Under some democracies you can't also chose to be of a Nazi, Communist or Fascist parties and those aren't even allowed to exist.
Some can call that measures against social unrest, that both religions and politics may cause.

As for "faith", for someone with "faith" in Santa will make it exist for real... or not at all.

And don't confuse sinning Muslims with what Islam teaches

What does Islam teaches?
Killing people? Harass women? Harass "non-believers"?
The problem is that is actually wrote in the Islamic doctrine. Isn't the "sinner Muslims", it's the doctrine.

Add to the problem, the major one, both Christians and Muslims likes to teach, despite they are but utterly ignorants!
Most of those Indians were killed in "Christian Reeducation Centers", ruled by Methodists and that existed up to early 80's of the XX Century.

Communists and Religious folks sense of happiness: either you're "happy" or you're dead.

What evidence that Jesus Christ ever existed? The first references to him appears some 70 years after his death and there's no record of any crucifixion of such person ordered by Pilates.
Jesus most likely is just a character in the romance we call the Bible - we know for sure that many stories of the Old Testament were assorted Middle Eastern legends rewritten to have a Jew as the main character.

The is no life afterwards. That falls to the afterlife's paradox! If such thing would exist you would go to an extremely crowded place; the sum of all people that already existed, and sharing your space with ancient people that would make you miss your worse neighbor.

Wars and competition happens because some people wants the same thing at the same time, this will unavoidably make the winning part happy and the loosing part sad. They're mutually exclusive (or a paradox), and there's no way to turn this around, not even with your Prozac's paradise.
685  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate islam ? come, i have a simple cure for you brother :) on: September 01, 2015, 08:22:49 PM

He rebelled against God, and sinned. He also got humans to sin, and continued to try to get humans to sin more and more. He was prideful, and wanted to be like God. To have peace, and never have sadness again, we need to get rid of sin...

It's really working out, isn't it?  Roll Eyes

And what would be "eternal peace and no sadness"? Wars are made by man, doesn't occur because God or Satan made it, and some events makes some sad and others happy at the very same time.
So that world without sadness would be what? A place where all games will end up in a draw?

Think of the paradoxes that makes yours and everybody's religions pure non-sense.

Add to this: "what is a sin"? How many wars did occur because some masturbates? Yet accordingly to your "unaware of what legitimacy means" religion, it's "a sin"

So? At the end, what wrong did Satan? Riot against the "Eternal Dictator" you call God? "He knew"?! If "he knew" would prevent it before. And where does free will and foreknowledge fit within Noah story?
In movies God would be Senator Palpatine and Satan Luke Skywalker.

We would need a Satan's Bible to know where he stands.
687  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate islam ? come, i have a simple cure for you brother :) on: September 01, 2015, 02:32:26 PM
We have barely gotten to the point where we can clearly talk about the 3 scientific laws that prove that God exists. Questions about Satan will need to be answered from personal belief.

Satan is the fallen angel who plays the largest part in corrupting the perfect earth, the perfect people. "Fallen" means that he has turned himself to be against God. While "angel" may mean space alien, it means a whole lot more than we think about when we say "space alien."

Satan is not myth, although proving that he exists might be more difficult even than proving God exists.

Smiley

Satan is the proof God doesn't exist. The "fallen angel" almost took down the "almighty" if weren't for God's army of angels. How pathetic can this be?!
So the "almighty", isn't "almighty" at all and needs an army to protect his ass.
God also can't foresee, so isn't omniscient, because he keeps regretting something and didn't saw Satan's rebellion coming. Cheesy

1aguar,

Absence of evidence != proof

We've no clue what other animals dreams with, we just know they do. So you just assume they don't dream of their death by any reason?
Chimps are now in a human-equivalent stone age, in a few thousand years they can evolve to a complex society as we do.

And what about near-death? You hallucinate if one of the basic needs of your brain is short, what does that prove? Nothing! We've many "miracles" and "apparitions" around the planet from people under severe deprivation or drug effects, but we may notice that never Jesus appeared to a Muslim as never Muhammad does to a Christian.

There are things we do not know, and for those maybe one day we will, maybe not. But the best thing to do about it is to assume: we don't know, other than come out with far fetched "it was Godly" arguments.
689  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate islam ? come, i have a simple cure for you brother :) on: September 01, 2015, 04:26:31 AM
Yes, but then "who is Satan"? What does it represent?
Just a mythological figure you're teach to irrationally fear and hate. So whatever someone claims to be satanist you're meant to have an irrational hate towards it.
In many ways it's like an "ancient Hitler", except for the part that Hitler did actually existed.

If we pick the Old Testament God vs Christian Devil, God killed way more people, caused way more havoc, and yet you are meant to hate Satan. Pavlovian to its best!
690  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate islam ? come, i have a simple cure for you brother :) on: September 01, 2015, 04:03:47 AM
You should ask first "what is satanic?", because it means... nothing.
Barbaric, yes it is, one of the roughest but not the only one, "Satanic" is just a label to call the opponents, but is pretty much undefined.
691  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scientific proof that God exists? on: September 01, 2015, 03:01:24 AM
I am not a monkey; I am a soul, and I have a body. I have asked atheists in this thread to rationally evaluate the evidence for life after death. Where is your rational response?

Evidence of life after death and corresponding proof of God: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=737322.5300

Afterlife?! Soul?!
Afterlife drags you to the afterlife paradox: You would need to die in that life after life, or the place will be overcrowded. No matter if you believe that you go to the Magical Tropical Island of the Christians or to the "Fuckdise" of Muslims. And not only such place would be overcrowded as you would be sharing your space with people from ancient times, even ISIL makes better neighbors than them!
The religions believing on reincarnation are the only ones not falling to this paradox, all "paradise-based" ones do.

As for soul, what do you call it or why do you think you've it and other animals don't? You dream? Well, sorry to break your supremacist belief there, other animals dream too.

For all that science can tell you (and me or anyone else from this planet reading this) are an animal, part of the Animalia kingdom, and despite the cognitive abilities, not biologically different from many other species of mammals.
"Rub your ego" is part of the scam, not only religious scam, but scams in general. All scammers will use your vanity, will tell you "how smart and lucky you are" by join their rig, the very same way religions tells you to be "crown of creation", "son of God", "chosen people"...
692  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scientific proof that God exists? on: August 31, 2015, 06:48:14 PM
Basically you refuse to accept you're a random monkey that evolved in a random reaction somewhere in the Cosmos, so "it must be God".
Your statement still falls under "negative evidence". At best you can aim for a "probability" of any sort of intelligent source, if you want to create a big conspiracy theory using games theory, but no further than that.
693  Other / Off-topic / Re: Scientific proof that God exists? on: August 31, 2015, 01:23:44 PM
Are we still on this?!

Because you can't understand or don't know means nothing about God. You're just trying to claim to have negative evidence! I can't prove there's no God on the very same way you can't prove there's no Santa or no Bigfoot.
694  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Should we kick more people off welfare? on: August 31, 2015, 01:15:12 PM
I've nothing against human nature, but politicians must answer two questions before starting to purchase votes with welfare:

1. Is it sustainable? Can you keep it 50+ years without bankrupt?

2. Are you up to hold the legit retired people when it comes out you can't continue #1 and therefore also can't pay the legit retirement plans people paid now?

@romjpn

You need to study basic economics man! Society is like a market: what you do is what you worth, what you own is your purchase power.
If you give 1K/month to useless people, then $1000 = $0.
Why? Because you are giving something to people that worth nothing, therefore that something becomes nothing. The initial impact of such measure will be more people sit on their ass, as result goods will become scarce as nobody produces them, and those who produce will have to wage way over 1K - otherwise they won't bother doing it and just pick welfare. So inflation will be massive and you hardly will be able to buy a single potato with those thousand bucks.
695  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Should we kick more people off welfare? on: August 31, 2015, 05:22:31 AM
People is lazy by nature, you can't change that. Nobody likes to work, you may like what you do, but the borderline between work and a hobby is that by work it means you've to do it even when you're not up to it.
You may then only make people move by necessity, a way to do it pass beyond welfare is by using greed and wave them with a "better life", creating a fake necessity. But this will work only with some, for many and, in due time, for most, as long as you keep their basic needs supplied with welfare, they won't do anything else, never leaving poverty. But, heck! At least they don't need to wake up early morning.
696  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What's your opinion of gun control? on: August 31, 2015, 02:19:29 AM
I believe for US there's a historical reason to keep a population with guns; the WW 1 telegram where Germany offered support for Mexico to invade the US in an attempt to divert US away of coming to Europe. The fact that most of Americans had guns worked as a "no way, thanks" from the Mexicans.
697  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you hate islam ? come, i have a simple cure for you brother :) on: August 31, 2015, 01:14:30 AM
Hate is a retribution of hate... Islam preaches hate, so hardly will ever get any love back.
698  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What Is A Social Justice Warrior (SJW)? on: August 31, 2015, 01:11:32 AM
Well, people in general just wants to be good. The issue is on how can you be good without being mean?
As pointed early, it's somewhat funny to listen to folks with an assassin printed in the shirt (Che Guevara) complaining about Nazis, ignoring they are way alike.
You also get it from those "I support Palestine due to Human Rights violations and yada yada" -> so the Jews must be killed without appeal? Aren't they human also? Or simply have no rights? Or is these people just a group of morons?

Maybe one day people will learn to simply analyze decisions and potential outcomes, other than take one side and being good for that side regardless how hazardous the outcome may be... and then aliens may finally make contact with us.  Grin

I agree with "moron-ism" for classify those fashion-followers "useful idiots".
699  Other / Politics & Society / Re: China Continues to Tear Down Crosses From Zhejiang's Churches on: August 30, 2015, 11:47:44 PM
Religion : human races ancient communities = Economy : currencies

If you don't understand religion don't blame it: study it!

The Emperor: a man that cannot handle faith.

Human races have nothing to do with religions. Nobody is black or white for being Muslim or Christian!
Religions played a role to bootstrap complex societies, but today they do more harm than good. Is like keeping an Autoexec.bat over an UEFI OS.

But I second you: study it, but beware, NEVER study just one! Study one and you'll be hooked for life, study two and you'll be done with it in 10 minutes.

I would apply it to what is an -ism.
Because all of them sum to the same;
Every single -ism claims to have the solution to all evil, preaches senseless hate towards what they think it's their enemy, use historical reviews, approaches or plain lies to get a point, the brain-dead who follows an -ism follows it as his football team...
