these situations, these are just signs that they want to get involved and they want a huge slice of the cake.
1434  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto Trading Bots on: November 25, 2023, 05:06:16 AM
I have never used a bot from that list but the most common and known from the forum is the gunbot. I am not promoting them and just read what mk4 said about them.

If you need more details about them, they have an announcement thread.

1435  Other / Off-topic / Re: Working over 20 years still poor on: November 24, 2023, 11:55:18 PM
It is all about the efforts made , support and the luck .
When you're working for 20 years or more and then you barely get a promotion, that's no luck at all. It's never been luck but it's true about the efforts that you've made. If a company recognizes all your efforts then you deserve it. But sadly, there are companies that don't.

A guy can be seen winning a Lottery and becoming rich all of a sudden. You can work but always try to have a second way for greater opportunity .
Winning the lottery and working hard are not the same. You may even win the lottery once in a life time or never at all. While growing to the corporate world and have your career on the better path is what you can achieve but you have no control on it as well because it depends to the company. As I've said, you can achieve and can do things for it. If a company doesn't appreciate you, you're free to find another one and see if they've got better offer and learn their company environment based on the reviews that you can see on websites like glassdoor.

Solo is officialy back with 9Pandas. The 322 god himself simply won't quit haha and last time he said that he will be a coach and no longer wants to play but look how that turned out in the end.. . For those who don't know Solo is the infamous guy who bet against his team to lose with a stake of 322$ and the game got inspected by Valve back then but short story that's why we see twitch chat spamming "322" during a fight Grin Grin
I've known Solo and he was with ramzes for a long time. So for 9Pandas, any known reasons why Miero is out of the roster? He's a good offlaner but why he's out?

Also, there's a rumor that has been posted in weiboo in Chinese that faith_bian is likely to come back and get out of retirement.

I haven't seen any faith_bian hater and that's why this rumor has blown out the chinese community which was posted by his wife.

1438  Other / Off-topic / Re: Capital Gain Tax on Crypo on: November 24, 2023, 10:31:56 PM
Where do you live?

Of course buying it won't have significant gains on you and that's why it's not yet taxed. But when the time comes and you're about to sell, there's the gain that you have to declare.

I'm also confused on this. But what if you have sold and you're in losses? Are you still going to provide some tax on it based on how much you've bought it since you're at loss?

Much better to consult an accountant on your area.
1439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can a gambler be a good bitcoin trader? on: November 24, 2023, 09:57:25 PM
Also, professional poker players who came to trading have patience and perseverance, because they spend 10 hours a day or more behind the monitor, playing online. Moreover, they played several tables, constantly straining their brains. After this, trading will seem easier. This influencer I follow says the same thing. He said that he will not return to poker, but sometimes he can go to 3-5 tournaments a year in the USA in order to entertain his subscribers.

Croupiers who worked for many years and calculated probabilities and saw professionals could come.
Those little gestures that we do as gamblers just like what you have said from those pro poker players or even pro sports bettors. They all have the patience and they add up small things to become productive on their craft.

Playing several tables or bets within a day, honestly it is an exhausting thing. People say that gambling is easy and fun but it's no fun when you don't like what you do and it is not easy when you don't have that type of patience that it requires, right?
1440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Earnings on: November 24, 2023, 09:34:50 PM
If there's an admission that you can't control yourself in gambling and whether you're a good earner, that's a bad situation that you need to consider.

Because even if you do good as a Bitcoin investor or you've managed to earn a decent amount of Bitcoin from your gigs and yet there's the uncontrollable activity you have as a gambler. It's very likely that all of your earnings will be gone.

What you need to do is to is to think that everything can be done for you to earn Bitcoin. Even your salary in local currencies or USD can be converted into Bitcoin.
