Win7 x64, 12.2 driver, 2.5SDK, 7970GPU cgminer 2.3.12 "gpu-memclock" : "300", "gpu-vddc" : "1.000"
Opened up GPU-Z 0.59. The memory clock didn't change at all. I've also tried different values. The VDDC also didn't change at all, also tried different values. Any ideas? Also, is SDK2.5 the best for this GPU?

I think GPU can happily mine for much more than 3 years if kept at a decent temperature.
GPUs can last way longer than that, but generally people would throw them away after 5 yrs. I've yet to have a GPU fail on me besides the fan, which is no big deal.

you cant steal cards from stores
No you can't. Because they are there for you to take. You can take all your want, but that doesn't mean it would be activated.

This is unbelievable. I still have the 2 cards for %70. They are NOT stolen and nobody can prove they were because they aren't. If anybody wants to go on teamview while I chat with amazon and confirm they are not stolen.
You are right, I can't prove them are stolen. BUT, the info you provided me both times were ALL fake, as I've verified with Amazon. For me, I assume your cards are stolen. I'll let other forums guys decide on their own. Let's see your chat log from the second time you contacted Amazon. You conveniently didn't post it because they never told you that. This guy has it out for me and obviously has a problem admitting when he makes a mistake. I did post the second chat log. Just because you are blind doesn't mean I didn't post it.

I get the impression that a lot of people that spent a lot of money are getting very antsy about this. If one were to scam us, they would do it extremely elaborately; making 10 effective units at 3000 each is nothing if people make a bunch of orders for singles, and people decide to plunge in on a rigbox. It is unlikely that they are THAT busy with the few singles that were made on this production run, and that it is that difficult to prepare them to be shipped.
I've heard that only a few of these Rev2 boards were made, with the rest to be done in Rev3 boards. If they are that busy, they could email someone important about it, or set up auto replies. It is really odd.
RJK: Get the salt, I heard video cards are a little bland.

They can't be THAT busy. ngzhang on this forum has been shipping his own FPGA. If he can do it, why BFL can't? Or maybe Chinese are just 1000x more serious about making money?

Pay with a credit card (even through paypal) and you can get your money back if nothing ships. There are rules. Lots of em but...
You need to file a dispute with paypal, even if it is unsuccessful. If you do not do a PROPER paypal dispute, they will lock your account when you do the one through your credit card company. Once the paypal outcome is set, and if you loose, you are allowed to do a credit card dispute. If you are not doing fraud yourself you SHOULD be able to keep your paypal account and get your money back. In this case, a seller that never shipped you should be able to get through this process.
good luck getting anything from paypal. They do nothing when you dispute, and claims they have fully investigated and still can't recover your funds.

I don't have permission, but I can't be caught because I'm the only person smart enough in IT to figure out what's going on! Then they probably wouldn't notice if you just took a few computers home with you for your "pockets benefit", either... As a matter of fact, they dont. I've taken 10+ sticks of RAM, a few PSUs, tons of HDDs, printer power supplies, a laptop, a PC Ebay FTW then you probably should stick to that... more profit than mining.... NO, i am not encouraging anyone to do this.
