741  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Privacy Issue /QR Code Video on: February 04, 2020, 07:33:55 AM
When I was scanning QR code with Electrum wallet, it captured my image on camera. How does Electrum store video recordings made when their users are scanning QR codes? Is my identity already compromised?
LFMAO. If you had put your face infront of the camera instead of the QR code, of course its gonna capture your face. No doubt there ;p

Jokes apart, If you had downloaded the original electrum wallet, I am sure that your identity is safe. Videos/Photos are not stored while scanning. Moreover, you can double check as pooya suggested.
742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Mutual betting pool] ICC U19 WC India vs Pakistan Feb 4 2020 on: February 04, 2020, 06:33:38 AM
You are absolutely correct. If no one wins then the fund goes to roll over and ads in the next pool. One can place more then one bet in any selection by the way :-p
Good luck.

Ok without further ado then, let me place two bets this time Smiley

1. Address to send your winnings: none
2. Bet amount: 0.0001 btc
3. Your Pick: India
4. Tx (if any): later

Let's hope that we don't have a tie in the semifinals   Grin

Question for Royse (bookie).
Consider that I am betting on India and no other new participants are joining after that.
If India wins the match, I guess the total pool amount will be split among the four of us and if Pak wins or a Tie ensues, the pool amount will be moved to the next pool. Am I correct?

Asking the question, because I see an almost sure win situation for me Grin
744  Economy / Services / Re: ★☆★ 777Coin Signature Campaign ★☆★ (Member-Hero Accepted) (New) on: February 03, 2020, 01:43:20 PM
Why do people keep congratulating CryptopreneurBrainboss as being the next campaign managet? Lightlord did not say anything yet about the new manager. To be more precise, ge said this:
Because, in his service thread, he has mentioned 777 and Bitvest under active campaigns. And I highly doubt, Brainboss would lie about it Smiley
So, it's most likely that he'll be the one managing the campaign once the the transition is over.

Congrats Brainboss Smiley

You got some information correct and some still not yet :-D
You sent the due of the third match to the address of 4th match which is correct but you still have not sent the payment for 4th one yet. :-)
I hope it's not confusion now.

I too a bit busy these days and this is why I have not much activity. Gosh I need a break lol

But I missed the 4th match  Roll Eyes and I didn't make any bets, so should I pay?

If you did not bet so I don't think you require to pay. It's simple I think.
Yup, but Royse claims that I missed it. Maybe he needs a good night sleep as he was busy for few days  Grin

I would like akhjob to send the funds for this match and also the previous match to the same address (the address for this pool). Once I will create the next pool, I will send the entire fund to the new address.

Did I miss a payment  Huh Sorry I didn't know, how much should I be sending?  Was busy myself for the past two three days.

Edit: Just checked, I have missed the 3rd T20 payment. Sent 0.1mBTC to the 4th T20 Pool address. Hope, I got it right.

^ Whether it's true or not, Garlic has good antibacterial and antiviral properties. So, when you are faced with a disease for which the cure is yet to be found, all you have to do is to stay healthy and hygiene and try to improve your immunity. You can improve your immunity with the intake of Vitamin C rich fruits and adding Garlic, Ginger and Turmeric in your food. As far as hygiene is concerned, I guess you all know what the WHO recommended - Wash yourself frequently, coughing and sneezing precautions, avoid close contact with others, avoid raw foods etc.
We already have a girl affected in Kerala, so it's better to be safe than sorry.
749  Local / India / Re: ZebPay is back? on: February 03, 2020, 04:50:13 AM
I doubt the correctness of this news. Because the website is showing "500 server error". I don't know is it only me or everyone else is getting the same error!
Zebpay.com works fine for me. Moreover, many existing Zebpay users including me got emails that they are due for a comeback. So I guess the news is legit.

Wallet maintenance fee? Looks something new for me.
Back in 2018, when they closed, they had informed that they would charge fee for the safekeeping of the Crypto which was not withdrawn by the users after the withdrawal deadline. I guess that's what they are calling as Wallet Maintenance fee. Dont know the earlier charges were, but this was discussed in the latest email as well
Quote
Therefore, please take notice that from March 1st, 2020, we will charge a monthly fee of 0.0001 BTC per member, equal (on average) to roughly USD 0.80 / SGD 1.1 / INR 60
750  Local / India / Re: Union budget 2020 on personal income tax - are you happy? on: February 03, 2020, 04:17:27 AM
Are you really happy with it? I personally feel it is an eyewash as it brings no relief to the higher income group people. voice your opinions!
There is nothing much in offer for the lower income groups as well. Most of the employees who fall under the 5-7.5 Lakh slab, will be filing NIL statements taking the exemptions and deductions into account. But as per the new slab, they have to pay 10% tax. So, I'm sure that most will prefer the existing tax slabs with exemptions and deductions when filing the taxes. The new scheme is purely unnecessary for the lower class in my opinion. This is just another propaganda to show that they had lowered the tax numbers, but in truth, nothing has changed. There is nothing new in this budget, so there is nothing to cheer or be unhappy.
751  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Unbiased opinion about bitcoin wallet on: February 02, 2020, 06:03:46 PM
Should I change my Bitcoin wallet if I use it now https://polehin.com/? I need to hear a person with experience. Which crypto wallets are the safest?
I prefer mobile wallets

Are you looking for a multi-crypto wallet? If so, you can try Coinomi, not open source but supports a lot of coins and its good. I haven't used any opensource multi-crypto wallets, but if you are looking for one, you can try either Holder wallet or Trust Wallet

Btw, don't use Polehin wallet. Looks like it has lots of red flags dicussed here

When the market is Win - Tie - Win. Of course, this one is a Tie, which got a result through super over. So it's right to move it to the next Pool. So, I have no problem in moving the funds to the next Pool.
754  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 29, 2020, 11:32:57 AM
I really wished for NZ to win this match. They had every chance to win this match. Their feilding was excellent, batting was good especially Williamson. They needed only 2 runs from 4 balls. Even posted a good 18 run target in super-over. But all their hopes were shattered by Shami and Rohit  Undecided I feel miserable for them.
755  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: January 28, 2020, 05:45:13 PM
Zimbabwe has started the test match strongly and 406 is a good score considering their team and also SL . Though SL has also started well and just last 2 wickets for 122 . Rain has effected the match and now Zimbabwe would have to bowl much better so that they can take control on this game and does not happen like last match .
I thought bad light stopped play, did it rain ? Anyhow Zimbabwe somehow managed to get past 400 runs today with the help of lower order batsmen from the yesterday's score of 352. The only difference I see is that the runrate has improved a lot from the 1st match. In the 1st match, the runrate was less than 3 for ZIM and slightly over 3 for SL, but in this match the runrate was around 3.5. Since, the run rate has improved, there are no chances for a draw. So, ZIM have to fight harder to level the series.
756  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quick Survey: why do you specifically use crypto to gambooool ? on: January 28, 2020, 01:58:03 PM
I chose crypto to gamble because of the following reasons
- No need for KYC
- Easy and hassle free
- Avoid Govt restrictions because of anonymity
- Make ultra small bets and prolong the joy of gambling etc.
757  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 28, 2020, 09:47:13 AM
I am interested to create a superbru pool for it if we have enough players to perticipate. We really need at least 8 to 10 users to make it fun and entertaining. Without a pool I do not see there are any need for a separate thread for T20 events while we have this thread already.

I would suggest everyone to leave their comments on this:
Would you join the pool  and how much entry fee you are okay with?

Tbh, I haven't watched a single PSL match and I hardly know the names of the players in the team, so I will miss this one out  Undecided What's the point in betting if you don't know about it.
Which reminds me of your thread regarding IPL .

I will not forget this time Grin
It's better to subscribe to t.me/royseMultiBet, that's how I get notified of the latest betting threads of Royse.
758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 28, 2020, 07:59:29 AM
Do we have a PSL thread yet? It seems like the tournament will begin next month.

?
I don't think we have one yet. But if you are interested in it, create one. I believe if you created one dedicated thread, some of us will show some interest towards it.
759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: January 28, 2020, 05:01:14 AM
I totally forgot about Sri Lanka. Yes, they are also another one who lost their way totally. Not only in Test but also in all kind of format. Bangladesh and Zimbabwe teams were not in the competition in my opinion.
Back in the early 2000s, ZIM was a really strong team troubling almost every other teams with players like Heath Streak, Henry Olango and the Flowers. Later due to the political issues, the team lost its players and ended up being a below-average team.
After a long gap, the current ZIM players showed some effort during the 1st test against SL. Even in the second test, they have posted 352/6 at the end of the first day. The captain, Sean Williams scored a century with a good partnership from Taylor and Raza. Chakbava, the one who ate 140+ balls in the 1st match is still on ground. Let's see they could materialise their efforts this time.

Who would have guessed that SA can score 180 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in the second innings Shocked Ok Faf gone. Partnership broken by Stokes  Tongue
SA still need 280 runs with 7 wickets in hand. Dussen nearing century. I don't think SA will successfully chase the score but I always love a good fight.

Edit: Dussen out for 98. 2 quick wickets and ENG are back on track. So the max score SA gonna score is something around 300. Let's see how muck de kock is going to add to the total. He has been the only consistent player in the team so far in the series
