Cloud mining in general is bad because of the near impossibility of gaining a profit.
In the short term indeed. But at the moment the GH/s price on all cloud mining services is way too high to be profitable unless you're in it for the long run. IMHO, the cloud mining hashrate will always be "too high" for 2 reasons. 1. The hashrate owner would sell it for more than he could get from mining himself. 2. The hashrate buyers need not do the maintenance or withstand the heat and noise, so they would need to buy it at premium. Yes of course, the prices are definitely fair, but they're still too high to be useful to invest in, in my opinion. What do you guys consider "fair price" ? for srypt and/or sha I'm sure the prices set by the major cloud mining services are fair, because they're companies there to make profit. As I already stated in previous post. But it's still extremely hard to even break even with cloud mining. |

There's a thread about it in the meta section, go there and post your opinion.  I dont think the opinion of newbs will matter. If you're a newbie yourself and ask for the newbie jail back they'll surely react to it. And remember, you won't be a newbie forever if you keep being active on this forum. Well I don't want it back for my sake, but maybe I'll change my mind in the future. Trust me I was happy that they had removed the newbie jail when I had the newbie rank too, but soon enough everyone changes their mind. Nobody likes the newbies except the newbies themselves. |

But the value is very low The doge enthusiasts expected the price to explode after block reward halving, but the price kept dropping. We will see where the price will go, when the block reward going to be halved again in about 9 days. Doge isn't really worthwhile at the moment to be honest, I doubt it's going anywhere but straight into the trashcan. |
