That's probably because it's full of bot followers which isn't an organic kind of Instagram account so it's not going to garner you real interaction. They do this kind of thing where they grow an instagram account and build a bot following that's going to make it gain some real followers albeit not enough to make organic engagements. It's probably because that winner knows his friends real well that if the winner isn't avoiding them then that person will inevitably lose the money real fast because either they will ask for a treat from the wins or they would ask him to shoulder their incoming bets or would influence him to bet those wins hoping to strike the iron while it's hot. I don't know the whole story though, it could be that my guess is somewhat right or in the ballpark or that winner isn't really their friend and that amount of money just showed what he really is when it comes to his friends.
