741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The most Overused Words in Bitcoin History on: September 14, 2014, 02:29:54 AM
I probably see at least one of these words every day. Heck, probably all of them, if you spend lots of time on these forums like me
742  Other / Meta / Re: Forum finances on: September 14, 2014, 01:35:54 AM
What the heck do you talk about in the donator topic anyways, how peasant the non-donators are?
743  Other / Off-topic / Re: CryptoMe.Me memes on: September 13, 2014, 03:20:16 PM
I'm surprised on the amount of memes you have, you probably will run out of things soon, unless more major events happen.
744  Other / Off-topic / Re: CryptoMe.Me memes on: September 13, 2014, 03:15:07 PM
Fantastic website. Liked on FB

747  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: September 13, 2014, 01:25:26 PM
Just for clarifying, I get I think 51 cents per day with cryptcominer sig campaign, withdraws daily and fast, no fee.

Yes , we  have understand ,.. but that sig. campaign is only a Ponzi scheme Wink .
Its daily payouts, so on the day that it crashes, you at most will lose that days payment for 51 cents
748  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★ +7.9k BTC wagered ★ the best onchain game on: September 13, 2014, 01:19:37 PM
Luckyb.it is great but the only problems are the transaction fee to play and the fact that it is very addictive Grin
Hey,
Thnx for your feedback Wink we are converting to off-chain and soon or late you will touch it. Wink
No no no! We do NOT want off-chain replacing the onchain. If you do, keep the onchain, I need it!

I do also remember this, lmao, when rates were climbing up to ridiculous amounts and you could make over $1 a post. The rates are still pretty ridiculous when you think about it, for participating in a forum.

I think it's pretty ridiculous we can earn quite a decent amount of bitcoins in such a way. I've never seen any other forum do this sort of thing, but it's just another reason why I love this place and also bitcoin. Hope they both go on forever hehe.

Oh, and thanks for keeping this thread going op. It's very useful to the community.

0.1 is what you can earn on average for Sr and Hr, it is not that much!

Agree that 1B+/month was outrageous and great but it is over, for now

Am getting 0/month at the moment

0.1 for 50 posts is pretty great in my opinion and especially for doing something you would do anyway, but you can get more on other deals. Even the 0.4 people get on PD now is a lot, but the 2.4 was definitly nuts (though not many people got anywhere near that amount).
Dicebitcoin and primedice is definitely the highest you will get, but you had to be in this a while ago, with the required activity level of almost a year of on here to be eligible for them. Definitely paid off though
750  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] Dice Script ☆ Bootstrap ☆ Any Coin Compatibility ☆ Provably Fair ☆ Install on: September 13, 2014, 01:15:45 PM
Runs very nice a quick, my only 2 problems are 1. No Bot and 2. The page refreshes every time we almost seems to make the page flicker.

I do like how quick and clean it is!
A bot is kinda a hard thing to do, but maybe a thought for future versions. The refresh issue isn't really a problem, is the way php forms work. I was thinking of using ajax to post data, but its ALOT more insecure than using php to process bets, so I ruled that out. I recently added so that your previous settings like bet amount and multiplier was kept, so really theres no issue other than the refresh.
Bidding has been started by dogedigital at 0.1btc

Withdrew my payment from cryptcominer's sig campaign and everything went smoothly, got my tx, fee paid for by them.

Huh

You are on primedice campaign.

Wrong account?
yea i have an alt account on this.
752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: satoshin@gmx.com is compromised on: September 13, 2014, 02:43:51 AM
So what would be the impact of satoshi being revealed?
I understand there could be personal reprocussions for the man himself, and that there is a great human interest story here, but bitcoin will not be affected. The world may be disappointed when we find out satoshi is a programmer and leads a life typical of one (he's boring)
I don't think bitcoin would necessarily be affected solely by satoshi being doxxed. It would certainly affect satoshi's life negatively as he would receive a lot of attention that he clearly does not want.

One way it could potentially affect bitcoin is that satashi would have less reason to continue to hold his bitcoin so there would be a greater chance that he would sell some of it.
Yep, bitcoin is completely decentralized, so if the creator dies, no effect on it at all, nothing is lost except his massive amount of btc
753  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: If bitcoin was real coins, Would you pick 1500 satoshis off the ground? on: September 13, 2014, 02:40:15 AM
I'd assume it's some asshole kid's revision of the dollar on a string prank. I'd assume they hold the privkey and empty the wallet as soon as they see your eyes light up. Cheesy
^ This, is the best post I've seen all day. You won my happiness. Imagine, picking up the wallet, quickly scanning the pub key, oh look 5$ in there, you import priv key, 5$ gone...
754  Economy / Services / Re: [PrimeDice] [Highest Paid Signature] Earn Bitcoins Simply By Posting on: September 13, 2014, 02:37:32 AM
Happy birthday primedice sig campaign! This unpaid post is your birthday present  Grin
755  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: If bitcoin was real coins, Would you pick 1500 satoshis off the ground? on: September 13, 2014, 02:35:04 AM
just had a really weird thought. Homeless people put qr code on a sign, people could donate bitcoin to them, they could take the money to ATM at the end of the day.
756  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Take a lesson from Yahoo on: September 13, 2014, 02:32:13 AM
I hope it stays somewhere at 1000, some of us will lose if bitcoin stays at 500, or falls lower, 1000$ is a nice rounded number plus we won't lose money.
757  Economy / Digital goods / Re: {Selling} Starbucks Gift Card 35% on: September 13, 2014, 02:28:17 AM
Replied to "bookmark" this thread in my unread replies thing. After nahtnam stopped selling due to school, I need a new future source
758  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Vs. Paypal on: September 13, 2014, 02:26:48 AM
You can use bitcoin without any documents while on paypal it is mandatory.
Its not MANDATORY, but to load your account yes it is, and to verify as well. You can technically receive and send paypal balance with no paypal or bank account, I have a  US paypal account with no CC or bank account to transfer from bitsimple, and I forward it to my real account with bank account.
759  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Right Price for Antminers on: September 13, 2014, 02:24:43 AM
Go for it man, you will barely make ROI, maybe not, but if BTC price rises you will definitely

Has anything been done to make sure that in the event of another treasurer's death, their BTC also won't be lost?
multi sig wallet codes? Ones that start with 3? I think they require a certain amount of OKs from different users, allowing for one user to say no, or be dead
