741  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-15]The price of bitcoin dropped below $ 4000 on: August 15, 2017, 03:39:33 PM
This goldman sachs analysts just give her speculation about bitcoin price, but I admit she might be right as I've same (the worst) prediction. But, there's one thing which hold bitcoin to not fall below $3000 which is segwit activation on August 21st.
How could segwit be the reason? Because it's a scale solution, after bitcoin transactions could afford many transactions per second and be confirmed faster than current situation but we just pay low fees, than it should be great for bitcoin development.
Remember when Litecoin segwit activated few months ago, and this coin has rise from cents to $50 in just 2 months.
In addition, litecoin just like a testnet for bitcoin development, then what Will happen after bitcoin segwit be activated? We will on Bull run like crazy again.
742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Transaction FEES 0.00133153 BTC !!! on: August 14, 2017, 11:15:58 PM
When Segwit is activated the fees will decrease dramatically, not to mention increasing the blocksize and the addition of the lightning network.

I am also waiting for activated segwit, hope it will decrease the fees of transaaction ob bitcoin.

i think in bittrex, the fee is 0.001 btc too because the last time I am trying to withdraw in early of august, I see the fee is 0.001 btc but I don't know how much the fee now. I am not to active for withdraw because I only withdraw if I need money so I think you need to make sure the fee first. I think the other exchanges is different than bittrex but I am not sure about this.

I am a regular user of Bittrex exchange. But not yet withdraw btc from bittrex.I only withdraw Ethereum from my bittrex wallet.but i dont think that bittrex also charge like bitgrail.bitgrail is fucking shit exchange ever i have used.
bitgrail is othe then other exchange platfrom and its dedicated for XRB coin.

Indeed, bittrex fees.for bitcoin withdrawal is BTC0.001 as well even though my last withdraw in this month was just BTC0.01.
Anda exchanges always want a share from their users whether you want to withdraw coins or fiat currency in order to make their site goes well, so make sure you have made enough profits to cover those expenses Cheesy

That's why segwit implementation expected to solve bitcoin fees and confirmation time problems, but it's not work for trading exchanges as they have set certain fees for withdrawal.
743  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin the new gold on: August 14, 2017, 05:05:12 PM
I've been analyzing all this happening with bitcoin and I'm coming to the following conclusion:

Before the most important asset was the gold in which everyone wanted and possessed, the governments were displacing gold with money a centralized asset which lost its value day by day.
You misunderstand about it, Gold doesn't lost its value over time but fiat currency (money) do, losing its value due to inflation.
Simply because gold has really usability, for jewelry or electricity but not for fiat currency which only used as medium of exchange.

Today there are hundreds of altcoins and for sure there are some that are much better than bitcoin, and that these will be more used than bitcoin in the future, but bitcoin will be the king of all the new digital gold. People will use other altcoins as well, but the savings and investments will be in bitcoin, and this is for the simple reason that it was the first altcoin, and that people believed in it from its beginnings.

Yes, hundreds of altcoins and some coins really has high value but none of those coins will be used more than people using bitcoin in daily transactions. Look at how much business and companies that accepted bitcoin payment, then compare to altcoins.
Bitcoin be the King of digital currency because the 'usability', it has some advantages and being used among people as a better monetary system.
744  Economy / Speculation / Re: Remember $4,300 this is one of your last chance to get cheap coin on: August 14, 2017, 04:06:26 PM
We're on rally because of segwit will be activated, I guess.
The question is; when it will gonna stop? reach the highest rate and fall down due to  people cash out, massively.
I'm not sure about this, but most news tell us if bitcoin could reach certain price, and many investors could join, cause huge influx of money into bitcoin. I expect bitcoin reach $5000 until November before get corrected because segwit2x chain split.
745  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] ChipMixer - mixing reinvented on: August 14, 2017, 02:50:09 PM
Might be shift in customer from bitmixer to chipmixer have increased the amount of donation they are getting from few big users.
After bitmixer closure volume went up and donations went up but support requests went up (customers were used to simpler mixing process) and donation percentage went down (customers were used to automatic fee deduction).

We are thinking about adding ChipMixerLite version that would work exactly like old BitMixer - you send output addresses, receive signed contract, send coins and wait a few hours to get them. The good part would be simplicity. The bad part would be split of mixers volume and less privacy. What do you think about it?

Personally, I prefer to use current Chipmixer and will only use it instead of lite version.
- better mixer than old bitmixer
- more anonymity
- more features of donations and 'bet'.
But, if you think that lite version will be enough for layman, and many people will use it, consider the advantages and disadvantages of lite version, than it's fine.
746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [2017-08-14]If Not Bitcoin Cash, Could Bitcoin Kill Litecoin? on: August 14, 2017, 01:41:16 PM
I don't think bitcoin or bcash could kill litecoin, as current increases of bitcoin doesn't really affect litecoin, even though most altcoins prices has declined.
This in fact shows that there is no correlation between the change in the price of Bitcoin and that of Litecoin which is quite understandable as their prices are not expected to be hinged on another. Both should be independent of each other.
People tend to buy and sell altcoins in order to get profits, as everyone simply can not trade only bitcoin because its price is higher than others. So, as long as traders wants to get profits, litecoin and other altcoins won't just disappear.
747  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best coin to buy? on: August 14, 2017, 12:20:00 PM
The best coin to buy is bitcoin, no doubt about it.
But, consider bitcoin price pretty expensive right now and compare to how much money you want to invest. But, bitcoin is long term investment in order to get good profits.
If you want to make bigger profits within days or weeks, then invest on some famous altcoins which has growing faster than others such as ethereum or bitconnect.
748  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-13] Goldman Sachs Warns Investors Not to Ignore Bitcoin any Longer on: August 13, 2017, 11:27:36 PM
For you who don't know ; The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. is an American multinational finance company that engages in global investment banking, investment management, securities, and other financial services including asset management, mergers and acquisitions advice, prime brokerage, and securities underwriting services. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goldman_Sachs
As a company which handles so much investment and asset management, then their customers and more people will pay attention to bitcoin, and surprisingly bitcoin has increase from less than $1000 in the early of this year and bitcoin has reach over $4100 today across global exchanges. The potential is limitless for bitcoin, we don't know how much bitcoin could gain if more business and companies adopt or invest in bitcoin in this year.
749  Economy / Economics / Re: how can bitcoin help the community? on: August 13, 2017, 01:58:26 PM
Bitcoin can help many find an additional or main source of income or even provide a financial future if it is held for a long time. The most patient owners will be able to fly to the moon Cheesy
If just about how someone could earn bitcoin and hold it for long term, then it's just a way to get extra money but won't make you rich obviously. Consider about current price around $4000, how if bitcoin price crash and fall down? Some people could make profits while many people will loss, that's why fluctuations of bitcoin (bubbles) is a big problem which hardly to be solved.
750  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoint will reach 4.000$ or not? on: August 12, 2017, 05:45:14 PM
We're sit on $3850-$3900 on most global exchanges except for OKCoin that has been reached over $4050.
Bitcoin on Bull run right now? Well, I'm not so sure about it as I see it as a normal increases due to segwit activation on August 21st.
BTC mean to be the best digital currency and should reach fantastic price over time, all of it has been proven so far and consider bitcoin still on the beginning of its development.
751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of BTC on: August 12, 2017, 04:58:25 PM
I'm not new to Bitcoin I've been using it since 2015 as a wallet since it has no limitations.
After the new record of BTC price I'm really confused, It increased about $1k in less than 1 month which seems suspicious.
If you have been involved in bitcoin world since two years later, then $1000 increases is a common thing due to segwit will be activated. And more likely will continue to rise until the end of this year.

I'm thinking of investing some money on BTC and hold them for at least 3 years or more.
But is it a good idea? have any of you made good profit with holding BTC?
Like tell me what do you think of the future of BTC rates, how high could it reach?
Of course there are so many people have made good profits, you should know about it.
Probably, you weren't involved in bitcoin but only knew a little bit about it.
Bitcoin may reach over $20000 in three years later, fyi read this ; https://www.cnbc.com/2017/07/07/strategist-tom-lee-weighs-sees-bitcoin-going-as-high-as-55000.html
752  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading and security on: August 12, 2017, 03:45:29 PM
If facing a pro hacker, than nothing could protect your trading activities, based on your luck I guess.
But, as long as you aware of something suspicious such as malware or phishing method, secure your password and not online all day, then you should be fine. Remember to keep your bitcoin offline in order to prevent any further access from hackers jjust in case.
753  Economy / Economics / Re: stable currency on: August 12, 2017, 01:30:29 PM
i was just wondering
how much more time BTC needs to become a little more stable?
in past 24 hours BTC exchange rate have increased 19.1%

Bitcoin price fluctuations affected by supply and demand (buy and sell) in every exchanges, just simply like that.
Bitcoin may need more than 30 years to become more stable, when bitcoin has spread widely and there's no one which hold bitcoin in huge amount (100k - 1 Mil) as he can sell and affect bitcoin price. At least when bitcoin reach higher price, people will think twice before sell their precious bitcoin and prefer to spend it to purchase goods.
754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How ATM bitcoin work??? on: August 12, 2017, 09:34:40 AM
In my country we dont have bitcoin ATM, i wonder how it's work??
Here in my place we had only ATM for bitcoin users only in one place which is located in civilized location.
How it works, simply if I have wallet bitcoin balance I will type the amount that I'd like to withdraw then the ATM will scan my barcode then
after that it will dispense the AtM the amount of money you like to withdraw it.
so even i dont have bank account we still can take cash from Bitcoin ATM ?? i just need a wallet with some bitcoin in that wallet, walk to the bitcoin ATM and cash it, I think it's very dangerous, it's can be use for money laundry right?? some bad people can be use their bitcoin wallet to save their money from corruption and etc to digital asset and cash it anytime they want, that's what i realize when i heard about bitcoin ATM.
CMIIW

Bitcoin isn't a good way for money laundering because all of the transactions are recorded on blockchain, especially if someone use exchanges or bitcoin ATM to do that (it could be 'caught in the act').
Another reason ; there's a withdrawal limit to Cash out bitcoin out of exchanges or bitcoin ATM obviously, so bad people should think twice before use bitcoin as their medium of criminals/illegal activities.
755  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-08-10] Top Wall Street strategist expects bitcoin to be the best asset on: August 12, 2017, 08:26:56 AM
I really like this statement ; underowned asset with potential for huge institutional sponsorship coming.
That's why bitcoin will continue to growing bigger over time, especially untill the end of this year.
There are so many speculation about bitcoin price and what it can achieve in 2-3 years later, maybe bitcoin could rise to $20,000 and potentially reach $55,000 by 2022 due to the potential of bitcoin as a decentralized and no boundaries digital currency, people could use it and send as much as they want, buy it, store it, hold for uncertain time, it's all up to your will. One of the best thing of bitcoin is : no tax to keep it in your wallet even though the value more than Million dollars as no one knows about it except yourself.
Try to keep Million dollars in your bank account, and govs will ask for the taxes every month.
756  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price is increasing too fast, will there be a correction? on: August 12, 2017, 07:59:20 AM
A correction before or after $4000? I will vote for after $4000, maybe there are some little correction, drop back a bit and rise again.
Bitcoin has reach over $3780 across global exchanges and this is 9 days before segwit be activated, do you get it?
Even before segwit activated, we have seen new ATH and keep remember about litecoin SegWit (from $3 to $50).
Bitcoin has a big chance to reach $4000 in this week and we might see a major correction after that, but nothing for sure because segwit is a big deal for bitcoin development.
757  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Mining Cloud. May or Not? on: August 12, 2017, 06:46:02 AM
No,Yes and absolutely No.
Cloud mining no longer profitable if you're mining Bitcoin or other Top cryptocurrency.
The difficulty is very high and other than that you also need to pay an electricity fee.
other than that another 'hidden fee' aka their profit will be counted everytime you're going to cash out

Cloud mining can be profitable if you're mining a new cryptocurrency,
this happen if the difficulty not really high and have a good combination between project idea, audience and improvement of the project.
if that project meet that criteria more likely it will be profitable but will take a time around 6 months or more to wait the project make another breakthrough and because of that's the key point to get profit for the miners.

in conclusion, for a newbies it's extremely risk and not really good for.
so all that i can say for you is Absolutely No.

for more reference go read here :
https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/mining/profitability/

and a legit company reviewed by costumer :
https://99bitcoins.com/genesis-cloud-mining-review-scam-legit-investment/

Nice information about could mining as the most known are genesis and hashflare (I've read it everywhere).
But people, especially for newbies don't know exactly how this mining works, and how if they just run away with all of those money.
Consider how much money we have to pay in order to be involved, such as $140-$500 and so on but you need to wait until 4-6 months for ROI. I always consider, why they should share mining profits for people who don't want to do their research and efforts to build mining rig? Only for easy money.
758  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Accept bitcoins, no fees, all countries on: August 12, 2017, 06:18:34 AM
Besides all of those factors that has been mentioned above. Another question is, why people should send bitcoin to your (seems shady) site? A newbie offer a service, not intend to be rude but you need to provide more information and legit evidence about how profitable your service which in my point of view is nothing. Simply because everyone could create their own business to accept bitcoin payment or anything related to bitcoin payment.
759  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: do you sell your bitcoin or convert to usd? on: August 12, 2017, 05:56:31 AM
do you sell your bitcoin or convert to usd?

Sell bitcoin for (altcoins or what)??
Convert bitcoin to USD consider as sell bitcoin as well.
For me, depend on my financial condition, if there's no any cash to cover my daily expenses, then there's no choice but to sell bitcoin.
But never sell big amount of my savings, only small amount as backup funds just in case.
And, there's another factor that may influence my decision, such as current bitcoin price seems so tempting to extract profits,. wait for it decline and then buy back again.
760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How ATM bitcoin work??? on: August 12, 2017, 05:14:30 AM
