It's looks like a career ending for him Ball in my opinion, I'm a fan, but after the last season, I thought that he will be 100%, but then again he re-injured himself. And that's why the Bulls management has applied for a designated player exception as he can't play and will be sideline the whole next season.

And it just reminded us of the case of another Bull player, DRose, who has a exception career with them until a injury ruin his career. Although he is still playing, he is no longer the same player after that injury and he was traded.

In Ball situation, the management already see the situation and they can't wait for him, that injury ruined Ball's and same with
DRose before he might be traded and be forgotten by this franchise.

The big difference is with the impact these two players provide for the franchise, but the ending of their careers seems to be in that same
pattern.

Not a playoff team if the current squad for the bull, but it's too early. We never know how they will going to run their campaigns
this upcoming season.
582  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Paano Ka Ba Manghikayat o Mag educate Sa Mga Kababayan Natin on: July 26, 2023, 06:13:08 PM

583  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading as a newbie - advice? on: July 26, 2023, 05:58:39 PM
Do not just focused on reading books but learn to explore the forum instead. Here, you will be inform a lot of trading experiences and how they succeed despite of its inevitable losses. You will definitely learn from all of their shared mistakes and losses to other members in the forum. And most importantly, experience trading every now and then even with small capital, let your application teach you about the dos and dont’s and not just by reading most of the time.
This forum is indeed a good source of knowledge, though its also ok to try other platform when it comes to learning.
Having your hands-on experience in trading can also help, just try to focus on your goal and  if you really want to learn then be committed.
Trading for beginners are not easy, this can be challenging and stressful at the same time, but if you want to be more profitable in this market then sacrifice now and enjoy later.
Trading right now is not easy for anyone, not for veterans and not for anyone else. I know that it is going to end up being a little difficult for veterans and very difficult for newbies as well, so there is a level of difficulty that will make a big difference. But at the end of the day, it is going to be still hard though, that's the thing.

We should not run away from being difficult, it should be a lot more difficult in the end. I believe that we are going to end up with some big changes one way or another. I know that it is going to be hard to decide on that, but we can make it work, just try to go at it and do not be afraid and yet try to make sure that you are also scared enough that you have answers when you need them.

I get your point and it's reality, trading is not as simple as many people think, there's always difficulties when you are
engaging yourself with positioning your trades.

But, same concepts with your statement even experienced traders can't guarantee that they can predict the next market movements.

They are still anticipating and hoping that based from the previous run it will turn to their anticipated position, but again there's
no one who can predict it accurately.
584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: July 26, 2023, 03:11:10 PM
People see gambling as a means of getting rich without much stress attached to it, just walk into a casino and do your thing and walk out with a huge amount in your pocket, but they're wrong in the sense that you must devote your 100% attention to it if not you're getting nothing in return, I'll say is hard to defeat what you can't see.
OP, from your topics which is a question CAN I MAKE 100$ DAILY FROM ONLINE CASINO? the answer is yes but another question I'd ask is "Can You Walk Away With The Winning?"
We all know how tempting gambling is...

It's very improbable to win $100 in a single day, and every day that follows makes that probability even smaller.

So, the answer really should be no, because the probability of that happening is almost zero, and gets closer to zero every next day you add.

If the intention is to win $100 using that capital, then possibly yes in a single run but doing it on a daily basis, same with how you assess
things, the chance is too slim as you are using gambling as your venue.

Gambling is a game of risk and more on luck. Whatever strategy you use, there's no guarantee that you will be making it to work in
a day-to-day execution.

The chance of losing your entire capital is nearer to be lost compared to make that desire to keep winning $100 per day.
585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: July 26, 2023, 03:00:42 PM
Even if they hype Fulton, people would still favor Inoue because they will look at the fighter's performance. The fact that Inoue was the favorite despite being the challenger shows a big underestimation of Fulton's capabilities. The guy was so confident that he could successfully defend his title that he flew to Japan to fight Inoue. However, as usual with all of Inoue's opponents, the expectations of the majority of the fans did come true.

There's still hope for Fulton to become a champion. Maybe he will move up or choose to stay in the division, since I'm sure Inoue will move up once he successfully unifies the belts.

Fulton tried to dictate the tempo on the first round but Inoue is such talented that he is able to prevent it from happening.  Fulton see that and possibly hesitated to implement their game plan.  Inoue just beat Fulton in jobs, speed, combination and angles where to execute punches.  And as a result, he was caught on the eighth round where a combination of body to head punch is proven again as a devastating combo.  The shot to the body made Fulton to lower his guard and a straight right hits right on the pocket stumbles Fulton and eventually goes down after another punch.

Fulton's game plan was to hit and run, but that didn't work against Inoue, who proved to be incredibly fast. Eventually, Fulton found himself in a situation similar to Butler's, attempting to avoid exchanging punches with Inoue and opting to run throughout the fight. Unfortunately, Inoue caught up to him, which caused Fulton to slow down. Perhaps Fulton realized that if he didn't engage more, he would easily lose his belt. So, he took a risk, but it resulted in a devastating loss.

Yeah, that's also what I read with Fulton's fight plan. He just want to throw some punches and run he don't want
to engage with Inoue, and he did try his best to avoid the confrontation.

But Inoue has his own fight plan. After absorbing those punches from Fulton, he knew that he really has that big advantage.

And that what we witness when he manages to hit that solid combination, he didn't stop but to push his way to finished Fulton.
586  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trading is perfect work for jobless peoples on: July 25, 2023, 10:25:39 PM
There are tons of people right now that are quitting their job just to go fulltime, but for those people who are just new to trading and they don't have an established strategy as well as track records on their monthly profit, it is not a good idea to quit their job and then do trading because we know that it takes more years before you'll have a good profit that you can make a living. Also, most people right now that are just starting out trading use it as a side hustle because they knew the risk of quitting their jobs.
Daily Crypto trading can be done anytime and anywhere, so I think that if someone wants to do this job, they don't need to leave work in their real life because it's true that the risks of day trading are very large, you have to have a method and also great knowledge to be able to analyze and minimize the risks involved.
But for someone who is basically unemployed, I think day trading is good enough for someone who has more time to be able to learn many things.

The only advantage is the time that jobless people can use compared with those who have a regular job. They are limited as the
time and the focus mostly on being taken by their obligation in life.

But, even if you have lots of time, the chance is still equal. Those who can do it using spare time are still capable of making money if
they have that skills in understanding the market and have a good anticipation.

Same deal with jobless, it's more on how they will assess and they will place their exit and entry positions.
587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are successful gamblers seen as addicts? on: July 25, 2023, 02:45:54 PM
~snip~
I think it depends on how you look at it or interpret the word addict because it's almost undeniable that there are even some positive things even after labeled as an addict. But in most situations, addicts are synonymous with crackheads or someone who does things excessively because they already lost total control over themselves, cannot think clearly and the ability to weigh things correctly as well is already lost.

That would be a drug addict, but I'm talking more in general.

You can be addicted to your job, and you will have a rather bad overall life because you will not be doing anything social, you will not see your family, etc.

Addiction is not a positive trait, because it means you are losing control over the things you want your life to be.

I see the similarities with both essence in terms of interpreting this addiction, totally losing control with the situation and the after effect
is not positive at all.

Not having the right balance due to addiction will surely lead into something that will impact to your life, just like with your example, not having
that time for your family because of too much time working,

maybe you will earn success in your field, but your obligation as a father/ head of the family are the one that you are compromising.
588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 25, 2023, 01:53:34 PM
Yes Terence Crawford and Errol Spence Jr. are two boxers who have amazing titles and they are one of the best boxers in their class.
July 29 is the day of the meeting as well as determining who is the strongest and deserves to hold the title of champion.
If betting then clearly Terence Crawford is the best choice to bet on and I will definitely be setting aside some money for their fight later.

Tonight in our country is a few minutes away to see the fight between Fulton and Inoue and to determine whether the accusations are true or it doesn't really matter for Inoue. But the real deal is the fight this coming Saturday because this is to determine who is the current strongest in this era at their weight division because this has been long awaited to see these two clash against each other inside the ring. This time there's no turning back and the fight will gonna be the best fight of the year.

I think it doesn't matter, if you are talking about the accusations on Inoue's hand wrap or something. For me, Inoue still possesses one of the biggest puncher in boxing today, not just in his weight class so I do not see the accusations has weight in it.

So yeah, let's wait, I can't find any legit live streaming for this fight as in facebook, it will just be a replay of their previous fight or just keeps looping for the sake of getting viewership. Or it is that facebook is very tough in their algo to look for these accounts streaming it live for free in their platform.

The accusation got eliminated after Inoue show everything live while wrapping his hands, proving that there's no true behind
that accusation, his willingness to cooperate, just proves that he's really honest.

With regarding to the fight, he beats Fulton by a TKO in round 8, another addition to his success, now he may unify all the belts.

Maybe it will be announced next after the celebrations..
589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: July 25, 2023, 01:29:43 PM
The end comes in round 8 Fulton cannot keep up and now Inoue is now a 4-division world champion Inoue did not show respect for Fulton's power its an easy fight, Fulton cannot keep up with the speed and power and I knew its only a matter of time and its round 8 congratulations 4 more to go to equal Pacquiao's record can he do it?

Fulton had no match for Inoue; he seemed to be afraid of Inoue's power, which is why he had doubts in attacking the shorter Inoue. But in round 8, he made a mistake, and Inoue capitalized on it. Inoue is one of the best finishers in boxing, so he got that KO win.

Congratulations to Inoue! I think he can still move up in weight because he has been dominating.

Yeah we can really see it even on early rounds that he don't have any chance to win especially if they go head to head battle. But still we can congratulate him for reaching round 8 since even though he's been knockout in this match he still make the fans of Inoue wonder if there's a knockout victory will happen or not. Unfortunately he was hit bad and that totally finish him off on round 8.
Now Inoue is officially a fourth division champ I wonder what will be his next action if he's gonna chase for more titles or he will defend his own belt on his next fight.

Fulton's power and capabilities are not enough to defend his own belt. Inoue is too much for him, by looking at the early
rounds, the Monster is just observing and absorbing Fultons' punches.

Seems that at the very start Inoue knew that he just need the timing to confront Fulton and finish the fight, nothing that Fulton
can do here and a well-deserve win for Inoue.

Next stop for Inoue maybe, he will face Tapales and unify again the belts from this division. Let's see for any update!

591  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 24, 2023, 10:16:53 PM
...Again, hard to compare him with WB as far as triple double, but there are games that we could see some brilliance or high basketball IQ of Ball. But I doubt that he will catch WB in the record boards.

Following Westbrook's record will surely be a struggle to anyone specially if they are chasing after his triple double record as that same record looks to be unbreakable and by the way, Westbrook is still active in the sport and so he still have some chances to improve his standing and add a few couple on his stats even if it looks like that he cannot be that same triple double machine anymore. But I still believe that Westbrook can still make a difference, he just have to trust himself because his confidence was seriously hurt during his Laker days.

Still active and still have that chance to add more to his stats. I agree with you, he needed to bring that desire back. After losing that
confidence playing with the Lakers, he might find it back with his new teammates.

Hopefully, there's no trade anymore and he will be adding good numbers if minutes will be provided to him. Still have that capability to bring
and impact just need to increase his confidence.

Looking to see if there's a good improvement from this upcoming season.
592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight (july15,2023 on: July 24, 2023, 03:39:44 PM

But it seems that Donaire is the sentimental favorite here, we wanted to see Donaire makes a comeback win by either ko/tko and then becomes the oldest bantamweight. And for sure Philippines will be proud and happy to see another world champion with their flag on it.

Of course, Filipinos will be happy to see Donaire become a champion again, but we also understand that Donaire's career in boxing will end soon. If he becomes a champion, I hope he will stay in this division until he retires, maybe try to get more fights and aim to become an undisputed champion. I think that would already be a good achievement before retiring.

If possible, to unify all the belts before retiring. For me as well, that's a good accomplishment to bring when you have already decided to retire.

Though it's still early for that conversation as he needed to win this fight first before he can continue
proceed with that possible unification fight.

We might be seeing him trying his best as age really not favoring him, and there are factors that might affect his flexibilities.
593  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: July 24, 2023, 12:51:17 PM
Yes, arbitrage betting always favors you as a gambler, but once the sports house finds about your practices, the chance of
freezing your account or void your bets can take place.

Not only that, the chance of closing your account without getting your money back is also possible, it's not easy access since
house also needs to protect their money.

Getting your account banned for arbitrage betting is a very probable option. If it wasn't we'd all be doing that and all betting sites would go bust. But no legally operating casino can seize your funds permanently as that'd be simply illegal. At very worst they could freeze your account for the time of investigation if they suspected any abuse, or they could not pay you your winnings if they had evidence of you violating the terms of service, but that would be pretty hard to do for arbitrage betting, as the betting site can't see your betting history on other platforms.

Maybe you can get a lite sanction by voiding the bet and let you earn that warning, but the thing is you losses the other part of your
bet as doing arbitrage needs another site to place your other bet.

If one of the site freeze/void your bet, meaning to say that you are on the losing side, like what we understand, if that's not prohibited, the
advantage is on the gambler's side.

You just need to take time to sort it out and find the value bet, but in reality it's not and most of the time you'll wreck your capital.
594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trade altcoins during the bull run or just hodl? on: July 24, 2023, 12:08:01 PM
Next year will be my first bull run and have just been thinking about what will be best to do when it finally arrives next year.

Do you plan on just holding till an amount you are happy with or is it a good idea to try and trade altcoins whilst they are pumping to earn even more?
In my opinion, when facing your first bull run in the coming year, holding a crypto asset you are passionate about can be a stable and potentially profitable long-term strategy. In this case, you will maintain your position on altcoins that you believe have good prospects and long-term growth potential.

If you believe and you are really trusting the project, long-term wise it can maximize the benefits. It's tough to play with the
project when there's a market movement, you can be trap and be stuck.

But also, if you in a long-term hold you need to fully understand the risk and the consequences, there are many available options
with strong potentials, it's up to your good judgement to buy and hold.
595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight (july15,2023 on: July 23, 2023, 09:23:43 PM
^^ Donaire ML is still very attracted in my opinion, that is if you are willing to pour big money on it. So as long as he is going to win here, either by decision or knockout or technical knockout, you can still have a big win.

But for those who are chasing good odds for him, yeah, a stoppage win or even by decision is very juicy odds. However, we should be smart in our bets. So still have days to think about where to put our money, so let's see if there will be changes in the odds specially for backers of Santiago.

Yeah, if you are aiming for a win and you are good at backing Donaire, ML is already good to enjoy if ever Donaire
take this fight against Santiago.

Though we all know that there are gamblers who wanted to squeeze for more, and they are willing to take a much bigger risk for a possible
decent compensation, just a good trust for Donaire to win a KO will give much higher winnings.

Let see if there's movement if ever bookies see backers from Santiago to place their bets.
596  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Stephen Fulton vs. Naoya Inoue | WBC & WBO 122 lbs bout | July 25 on: July 23, 2023, 03:14:53 PM
^ That is a controversial statement by his coach, but it seems that Fulton is just shrugging his shoulder as if to tell this coach to shut up.

In any case, Fulton with or without that hand wraps, believes that he can and will beat Fulton as his own country in front of his crowd. So that is the mentality that Fulton has right now. No need from his coach to throw some rants on the media. Japanese is very respectful, but if you talk trash maybe we will see Inoue unleashes his full potential and power at super bantamweight as he might be agree with that statement.
He is already making excuses just in case Fulton loses; he already has one. There's a governing body that would ensure the fight is fair and square, so he doesn't need to worry about that. Besides, in the first place, Inoue would not think of cheating, as that would jeopardize his boxing career.

Right. It's not that we cannot blame them for they are just thinking ahead to defend themselves if in the case of Fulton being defeated by the challenger, Naoya Inoue. But their way was just a bit off right from the start because throwing an allegation will definitely not help their situation as that will just make it worse. Furthermore, there's no need to accuse of something because the boxing industry has been more careful because of what happened in the past and certainly Inoue's camp will not do something careless.

With a wide SocMed that monitoring this event, it will be tough and a big challenge for both parties. Fulton's accusation will be addressed by
Inoue's camp and I believe that Inoue will allow that negative insight for him.

Though we will need to wait for any available updates if how both camps will handle this and how they will resolve it,

But I'm still in the impression that Fulton will proceed and will defend his belt no matter what, maybe an excuse but in terms of
the price that in stake now for Fulton, both money and career hypes will be the rewards.
597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 23, 2023, 02:47:37 PM
It's obvious that the Celtics doesn't want to lose Jaylen Brown in the free market so they want to make sure that they will kept him in the last 5 years or so and they are willing to take that risk in the huge contract.

In fairness, him and Tatum are the backbone of the Celtics and so even if Marcus Brown has left and other players in their roster. They are still going to be a good contender with the 2 leading the team.

You mean Marcus Smart? He did not leave the team; he was actually traded, and based on his interview, he was even surprised that it happened. Well, this is business, and the management has the right to make a decision for the good of the team. Maybe Marcus Smart does not play based on their expectations anymore.
Yes, during the interview, he mentioned that the trade was far from his knowledge and he really didn't expect that he will be part
of that movement, knowing what he contributed to the team.

But likewise, it's business as usual, nothing to expect, but those movements are very possible to every player as the management is the
one who makes the decisions.

With Brown, Celtics knows that if he will be available, there are many offers that will come up, so they just make sure that
they will keep him with such an offer.
598  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Alejandro Santiago for WBC bantamweight (july15,2023 on: July 22, 2023, 02:40:07 PM

So we might listen to their predictions and what not and analysis. But as bettor I think we should know better and bet on the boxer that we think we should win the fight base on our own analysis. But with Donaire vs Santiago, I will go with the popular opinion that Donaire will beat Santiago and win the WBC bantamweight again.

Donaire could be wrong because, in the first place, he was mistaken when he believed he could beat Inoue. He was defeated twice, and that's a statement that Inoue is truly unbeatable. I'm not sure what the basis of his prediction is, but if it's solely because Inoue has moved up to a heavier weight, I doubt that's significant enough to affect his chances.

That's his personal opinion, though. Despite that, people may not change their minds and would still bet on Inoue. Let's just follow the trend since Inoue is one of the most popular boxers in the world; a loss would be detrimental to his career. So, let's consider that we are betting on his future, and we can be sure that our money is worth it, regardless of the outcome.

Adding that he's also fighting in front of his own crowd, Japanese culture is also important for them and I'm sure there's
a weight on it and Inoue will do everything not to be embarrassed in front of those Japanese fans'.

Nothing will change on my opinion if you are betting for Inoue, A word from a former opponent, can't vouch a possible outcome of the fight.

Inoue will be tested and by knowing him, always love to accept the challenge and excel from the expectations.
599  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: July 21, 2023, 06:39:39 PM
I also have a friend with whom we can discuss some events, this applies not only to gambling, we share opinions and forecasts, but each of us understands well that the final decision remains with each of us, because in the end each of us will risk their money. I will say that it is good when you can discuss something with a person you completely trust, this can lead to the right decisions.
As strange as it may appear, gambling doesn't correspond to our intentions; the system was designed to keep us failing and recording liquidated accounts from losses. Gambling is not an easy undertaking; we suffer failure and loses when our forecast games go against our predictions, but some period, we gain massively from the system. It is apparent that we must stand up and eliminate the mindset or thought of blaming others for our gambling losses. Nobody knows what will happen in these games, so we just have a chance of gaining or losing, which I accept.

In such sports games, even if you have a vast knowledge in that certain game or knows the players/teams will, you will still end up with the same chances where you have more chances of defeat compared to your winnings. In gambling world, all of these are normal and some said that if you cannot take it or accept it then gambling is not for you because nothing here is guaranteed even if you use your techniques or analyzes things carefully. It will be all the same in the end.

Same at the end it's a big risk with your money, whatever you think it is and how assure you are that you will going to win there's always
something on the other side that may happen along the way.

You are the one who's liable for every action that you take during your gambling. There's no one to be blame aside from
your own decision making.

If you lose, take it and accept the consequences. Same when you win. Treat yourself and enjoy your winnings.

~snip~

For my part, I highly respect the opinion of an unborn Donaire, obviously he has a unique experience in boxing, I don't, I barely practiced it as a sport and I know what most do, but Donaire's criteria is unique, also if I'm wrong, then I have nothing left to learn from what he predicted and well, it would be a great knowledge that I would be acquiring, but the truth is that it seems difficult for Fulton to beat Inoue.

Even if he had fought Inoue, Donaire's prediction is just one man's prediction, I mean his prediction is equal to that of ours, the only advantage that he has is that he is a boxer and knows the sports very well. In the "Tale of the Tape", Fulton will be the bigger boxer as he has fought in this division for quite some time and Inoue fighting for the first time in this division, do he bring his power and speed to 122lbs, which remains to be seen and that makes Fulton on the advantage to Donaire's view.

Let us not forget that the fight will be held in Japan, the only way for you to win is via knockout and I don't think that Fulton could KO Inoue so with that I will be betting Inoue to win via decision @3.10, a good bet for me.

The outcome of this upcoming fight is yet to be concluded, and anyone can provide their opinion. I'm sure there are other fighters
who have their different opinions about how they are seeing the result of this fight.

Donaire might have his reason and it's an opinion that he might see, but again, we can only declare that once the announcer already
announce the winner, either by decision or by KO.

4 more days and we will witness the fight between Fulton and Inoue, while for Santiago and Donaire, it's more than a week from now.
