I really want Barca to win the cup but I feel we're way to weak at the moment. Osasuna will be a tough battle in the first place so final is itself not a given.

Between Atletico and Real, I feel we have a better chance against Real more recently so I'm hoping for a big Clasico final. Atletico is too good for us but Real we will have psychology edge, in my opinion.

What do you think guys?
602  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cointelegraph has the worst price analysis articles on: January 10, 2024, 12:44:18 PM
Man, never take any advice for value. Cointelegraph is what I call repeater news. They never make first news they always recycle. That's first point.

Second point, price analysis is easy to do. Literally anyone can apply 10s of indicators and come up with analysis. This doesn't affect market future, so you still have to make your own choice. Pay for it or get it free, no difference to outcome. Just difference of quality analysis.

Right now, if you analyze, you cam come up with 5 arguments why price will go up, 5 why it goes down. All are valid with analysis. In the end, you make the decision Smiley

Chelsea losing, first game of the Italian Cup already looks like a lost question for me, not the best of starts. Luckily, doesn't look much better for slaman29 as well.

same here, late changes in first two questions, based on odds that prevailed over guts, and I am close to both red zeros
didn't expected Chelsea to win, especially due to having second match, but saw that Middlesbrough is having difficulties with injuries and probably shorter bench than Chelsea, boy I was wrong

on Italy cup, expected a one goal match there, now it is up to others to all score (pretty low probabilities, Lazio and Frosinone, looking at you)

FML I was half half on EFL cup, but decided that Poch was going to get things right, Palmer was looking so good in EPL I thought he would easily score/assist. Seems Chelsea needs to purge their stars and ask Poch to rebuild. Not with stars but players he wants. SO frustrating.

I also need BTTS in all remaining Italian Cup games. cryptofrka already got that question red but now 6 looks pretty risky.
604  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🌍⚽Sportsbet.io AFCON 2024 prediction pool discussion thread on: January 10, 2024, 10:27:29 AM
What's your definition of a good goal Keeper? A good passer with a dreadlock hairstyle? Onana should be playing as a midfielder and not as goalie. Lol

A keeper who helped keep Ajax defense the best for 3 years running, 33% clean sheets. Then goes to Italy and keeps 50% clean sheets. I only saw him properly vs City in CL final but he was confident with ball to feet, like all modern keepers. United needed to modernize their goalie, but they forgot Onana style needs defense like Ajax or Inter, or City or Liverpool.

Give him Maguire and Dalot and Wan Bissaka who PANIC with ball, then he cannot keep his own composure.

You right tho lol at this time, he is better DM than keeper thanks to United LOL

Call me a madman but our team lacks winining mentality, just play and vibes.

Morroco is winning this one.

In AFCON the winning team is exactly mentality and how all players buy in. Morocco, Senegal, Egypt seem the most attuned as a team. Like Japan, Morocco, Argentina in WC.

Morocco is also seen as a pick for SF, hosts should be there as well
but my two picks will reside with Ghana to win as underdog, and South Africa to pass group, also as underdog, for the time being

Hosts always go far true, South Africa, I have no idea. In my mind they should be among the best team (among biggest country). Morocco and Egypt and Nigeria seem to follow this logic (size wise).

I’m not sure that Onana’s problems do not lie in himself - I looked at the clips of goals that he missed throughout the entire last season (and part of this season) and I can say that in 25-30 percent of cases this is definitely his mistake. Moreover, often this is not just a mistake, but a mistake due to the fact that he wants to play beautifully and not reliably. That’s why you can find video clips of him making beautiful saves. But on average, it seems to me that he does not play at the level of top goalkeepers.

100% in CL I saw almost all goals his mistake but that is mentality affected by defense in front of him. The same issue turned de Gea from titan into goblin in goal. You can put Ederson and Alisson in United and they will turn into Onana with United defense. Guaranteed.

It weirdly still doesn't work for me, flashing so I can see something but I think it's a loading issue as I remember this also happens for some software but works perfect on my phone. Issue for me is I need to use SB on particular computer so not possible to get other device.

Guess I need to get a fix but anyway so those horses are NFTs? Yours or the sites? Does it use cryptography for results outcome??

I answered today a question from a new FBC user on Premium benefits, but because I see it being asked all the time, I think I want to clarify for the benefit of everyone.

1. Please read the whole page under PREMIUM tab to understand how the system works. FUN tokens unlock progressive bigger benefits the more you own. But also, levels unlock with days you HOLD (you never sell). Max benefits are unlocked after 360 days. So you actually don't see anything instantly as you even need to wait 1 day to unlock first level benefit.

2. Extra 25% interest is NOT on deposits, but on total interest rate. So 25% more interest means instead of 4.08% base interest, you get 5.1% max base interest. This is per annum.

My advice, FUN and Premium are longterm things. That makes it worthwhile is 12500. Buy a comfortable amount and just be patient for 360 days. Then enjoy all the free spins and extra cashback and interest Smiley

jeremypwr fights to avoid relegation, will be a tough challenge, let luckiest win the round
first official match in 2024

Yeah, it's really an important game for both of us to avoid relegation zone.

It is interesting to note more than half the table sees relegation as more obvious than winning, such is the tightness of this table and division. No need to talk about me, I just need a win to stay in this game. I think even with 6 points it's not safe for me Sad

Hey everyone hos did the holidays go for you all? I had a normal time,,, been on sort of leave for very long time, but slowly doing work in garden a few jobs here and there. Always making sure I play my pools and beloved BSFL.

Bro we miss you but good to see you're doing so well, even in pools you are smashing it Smiley

There's a new pool too, don't forget to join it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5379265

But I would be rooting for the likes of Nigeria as they seem to have a decent team, would have gone for Cameroon but with Onanan in goal jeez...the thought alone scares me lol.

Onana is a good keeper, he just didn't have the right guys in front of him at United, plus all of them are totally not fit to ETH strategy. He wants to play like City but his players want to play like Mourinho lol

The Nigeria coach is mid and that's our biggest weakness.

Same thing in AFC cup, South Korea is talented but they have Klinsmann as coach, I know he's a good guy but he is their biggest weakness. Nigeria will go far in this one, I don't think they win but they are my pick for semifinal.
609  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I see many users talk about trading but does anyone here actually trading? on: January 09, 2024, 10:57:09 AM
I did try trading, and like what the first poster said, learning trading isn't hard, but making money in trading is the hard part.
You can learn and trade many years but without net profit. It is not something surprising because most of traders lose money and very few traders get profit.

I often try to post in many trading threads to try and warn people off it.

Trading is the easiest thing to do. Losing money in trading is even easier. But the way people post plus the way trading is sold to them, it just makes people blind to the fact that traders lose money. That's the plain hard truth.

I feel like this is one of the most irresponsible places in the forum Tongue As veterans we should try bring that awareness and tackle all the bad quality content here.
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if Bitcoin ETF is not Approved on: January 08, 2024, 11:31:12 AM
I can't believe people are still going on and on and on about ETFs.

What you say is not wrong, without ETF, bitcoin would continue to grow and increase in price over time and that has been proven over the years. But we can't deny the influence ETFs have on bitcoin in the short term, so it's no surprise that many people are still interested in whether ETFs will be approved or not.

ETFs approval would have a positive impact in BTC price on short run, while its disapproval would have an opposite impact, I think we can't avoid that.

But that's my entire point. Why do we care about the short term?

And even the supposed longterm effect of institutional demand has been proven wrong time and time again. Every ETF that was hyped and eventually came, did it really push Bitcoin up? Not even in medium term!

So if most of us are holding and investing, why are we constantly hyping up ETF? It's as useless as McAfee predictions.
611  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread 2023/2024 on: January 08, 2024, 10:08:24 AM
In the Girona - Atlético game, I went against the odds and chose Atlético, but Girona managed to win. I wonder when this team will stop taking points from me (I have already made several bets against them, but so far they have not paid off)?

I feel extremely cheated by Atletico this whole half season. I can see they're trying something different. Morata is on a new level. Griezmann probably the best player in La Liga enjoying the best form he had in such a long time and yet they are far away even from 2nd place.

I still think the odds on them are too good to ignore but like you I have to ask, when to stop throwing money away against them?

Girona to score is great bet to lose even better.
612  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: January 08, 2024, 08:58:45 AM
Well done Liverpool. Just finished reading some articles and I have to admit, I didn't think Liverpool would go all out. They played Alisson! Nunez starting is normal for cup, but keeper always rests according to Klopp philosophy so it's good to see them taking FA cup seriously. Arsenal are having the worst New Year ever man.

KdB assisted, beware Premier League!!

Thank you Trofo for accepting my fee from LC Smiley

I don't believe this. I would like to see Thailand vs Cape Verde. I am very happy to bet that Thailand would be giving a great great game, you'll be so shocked.

This will never happen in the foreseeable future, except on PlayStation. Has Thailand ever beaten an African team? They lost to both Angola and South Africa in last two.

Not to my recent knowledge but you are the one who said only Japan and South Korea are to the level of one of the worst African teams Cape Verde.

Only South Korea and Japan can compete with Cape Verde, and for the record, Cape Verde is one of Africa's worst football nations.

So if you are so confident, then I would love to see a low ranked Asian team play a low ranked African team. Why are you suddenly talking about South Africa again??

I see you talking smack, and then backing down lol come on man focus

Just wanted to add here that BTC wallet issue seems to be gone from Livecasino. I made a withdrawal, they paid it. The only thing is that you will get an email saying you have to contact support, so I did. Then they say it's just to confirm withdrawal, they will cancel your request and you have to do it again, then they process it. I don't mind, but it seems more difficult than just sending you an email where you can click to confirm.

If I didn't check my email I wouldn't realize you needed to speak to support to confirm. Just a feedback from me Smiley

Happy New Year Livecasino!

I totally agree with you. I'm not a big football fan, my whole family is mainly cricket but I think foreign people always seem to feel like football is less of culture here. But they never speak from experience.

I saw your Youtubes, many more videos of European footballers who retire now discover South East Asia, and they are really shocked to learn how crazy the football here is. But obviously not for all countries/teams. But I think it's special here also, it's a past midnight culture, I don't think anywhere else in the world is this, maybe Igeabotz is always sleeping when the Asian football fans come out lol

In Asia many people stay up past midnight to watch football, it is a weekly thing. For me I only choose certain times because I must go to work at 5am/6am Smiley But many friends play football after work, we are talking around 10pm, then after that go watch football. And then go to work with little sleep every week ( we all work Saturday too).

I cannot dream most Europeans would do this, they even must leave office at 5pm sharp, not a single European colleague comes in on weekend so I can't even expect them to stay up late for football to come to work with little sleep lol

Football culture is different, but not less or more. In Europe you have teams 100+ years old, in Asia our teams go bankrupt, short lifespan so most people only can support national teams.
617  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Unknown fact our profitable colleagues won't tell us on: January 06, 2024, 05:32:53 PM
But, it's good for them. And maybe next time they won't do that again because they are also afraid about the threats that they are getting.

Back when I did forex and in the early crypto trading years when I followed groups (paid and free) trust me these groups open new groups once too many members are mad. They face no repercussions, they all get threatened and they will always say hey you knew the risks or hey, you didn't follow our signals exactly.

But the truth is they nett loose their signals, they never share everything correctly or transparently and they just open a new group with 'selected positive results'.

So I stand by what I said, unknown facts is everything is not worth paying for, nothing you find out there is profitable.

Congrats if Hhampuz wins to the final he will probably do it with the fewest goals.

I think waterpolo, basketball, etc. Can always say things like, who makes it to next round, or who scores more points at the end of fulltime result (including penalties). If still draw, agree, choose how Sportsbet settles it Smiley

I can't believe people are still going on and on and on about ETFs. Do you guys realize it's been 5 years since ETFs started coming out and rejected? And did Bitcoin ever fail in all those times when ETFs got rejected?

In fact, did Bitcoin pump to 1 million whenever there WAS ETF approved?

So why are we still thinking so highly about these stuffs?
620  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto business: How to withdraw money from the platform? on: January 06, 2024, 10:01:35 AM
But it is actually that simple. The reason you see Belize, Seychelles and even Singapore where all these crypto companies operate is because it's very easy to do, in a few days. You don't even need to be physically present.

Apart from P2P as hugeblack says, trust me, there are plenty of banks who will take the business. Private banks and family banks are as many in Belize Singapore etc. They will also intro you to private OTC Smiley
