641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the best strategy for high wagering/low losses on plinko? on: January 07, 2023, 09:31:22 PM
^Just wanted to know where usually you will drop the chips.
Because my strategy is that drop the chips 3-4 places from the center or could be in one position in the center alone, and then my observation the chip will go to the right or left side which has landed into the higher multipliers. But I won't take a serious drop on this kind of game because I know that the large percentage of odds that you get is less because it is based on luck game.
However, if you wanted to know if there is an existing thread that talks about strategy in Plinko's last 2 years, this will probably help you.

642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the maximum number of loosing streak possible in dice with 20%/5x win? on: January 07, 2023, 08:59:51 PM
There is no maximum number and any number of consecutive losses  is possible. Take note that every time you wager, you play a new game which is independent from previous games and everything is possible.
If you are looking for a method to get rich, that's not possible. House will defeat you in the long run.
^You pointed it out.
If gambling works like this calculation, I think everyone knows how to calculate your odds in gambling which make you rich in that way.
I think gambling is there are no specific numbers that you must follow especially when it comes to dice 95% is based on luck and the rest would be your calculation. You cannot defeat the house edge and that is the fact in gambling that is based on luck and fighting against the house edge. It should be for fun and not for making money.
643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some Gambling Slang and Terms that Beginners Should be Aware of on: January 07, 2023, 08:52:40 PM
~snip~

You can share some of your favorite slang terms and expressions for gambling.
^Though the list is quite good but I think there are more that you need to mention, there are actually a lot of them that you must include in your list.
Just like this example, High Roller, Jackpot, and more.
However, I appreciate your list which is very common terms that we read here and hear in a gambling casino. The first term that I read in gambling term is that bankroll, wager, and odds which I don't know how to speak before, but now, it is commonly and widely used here.
644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the motives that drive you to gamble? on: January 07, 2023, 08:42:26 PM
I have to admit that I hardly ever gamble, and when I do it is usually national lottery or sports (football). The motives to do so are, on one hand, entertainment and, on the other hand, the little hope you feel until the draw takes place.

^These should be gamblers' motives why they gamble, it is given priority to entertainment over making money which is now everyone's mindset, they gamble because of making money or the worst part is that gambling the made because of a way of living. If everyone's motives are like this, there are no gambling addicts right now, there is no crime made because of gambling. That is why we are very lucky here because we know already how to avoid possible addictions. Gambling is supposed to be for fun and nothing else, we should not expect any in gambling when it comes to financial, set amount of money that you can afford to lose is always a reminder here.
645  Economy / Gambling / Re: Recommendations for Real Cryptocurrency Casinos on: January 07, 2023, 07:59:24 PM
I am looking for a list of real cryptocurrency casinos. (My search through the forum posts from the last couple of years didn't yield any results for such a list.) By "real" crypto casinos, I mean online casinos that operate exclusively using bitcoin (and other cryptocurrencies), rather than just allowing players to make deposits and withdrawals using cryptocurrencies. Does anyone have any recommendations or know of any good ones to check out?
Maybe you need to rephrase question and say that you are looking for casino that doesn't accept any fait deposits and withdrawal, if that is what you are looking for.
This would be poor choice for any gambling website, by doing that they would cut off big parts of profit for people who use different payment options.
I know that Sportsbet is based around Bitcoin but they have other payment options, but I saw there are some new simple gambling websites that only accept BTC.
Don't expect to find wide range of games and betting markets on websites like this.
^This is definitely right, you can't see a wide range of games if a casino only accepts BTC, payment options considering a large slice of pizza in the casino which gamblers prefer to have different options, as of now gambling casinos also accept different payments method not only BTC even though that is a crypto gambling casino. I don't have any to recommend because based on my search, it accept also other cryptocurrencies like altcoins.
Otherwise, it accepts also fiat through bank or debit card so I don't see such a casino that only focuses on BTC.
646  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin - what price would you sell? on: January 07, 2023, 07:37:01 PM
If you witnessed the last all time high, you would know the answer. So, if I were you, I'd wait 'till it makes to $60,000 or more to make more profits, but even it pumps up to $30,000-40,000 then sell it, it's still a profit. To make it even more simple, selling your accumulated Bitcoin at a very low price would vary on your level of satisfaction. It would be better if you know yourself on what price you are willing to sell your Bitcoin where you would be happy and satisfied to avoid regrets.
Making a profit even if it's small or big but still, that is a profit and now it varies on your satisfaction, if you are satisfied with a small profit it is up to you, and of course, with a large profit this depends on your satisfaction. So I think setting a goal where to cut your profit would be the best option here, as long as you are not selling your BTC under the price you purchased. But we have a different goal of making a profit, too high the expected price would take some time to wait because the next bullrun will probably come every four years when there is BTC's next halving. So I rather wait for the higher reward and accumulate while I can.
647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If Luck Was Measured In Percentage, Rate Your Luck In 2022 From 0-100 on: January 06, 2023, 10:56:59 PM
In gambling, the percentage that is appropriate for me is maybe only 10%, because there is some luck that I might get, some jackpots when playing slot games. But 90% of I lose and end up getting nothing. I'm not very good at gambling and I don't gamble often, only when I want to kill some time.

for 2023 there are no plans for gambling, still focusing on trading and some investments that I will make. Gambling is only for entertainment with not too much allocation of funds.
^Nope, it also matters on which game you are playing for, probably in matches playing cards could be has a greater percentage of chances but in games that are against the house edge, I will rate it into 1-5% which is become hard to increase your chances of winning.
In the lottery, how can you rate this? Haha, it could be less than 1 or the smallest fraction of the percentage is your chances of winning, it is quite slim than other games so technically, it matters on which game you bet for.
Because for me, this is not important as long as I enjoy the game.
648  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why these types wicks there on: January 06, 2023, 10:25:57 PM

This is not normal wicks, so why like this? it because of low liquidity??
^Is this chart for BTC?
I think you need to have more specific in your question because it is hard to guess which coin has low liquidity.
As I see it, that is a normal wick because it is obvious that crypto has a volatile nature that can move and wick the price in the market every now and then.
That's pattern could be a sign that you need to reinvest again and watch for the reversal.
649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Online Gaming Tournaments for Gamblers on: January 06, 2023, 09:58:31 PM
Welcome to the forum and thank you for introducing new games to us. May I ask if do you accept Bitcoin in your platform as I've seen you only need Cloud wallet and Anchor wallet to login which I am not familiar with, so if you don't accept Bitcoin I'm afraid that you need to move this announcement thread to the service announcement board.

Thank you too.
The game cannot use bitcoins as it is based on the WAX Blockchain,It's good that players don't have to pay for gas in WAX.
ETC I've moved. But I cannot delete My own topics in this board.
Glad to talk with you mate.

^Sorry to say if you are not accepting BTC in your platform this is not the right section for you. The forum rule and the majority of people here are using BTC and other cryptos, so I think there is a space here in a casino that does not have a business. Another factor, upon opening the site, I was thinking to read TOS and FAQ but it was not there. Hopefully, there is, because that is the casino where you can avoid possible negative charges.
650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casinos with PSC on: January 06, 2023, 09:47:52 PM
Heya, are there any casinos that accepts deposits with paysafecard/mypaysafecard and also accepts withdrawals in cryptocurrency? Thanks!
^I don't know here in the forum because usually as you can see, it is BTC and other altcoins. So it is more on crypto not on other currencies.
PSC is good, it will not reveal your privacy and is not linked to the bank, it is like a voucher type that only you give the pin, the same as BTC but is BTC it is dubious that it is truly decentralized.
As far as I know, these gambling casinos support PSC payment, Bet365, and Pokerstars, just to find more and don't forget to read first their TOS for further verification of possible violations.
651  Economy / Gambling / Re: What sort of Weekly & Monthly Bonuses do Bitcointalk members want? on: January 06, 2023, 09:16:37 PM
Weekly or monthly doesn't matter. people always want something unique so you must do something unique then others casino site for attract gamblers on your site. you can ask opinion here to all Bitcointalk membes  but you should think yourself what should you do and which offer can attract gamblers.
I disagree. Weekly and monthly bonuses matter a lot to many gamblers since they provide some sort of target to achieve which helps both the sites and the gamblers in a mutually beneficial manner.

Tweaking them optimally is tough to achieve. This is primarily why op created this thread in the first place.
^Definitely right, it matters a lot because as we can see people love to have bonuses or it seems to Rakeback when they deposited.
Just like 20% of their deposit will be back at the end of the week or month, it is a big help to those gamblers to stay because even though they have a big loss and when the weekend comes, they still have funds to gamble. Giving something free is matter a lot, this is a good marketing strategy that could be gamblers will stay in your casino. I don't know what is unique that the reply above is talking about, which is I think you can't do unique in the same game.
652  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: n1Bet.com steal me 5900 USDT deposit+winnings on: January 06, 2023, 09:08:20 PM
After my complaint Oddsportal removed N1Bet from their site  Grin

https://www.oddsportal.com/bookmakers/
^I tried to research two of those gambling casino reviews here but it seems that gambling casino was not listed, so it means, they are unknown or uncommon here, what is the reason why you are here posting this accusation which did not have a business here?
Probably you can find more gambling casino reviews where they are listed so that thy will remove them too, but in this community, we don't have anything to do because they don't have representatives here. But however, thank you for the warning that you have brought, but members here know that using gambling casinos that did not have a business here is very risky.
653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cashless Gambling, your thought? on: January 05, 2023, 10:38:08 PM

Besides that, cashless payments are only beneficial in online gambling, what about physical gambling or land-based casinos? Is it still cashless that they want to implement here?

Cashless gambling is already implemented in both online casino and land based. For a longtime now, we have had some gamblers playing right from their bank account for the land based casinos at least the past 5 years have witnessed this. For the land based casinos in Nigeria, you can open your account through the game house and fund it by yourself and you can bet on line where deductions would be made from your account and also when you have winnings, it is credited into your account.
^Definitely right and this is already done.
The cashless casino was already here, online, they used tokens served as cash, in the offline casinos they used chips as funds to bet, so I think it is already cashless. Additionally, cryptocurrencies becomes rampant nowadays and I think that also belongs to the cashless casino. There are too many gambling casinos that adopted a cashless basis because it will bring convenience for them and their clients. So the cashless casino is very important through the bank or whatever it is for quick transactions or even withdrawals.
654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you bet is chess matches? on: January 05, 2023, 10:20:10 PM
Chess tournaments as well as checkers may be a good sports field for the betting industry. I know I would bet in a chess match as I already did that against a friend. We have gathered a group pf players in my neighbourhood. Thrn we started with a betting game where we could bet on the winner ot we could bet on first player going for a check. Ithe experiment worked out fine. So, if there was a site where you could bet on checkers or chess would you go for it?
^ Yes of course.
This is my favorite game before when I was in college but now, it is occasionally I played once I have a vacant time together with my relatives.
But it is different in gambling casino that has this kind of game, probably in live betting but it is hard to find someone online that we don't know if our opponent is a bot or an areal human. Chess tournament is very common now if they have a live online sometimes it is good to place a bet especially if you know very well the player.
655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Factors that contribute to form addictive gambling. on: January 04, 2023, 10:28:30 PM
Online casinos and live casinos are not much different, everything can make us addicts, depending on ourselves whether we want to become addicts or not, we are consciously given 2 choices to stop or continue when we lose and lose money, most people will usually continue because of emotional feelings. that's what makes someone an addict for choosing the wrong path
^ I think people who are here in the forum will not become this addicted because we are fully oriented here about addiction and how to deal with it.
There are too many factors of gambling addiction but the root source is the money that they will get from the gambling casino, if you will keep chasing it, it could probably become an addiction. We are still lucky here we know how to control ourselves and fight the feelings that will become addictive for us. Just gamble because of the fun, not about the money, if you choose money, gambling is not good for you.
656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the motives that drive you to gamble? on: January 04, 2023, 10:12:46 PM
If we've understood about gambling in the right way we'll console ourselves not to get upset or frustrated on losing. When I was new to gambling I've cried for days with the doors locked. Those are days when my mind had a thought we'll win out of gambling and the loss wasn't acceptable.
Sorry, but where's the fun if you don't feel mad/sad when you lose or happy when you win? It's good and even necessary to be able to control your emotions when gambling but not to the point not to feel anything.
Sometimes, when I hit a long losing streak, I get mad and unconsciously start cursing and yelling, few moments later I start laughing on myself and on how I reacted.

I feel the same though it is quite frustrating if the game is baiting you.  It feels like it will go big but then nothing happens.  Same goes with slots when you see that you need 1 scatter and with all the tumbles, it didn't drop and when it do, you feel great.  The reason for that feeling is that we know in slot that there is a chance to win huge amount of money when bonus round triggers.
^That is very normal of course, no one will happy to see that your fund was the other hand because you are losing.
But if you will lose, you can stop and come back when you are ready again, because it seems like you are chasing money when you get mad.
I think you should not focus on the money that you have in place as a bet, just enjoy the game and you will fell nothing about being mad or sad because you know already that gambling is for fun.
657  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♠️♥️♣️ CoinSlotty.com - Welcome Bonus, Free Spins, VPN Friendly, KYC from 2 BTC on: January 04, 2023, 09:47:56 PM
Are you planning to give small portion of money or funds that will be use to try the site. I am not sure if already know about this casino. Most of the casinos that are promoting their casino here in this forum is they give provide code for Bitcointalk users to redeem or claim then we will receive small amount.
^This is definitely good if the team at this casino will probably hear your request and you are right, a welcome bonus or a free testing fund would be appreciated if there is one. Are you willing to run ads here like a signature campaign?
Upon visiting the site, I see a good user interface on the casino there is nothing I can say because it looks like it will lure gamblers to visit the site. By the way, OP, welcome to the crypto-gambling community, looking to your progress and I also keep watching your thread while planning to gamble there.
658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto (btc) is not for the weak on: December 31, 2022, 09:39:55 PM
~snip~
One thing I'm certain of is that as long as Bitcoin is in existence, all hope is not lost. Let us be strong in order to win this battle together.
^Lost hope is those people who are new to this kind of investor, many weak investors are eventually new to this kind of investment, and they easily get FUD like in any social media news. If we remember last time Binance exchange has many FUD and if you are not verifying it you will believe that FUD news. But I agree with you, let us be strong despite the condition of the crypto market, and forget for a while that you have a crypto asset while the price had a bad position. I believed that the BTC price will reach again into the next ATH.
The image above clearly that if you are new to this you must have faith in BTC first, look at CZ and Brian Armstrong, they don't have huge losses because they know how to deal with the market while those new below have lost millions or billions of dollars.
659  Economy / Gambling / Re: Coinballer - An open-source multi-player Bitcoin gambling game. on: December 31, 2022, 08:45:49 PM
Please anybody let me know if there's anything else I can do to increase my reputation.
Unfortunately, you cant fasten this process, but being actively posting here your updates, doing trades to anyone, as well as following some recommendations to your site, fixing/solving issues, etc. can help. Well, also running a signature campaign which i saw that you already did will also build reputation of someone else business/service here.
^Definitely right, there is no shortcut in gaining trust here, it should take a long process altogether with a good service with your gambling casino that should not have shady activities or becomes rug-pull top the users. Revealing your identity is not ideal for fast gaining trust, probably it will boil out to the worst if revealing your identity becomes a danger to your side. Running a signature campaign or any business ad, being active here in the forum will make your reputation increase. However, you are in a good step, in answering those concerns about your website on this thread will increase the chances.
660  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this exchange legit? on: December 31, 2022, 08:29:55 PM
Is circleex.io legit?
if there's a better exchange, it should be the one you're familiar with. never take a risk. although sometimes new exchanges create some events for their new sign-ups. but never get hooked. only use exchanges that are already trusted. it also doesn't let you put your money and leave it. if you have finished trading, then save your assets in your wallet. never leave it on the exchange.
^That is why I always matter how long in service upon choosing an exchange and the next is if they are reputable enough. Most known exchange care about their reputation and they will not ruin it whatever happens even though there is a collapse. Another is if that is a centralized exchange, they are registered and they follow government law which is very common in having a KYC.
As people above said, avoid this exchange while making research, or why not choose Binance or Kraken exchnage since they are very strict on security and KYC verification as of now.
