601  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: pissing sites on: September 11, 2017, 11:04:37 PM
i just lost 438 usd on https://ethedelta.com  missed the "R"  so how do I report or take down this site ?

I've never tried it before but it may depend on your way to report it to central authority, where do you live? Normally, it's easier to report this kind of fraudulent in US and UK, but there are other Countries that are flat-out scams.

ActionFraud is the name of the UK’s National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre, and on its site you can report a variety of fraudulent online behaviour.

The Online Better Business Bureau of the US and Canada has a site for consumers that will aid you in making complaints against internet-based retailers and other businesses.
The USA.gov's Internet Fraud Information page is a jumping off point for the reporting of crimes including phishing attacks, Internet investment fraud, consumer complains regarding internet marketing, scam e-mails, and much more. The site will link you to the appropriate agency's who handles crime reporting for each specific type of crime.

602  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-09-11] South Korean Court Declares Bitcoin Confiscation Illegal on: September 11, 2017, 04:48:14 PM
If bitcoin being used as a medium of exchange for illegal activities, they should seized it and auction it later.
But, if bitcoin has nothing to do with the illegal activities, it's fair to not confiscate it.
It's funny how the judiciary in Korea have their own reasons about it, luck for the suspected.
603  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Gov. Electricity subsidies for Crypto Mining on: September 11, 2017, 01:02:37 PM
If I live in the Country which govs wants to subsidize electricity costs, I will invest or start my own mining farm.
Well, this isn't just a tales as Russia government will subsidize electricity for miners in Russia.

"The Institute for Internet Development (IRI) and the Russian Association of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency (RABIK) are reportedly working on a pilot project to subsidize electricity costs related to cryptocurrency mining. IRI director of project activities Arseny Shcheltsin told daily newspaper Izvestiya this week that mining farm owners would receive discounts on electricity but did not disclose the actual location of the project." https://news.bitcoin.com/project-subsidize-electricity-costs-cryptocurrency-miners-russia/

FYI; Russia's finance ministry and the central bank are developing proposals to legalize cryptocurrencies including bitcoin which is expected by the end of this year, bitcoin will have another Big Country join in the game of legalization this phenomenal digital currency.
604  Economy / Speculation / Re: China banned bitcoin: 2013 VS 2017. market maturity? on: September 11, 2017, 09:41:29 AM
Volumes were much lower in 2013/14 so it was easier to move the market by just a few big sells.

Also, in early 2013, DDOSing exchanges was a thing to make the markets tank - lots of the bitcoiners at the time were nerds in their early 20's and had never traded anything and would sell in a panic.

Bitcoin still isn't mature enough - maturity is when rumours only make the price move by about 1%

Indeed, the first thing is this news just a FUD because China never ban bitcoin, or at least there is no any official statement about it.
People just speculate and take an advantage to get more cheaper coins, we know that .
There are 3 reasons why bitcoin still tanks and persist above $4000.;
- Like you said, bitcoin volume in circulation is bigger than in 2013, so it's not easy to influence so many holders to panic sell.
- People could access to the news, whether it's official or just misleading information.
- Bitcoin has been spread widely (relate to the volume), whenever dip occurs, there will be many people ready to buy it which mean someone who hold big portion of bitcoin can not easily manipulate the market.
605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do we have a universal wallet? on: September 10, 2017, 11:32:16 PM
Yes we have!!
I think the closest wallet to fulfill the requirements is waves wallet.
The Waves platform is described as a Open Blockchain platform, one that takes the functionalities of Bitcoin and extends them further beyond the simple application of value transfer. The idea is not to create a replacement for Bitcoin, but rather a platform where Bitcoin, cryptos, fiat currencies, and all types of real-world commodities and assets can be issued, transferred and exchanged in a fully decentralized manner.

But not all of coins supported right now, it's a decentralized exchanges as well, so it still on developing and may add more coins.
Here the list of coins that supported by waves platform https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/waves-dex/
606  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is this Cloud Mining site a scam? on: September 09, 2017, 11:14:36 PM
Cloud mining isn't a good idea to generate bitcoin, if you want to; just build your mining rig, spend $2000 for the start even though just a simple hardware to mining. There are several problems with cloud mining, because it seems an easy way to deceive people to invest in their scam sites, it takes a long time to get ROI as well which is you can do better if the funds invested in bitcoin and altcoins.
The most famous cloud mining is genesis mining, there are many people have given their reviews about the profit if invest in genesis and even some YouTube videos inside genesis cloud mining in Iceland. But, it takes thousands dollars to invest in order to get decent hash power and get ROI faster, but still isn't worth for me compare with another source of bitcoin.
607  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Asking for help on: September 09, 2017, 05:09:31 PM
Heyy Guys,
I'm writing this in order to help me.
I want to be a trader and gain some bucks
what is the best platform to trade on? ans what are the basics of trading? and what advice you can give me?

I must warn you that trading isn't an easy way to get couple of bucks.
Trading platform; where do you live? Better to trade in local exchanges that listed some altcoins as well.
But, if there is no any local exchange, bittrex is the best option so far, but they have high fees to withdraw; BTC0.001
- choose the right coins to trade, do not buy shit coins which be the subject of pump and dump by trading group.
- divide your funds into several potential coins such as ethereum, zcash, and monero.
- just trade some amount that you're willing to lose, you can afford to lose it.
608  Economy / Economics / Re: Mental barrier stops from buying BTC on: September 09, 2017, 03:56:36 PM
Bitcoin has fallen below $4000 few days ago but could recovered as fast as possible, because people in rush to buy cheaper coins.
The rules are; do not buy at the peak, buy whenever dip occurs and sell at the peak if you want, so it's a dilemma to decide the best price for entry point in bitcoin. Whether we should wait or buy it now? Just get rid of your doubt and buy bitcoin at this level before bitcoin reach $5000 again. Bitcoin will be reach that point and even surpass it obviously, it just time matter, and the question; are you willing to wait until the time comes? Or just watch it happen.
609  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Hackers attacking again, pools are down, how to protect? on: September 09, 2017, 01:58:14 PM
Generally, if you're going to mine bitcoin./store high values (10BTC+) it's recommended that you don't host a node that has access to that address. Most mining sites will move coins immediately or will use an offline/tor connected wallet.
You can configure nodes to mine to a foreign address or produce a script that makes nodes able to immediately send block rewards to another address (these scripts may also be hacked or the reward address in the node can be changed if not constantly monitored).

I'm not an expert in this nodes field, but I don't think bitcoin could be hacked through blockchain if someone send bitcoin to another address.
What do you mean with:
host a node that has access to that address? Is this refers to 'only miner'/mining activities?
- configure nodes to mine a foreign address or produce a script? Foreign address?
- produce a script which may be hacked? In that case, avoid to produce this script.
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Hackers attacking again, pools are down, how to protect? on: September 09, 2017, 01:18:48 PM
Do you know it's not easy to brute force pools, blockchain or wallet to take bitcoin?
I admit, it's not an easy task to protect the nodes if we don't know how it works, but I don't think it is so easy to hack a wallet, moreover a pool. Bitcoin transaction is irreversible but not fully anonymous, it can be traced and hackers should be find a way to cash out which is not easy to do it. In the end, they will get caught even though it takes years waiting for the thieves trying to move bitcoin.
If I may say, to protect bitcoin nodes is a duty for everyone who understands programming, especially for core developers.
611  Economy / Economics / Re: China Will Kill Bitcoin: A Conspiracy Theory on: September 09, 2017, 11:40:41 AM
Do you think am I hallucinating due to the "shabu I bought coming from China? Or am I only making some predictions that has more chance to come true than playing in lottery?

Yes, you're hallucinating. China Government banned ICO because some reasonable reasons to protect their citizens from financial scammers or being deceived. Bitcoin is a digital currency, govs can't just ban and seize it without any reason, even though cash could be used for illegal transactions. Bitcoin has become a profitable resource in China, there are many bitcoiners and miners, the biggest mining pools in the world, in that case, govs get taxes from their activities.
612  Economy / Speculation / Re: The price drop has nothing to do with the fake chinese news on: September 09, 2017, 07:56:09 AM
After media tried to justify and then some speculate that China will ban bitcoin, make it worse.
On the other side, it is a good time to buy more cheaper coins, always there's another bright side for every dip.
All we have to do is waiting to extract the profit from this opportunity, because in the end, bitcoin will always recover and reach another ATH.
613  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-09-08] 33 Cases: Cryptocurrency Fraud Is on the Rise in Japan on: September 09, 2017, 06:54:01 AM
Fraudster is everywhere, not only bitcoin but mostly case is about cash or digital cash in form of cards (debit card, etc).
Thieves will try to anonymous, can't be traced but this is a good warn for everyone who involved in cryptocurrencies world, do your research, learn more how to secure your wallet and transact safely. 2Fa factor is a good layer, better than phone number authentication. Since bitcoin transaction is irreversible, make sure to make an offline wallet if you want to save it for long term, just put small amount in web wallet for daily transactions.
614  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Project needing Investors on: September 09, 2017, 05:53:02 AM
The maximum loss is 50$ in a month.

I earned a about 1000$ worth of btc, without advertising at all.
Imagine with advertising what can be acheived Smiley

We currently have 2 Developers.

And yes, we have made many coins, mining pools and more.
And I have started making the site.

Good project development judge by the results.
As you said have made many, if you can provide some legit evidence of your work, mining pools, coins, web which already sold/works just for review. People will trust you if there are some proofs of your projects. Especially if a trusted person give a review about your services.

616  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: So I deposited some of my BTC to Binance on: September 09, 2017, 03:40:05 AM
edit :
i just realize it that you need 30 conf for every coins that you want to store in there,
which mean not only Bitcoin but all of them.

0-25 minutes for 1 conf,
25x30 = 750 Minutes (More or less than 12 Hours) GL trading in there mate

Which mean it doesn't worth to trade in these Binance. I understand that some coins in Chinese exchanges may have lower price but you shouldn't be greedy by sending big amount of bitcoin or altcoins, give it a shot with small amount first.
I'm not sure how long it takes for 30 confirmation because it depend on blockchain network, how much unconfirmed transactions and how much fees to be paid. I recommend to check https://blockchain.info/unconfirmed-transactions before send bitcoin to an exchange, if unconfirmed transactions less than 5000 and total fees < BTC1, then it's a good time to transfer bitcoin.
617  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BUY high sell low ? on: September 09, 2017, 12:06:55 AM
For people who have weak hands, mostly cases will be buy high and sell low.
Trading altcoins isn't for newbies, even for experienced traders may lose in this activities.
For you who wants to learn about trading, better to start with bitcoin, buy and sell it for cash.
Your intuition will grow better as time goes on and you can get into trading altcoins.
618  Local / Esercizi commerciali / Re: what do you think will be the future of this market? on: September 08, 2017, 11:37:59 PM
what do you think will be the future of this market? and what needs to change so governments will start to recognize it as a currency?

Consider the advantages of bitcoin which will always attract more adopters to invest in bitcoin, more merchants, business and companies accept bitcoin as payment method, I'm pretty sure bitcoin will continue to grow over $9,000 in 2018. Depends on your perspective about the future, is it 5 years or 10 years later? Bitcoin may reach $30K or $50K if you still alive until those days.
619  Economy / Speculation / Re: ViaBTC CEO: China Will Ban Bitcoin Exchanges and article from SEC? on: September 08, 2017, 10:58:13 PM
If China ban bitcoin or exchanges, then it will be our benefits, moreover if we can buy bitcoin from them, an easy profit.
Bitcoin price still tanks and seems already recover to over $4300 on most global exchanges.
Whatever they said, if there's no official statement from government, then it just another fud from Chinese people trying to shake the market. Well, many people already panic sell, so they already succeed regards this news.
620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Today, Bitcoin dump ? on: September 08, 2017, 10:23:38 PM
I am also confused about bitcoin crash. It's going down and down. the alts is also red. I don't know what to do now. Huh

The only thing to do is be prepared for everything, place your bet to 'sell' or 'buy'.
If you're among of true holders and can wait for months or years, don't let this news bother you.
Because mostly seems like FUD trying to bait panic sellers to dump their bitcoin, so the whales could purchase another cheaper coins before it rise again.
