701  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will the SEC approve BTC ETF in the coming 23 days? on: September 23, 2023, 07:15:44 PM
We have seen the SEC just delaying Bitcoin ETF approval, so don't over-expect something from them. They don't care about anything; they will decide whatever they think is best. Though there is a high possibility of approving the Bitcoin ETF, I don't expect a huge difference in price. ETFs just enable contract investment; they don't relate to direct Bitcoin investment. That's the reason I don't expect much from ETF approval. If rejected, the market would act negatively for a while but won't be longer. The same will happen even if approved; it will pump a little bit but won't hold longer.
702  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I learned something new from Bitcoin today on: September 23, 2023, 07:09:03 PM
Patience is needed everywhere, either in gambling, real-life business, or crypto. You can't exclude patience anywhere. However, I don't support gambling; it's highly risky for anyone. Crypto trading is the best for those of us who are well familiar with Bitcoin. It doesn't matter if gambling is good or bad, but a major percentage of people have been losing to gambling. In trading, there is a good chance to make money if you can learn. Though any investment in crypto is risky too, you aren't going to lose everything. Like the Bitcoin price drop, you will still hold whatever you have. A value drop doesn't mean you lost your holding. The value would recover anytime for Bitcoin. So I would advise learning more about trading instead of focusing on gambling.
703  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Hate speech and it impacts on bitcoin on: September 23, 2023, 07:00:25 PM
Bitcoin really never cares about hate speech at all. It's not unexpected that a few groups of people will always hate Bitcoin, and they might say negative things about it and express their hate speech. We can't prevent them, actually, and because they have the right to speak. Even opposition parties hate speech against the ruling party of all the democratic countries. It doesn't mean the ruling party will stop their activities. So the same is true of Bitcoin hate speech. Bitcoin gained popularity so quickly that hate speech was unable to stop it anyway.
704  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It is only Bitcoin and nothing else on: September 23, 2023, 06:51:49 PM
I became emotional when reading this thread. Because the OP mentioned the PumaPay token, and sadly, I lost a lot on this shit token. At the beginning of my trading journey, I started with Bittrex, and somehow I invested in PumaPay.. But later, I realised they seemed to be scammers. I invested 1.5 bitcoins, and eventually I gave up by selling all the shit for 150 dollars after a long holding. So yes, it's quite dangerous to invest in any altcoin. We may lose our portfolio that way. The safest investment is Bitcoin for me now. I learned from my past mistakes. There are a lot of dead and delisted tokens on Coinmarketcap. Though they raised millions, they never delivered anything and didn't focus on investors. They ignore their responsibility and enjoy our funds.
705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling game is not good and everyone should stay away from it on: September 23, 2023, 06:43:28 PM
I know a few gamblers, but everyone has lost a lot of funds in gambling. Surprisingly, they are still involved in gambling; I really don't know why. Still, I haven't found any gamblers who are gainers. However, there would be few winners, and probably that's why people are still gambling. For me, I always try to stay away from gambling. Rather, I am more interested in playing with Bitcoin and making money. Its easy for me, though crypto investment is also quite risky, but better than gambling to me. At least I am not going to lose everything, because crypto would recover anytime where gambling is fully different.
706  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: No matter the pressure don't release on: September 22, 2023, 08:08:56 PM
I am not sure about other exchanges, but Binance P2P always reminds you not to release funds unless you get confirmation from your bank. So this is a very important part when you are trading p2p. Faking payment proof is pretty simple; anyone can edit it. Usually I don't trust them, and very rarely have I been trading without verified merchants. I never release funds unless I get confirmation from the bank. It doesn't matter how hurryy the buyer is. A lot of scammers take advantage of fake proof. But we need to learn how to avoid such a situation.
707  Other / Beginners & Help / Learn how scammers capitalise on a trending coin or token. Save your funds. on: September 22, 2023, 08:00:34 PM
Do you know how scammers capitalise on trends? For example, currently, a couple of bot projects are doing very well. There are so many more projects coming with additional or new bot features. That means bot projects are trending right now. Because investors made a decent amount of money from bot projects, now they are seeking more bot projects to make more money. Here, scammers and project farmers are active. They want to capitalise on the current trend; they make some fake promises and launch projects. Investors still think they could make decent money again from these trends. Especially those who missed previous bot projects that did a couple of Xs on the exchanges jump when they hear this is another bot project. When raised funds, scammers just skimped with funds as usual.

What do we should do? Because when you joined the trend, project farmers scammed us. That's how trending will end up, and investors will lose their funds. I will suggest you don't just jump into trends. Make sure the projects are solid. It's just not about bot trending. Pepe also did well, so many Pepe tokens have been launched. That is almost dead, but Pepe is doing good. Those launch later, and investors lose funds there. Don't be greedy, because everyone can't catch the trend. If you are late, you will lose. Rather, I would avoid any investment in brand new projects.
708  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should i invest in this project or not on: September 22, 2023, 07:45:55 PM
First of all, it's pretty risky to invest in Trending if you aren't in at the beginning. Because when a token becomes popular with its hard work, some other scammers take advantage of that. They act like they are creating something like a successful project, but in reality, they just want to make money. No one actually cares about investors who believe in their promises. So make sure you are going to invest in a solid project, and they aren't scammers. Because of the end of the trend, scammers and farmers are launching projects. That's how we are losing our funds.
709  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Opinions on Native Coins/Tokens of Exchanges? on: September 22, 2023, 07:39:51 PM
A native token of an exchange totally depends on how strong that exchange is. Every native token seems popular on their exchange, and the exchange team always tries to push it. BNB is one of the most popular and strongest native coins; it is not just a native token but also a native chain, which is called Binance Smart Chain. Though lately it has been dumped due to an SEC issue, I believe it would recover at any time. However, before investing in any exchange native token, ensure that the potential of this exchange.
710  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do we get the completed posts payment. on: September 22, 2023, 07:12:32 PM
Is it necessary to create a thread for this? Why can't you talk with manager personally about your questions? Because it's about a specific campaign, you should discuss it with the person in charge of the campaign. Unless something went wrong and you aren't happy with the manager's answer, you may raise a public question. However, you won't get payments if you remove your signature before counting the post. In a special case, you must inform your manager regarding removing your signature or avatar. Always keep reading the signature campaign rules where you are going to APK. If you can't comply with the campaign rules, it's better to avoid them.
711  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Satoshi have known? on: September 22, 2023, 07:04:19 PM
As we know, Bitcoin was created to make a hassle-free p2p money transfer without third-party involvement worldwide. I assume Satoshi never thought at the beginning that Bitcoin would be volatile like now. Instead of focusing on Bitcoin use cases, we are more interested in making money from them. However, Bitcoin has now become the most popular cryptocurrency worldwide. Satoshi got more than he expected from Bitcoin; we are getting an advantage from his dream coin.
712  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Seniors apply patience and kindness to newcomers on: September 21, 2023, 07:30:13 PM
The forum's established members always appreciate newcomers who have been really seeking to learn from here. There is no reason to criticise newcomers unless they create merit-seeking threads. Because newcomers always need to focus on learning, not earning or merits. Yes, experienced members don't appreciate farmers and spammers. So it's very important to respect forum rules and set your goal to become an established member. Just ignoring criticism is the best way.
713  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is bitcoin have grant program ? on: September 20, 2023, 07:10:05 PM
Bitcoin doesn't need any traffic itself. Keep in mind that Bitcoin and Bitcointalk aren't related to each other. The forum is just for discussion about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. So the forum doesn't have anything to attract traffic. Because Bitcointalk is a nonprofit organisation, Due to decentralised behaviour and no team, there is no specific grant programme for Bitcoin. But if anyone wants to do so, they can do it voluntarily. Because holding Bitcoin means you are the owner of it. No one could decide about your Bitcoin holdings except you.
714  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is The Father After All on: September 20, 2023, 07:02:17 PM
We call Bitcoin the mother of all coins. However, it's similar, and there's no doubt that Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency. To be honest, Bitcoin will always exist as a king. Because of my experience, I have seen a couple of times in my crypto journey how Bitcoin reacts. Bitcoin holders who hold it for a long time are always gainers. We have seen many predictions that Bitcoin will start a bull run by next year. I agree with that, though I don't believe some unrealistic predictions. It's because there will be a FOMO due to the upcoming halving. Those who are on Bitcoin should capitalise on the halving FOMO if they have not yet accumulated it. It's time to make money from Bitcoin.
715  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They sent me btc to my wallet they were available and then they disappeared! on: September 19, 2023, 04:41:46 PM
I saw your latest thread where you mentioned the deposit you made on Binance, which is confusing. If you use a Binance address to receive bitcoin from the seller, it won't show on your balance until you get confirmation on the blockchain. I assume you checked the transaction on the blockchain, which was an unconfirmed transaction; they probably doubled the amount. So I believe you have been deceived by the scammer. Why haven't you used Binance P2P instead of dealing with scammers?
716  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't Just HODL But HODL Wisely and Securely on: September 19, 2023, 04:29:04 PM
It doesn't matter if you are a hodler or not, but you have to secure your funds the right way. Even if we are not hodling, we must hold our wallet for a short period of time. Most people just leave on exchange, which is the most dangerous attempt in the crypto world lately. That's how a lot of people lose their funds. So we have to make sure our funds are secure. At this point, it's very important what wallet you have been using and how secure it is. We need to spend more time researching how to secure your bitcoin so we can handle it wisely.
717  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Not banned, yet not accepted on: September 19, 2023, 04:20:12 PM
Your post is quite confusing to me. If the government restricts banks from participating in crypto transactions but allows users to use them, then you aren't breaking any rules by using crypto. Because the government hasn't fully banned it, the government doesn't like to get involved with crypto. If fully banned, then anyone can't use crypto, and it would be breaking rules. My government fully bans crypto, and anyone involved with it will be punished. So we are breaking rules since we are involved with cryptocurrency.
718  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Is Bitcoin Price Increasing? on: September 18, 2023, 07:26:24 PM
I don't see any positive vibes right now. The movement you have seen is just the result of normal trading. There is no significant pump; you can see it's been dumping right now. So there is nothing special here to pump Bitcoin. The reasons you mentioned are very old and common. When demand increases, the price pumps. But the current small pump is because of traders; if there is no volatility, then traders won't make money. Just be realistic and watch the movement.
719  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A friendly reminder by the Author of Rich Dad Poor Dad should be taken serious on: September 18, 2023, 07:21:23 PM
For a long time, BTC seemed not bullish to me. It's most likely due to the world encountering an economic crisis. People who love Bitcoin should have enough funds to invest in it to see a bull market. Also, a lot of FUD has been brought to the market. So for this year, I don't expect Bitcoin to break ATH. That's the reason why some people assume next year will be a Bitcoin bull market. Also, there is coming halving, which would create a FOMO. Don't expect above $100K, but would break previous ATH by the next year.
720  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects. on: September 17, 2023, 08:07:21 PM
Most probably, you are shilling a shitcoin. However, I don't prefer to invest in any new tokens that haven't proven trustworthy. They will make a lot of promises and raise funds. At the end of the day, they will skip with funds and leave investors. If you are thinking of becoming quick rich by investing in a brand new project, then just think that you are gambling with your funds with 99% chances of losing. It's better to make less money in a solid way where risk is less as well. Trade with a couple of established altcoins if you really want to play with altcoins.
