Place your orders low, my man. And then wait for them to run out of content. lol I still dont get why devtome is given shares when it is a bounty project.. I guess if there was nothing else to spend on we could have made another devtome but maybr something to do with useful sourcecode.. if we gave more precedence to source we would get better output as a whole... Imagine the number of writers as developers instead.. we would have the best wallet softwares and probably some new features other coins dont have. exactly, i hope DVC finds the way back to a Dev(eloper)coin and not writer/dumper-coin |

So, just ran my 120GH on p2pool for 24 hours. Payout stands at 0.004BTC. That's shit. Barely pays for the power used running a PC all day.
Back to a real pool.
Payout is over 3 blocks, so takes 1.5 days to payout. You should probably stop feeding the troll. He'll never use p2pool long enough or with any objectivity. He just knows he doesn't like it without having a valid reason. Btw, over the past 3 days I've gotten 0.085+ bitcoins with only 30Ghs. The 4 days prior to that I got 0 however. So yeah, variance... The good news is that over time I've always come out better than other pools. You just have to be patient. I completely understand though that people with low hashrates might prefer a different pool. But really everyone with hundreds of GHs should consider trying p2pool for a couple of weeks. it was allways the same with him/it and it will always be stupidity meets ignorance  |

Just joined p2pool last night with 170Gh/s
Mining fine just wondering how long dose it take for payment to hit the wallet ? 3 blocks have been found when I have been mining on here.
Any way to monitor the miner on the pool as I looked for my wallet address on p2pool.org on the stats but can't see it.

P2Pool.org is not affiliated with P2Pool or ForrestV. .org .ru and .com p2pools are nodes that keep payouts for themselves and than distribute according to their own rules If you want to join TRUE p2pool go to any node from list p2pool-nodes.info or setup own local node using guides from p2pool.in Hi, Thanks for the reply, geeez which I knew that, if I join any pool from the p2pool-node.info list I still use the BTC wallet as user name and password as anything ? Dose it matter how big the pool is ? Thanks All p2pool nodes belongs to p2pool network it looks something like that  you can switch between node and you still will be in p2pool network and all your work will be saved That is great opportunity of decentralization. If any node is under ddos you can switch to other and continue work in p2pool network or, as you should, just run a own p2pool and let it handle the connections with the other pools. |

was he online since the last time i posted about it? there hasnt been done anything wrt dnsseeder but i gave him enough informations to do it :S
he switched to HTTP server for Datacoin, I think that he has some kind of list of priorities. i offered him to create the dnsseeder for him or even host it myself if the vps costs get paid (not much, 5-10$ per month). if someone would donate enough *coin to create it, id do it and make a pull req for adding the dnsseeder. therefore newer builds wont have the problems with not finding any peers. how many coins do you want? as said, worth 5-10$ per month, thats fine with me (ie, no profit for me). otherwise this is going nowehre with datacoin... |
