according to you, what is the best miner to use for gtx 1070? ccminer ? or there are others better?
I have a better hasharate with my 1070 than my 1080 is normal?
thank you
1070 uses GDDR5, 1080 uses GDDR5X it's not good for mining XMR, ETN, ETH,... I prefer XMR-STAK, but I don't know what hashrate ccminer has on Cryptonote, but for other algos it's pretty great miner. can you share your .bat? please For XMR-STAK 2.1? They are included in Indeed Miners build (cpu/nocpu) with additional tweaks. Everything is in the first post... https://mega.nz/#F!suh3hRBT!RIOHTFE3wR1Rbw5vqsWL9A!hnIG1IZK

I went through all absurd\paranoic security procedures after having downloaded new App and... what a news: mobile mining still not available.
Unbelievable.
You might try reading official updates before getting all bent out of shape, there is a decent enough explaination of reason for the delay of the mobile miner. Only a fkn MORON of the most special kind would have an issue with them delaying the rollout of the mobile mining, given the fact that the delay involves deals with mobile carriers and such. I think your time would be better used fogging up windows on a short bus, drawing cute little pictures with your finger....then giggling....look what I dooded!! Yeah, because there is corelation between mobile mining and dealing with mobile carriers There might be, i mean what stops somebody on using PC emulators instead of mobile phones. It might require some authentication with a carrier. I don't get what you mean

I have a Ryzen 1600 and a 1080 ti. My hashrate with XMR-AEON-SUMO-STAK 2.1 is 1450 (880 for gpu, 570 for cpu). It would be more profitable if I could use XMR-AEON-SUMO-STAK 2.1 to mine with my CPU only, and mine another coin with another miner with my gpu. I haven't been able to figure out how to do this. Is it possible to mine with cpu only on XMR-AEON-SUMO-STAK 2.1?
It should be parameter --noNVIDIA

With Anoraks bios you won't get far.
OK, so I modified the original BIOS using PBE v1.6.6 One Click Patching and my hash rate for the cards were around 740-748H/s. I then tried to clock the gpu memory using claymore 10.2 command line with the following settings: -cclock 1200,0 -mclock 2150,0
Only doing the 1st gpu to see if it changes. But for some reason it appears that the clock settings were not being applied by claymore ==================== ROCm System Management Interface ==================== ================================================================================ GPU DID Temp AvgPwr SCLK MCLK Fan Perf OverDrive ECC 1 67df 43.0c 83.153W 1265Mhz 2150Mhz 36.86% auto 0% N/A 0 67df 51.0c 160.87W 1425Mhz 2000Mhz 33.73% auto 0% N/A ================================================================================ ==================== End of ROCm SMI Log ====================
Above you can see gpu0 with PBE BIOS mod and claymore not setting the overclock for some reason, GPU1 is on the Anorak.teck Bobeeb BIOS. So what I ended up trying was modifying Bobeeb BIOS from anorak.tech and bumped up the memory clock to 2250, so now I neded up with this: ==================== ROCm System Management Interface ==================== ================================================================================ GPU DID Temp AvgPwr SCLK MCLK Fan Perf OverDrive ECC 1 67df 52.0c 75.23W 1265Mhz 2250Mhz 40.0% auto 0% N/A 0 67df 60.0c 76.148W 1265Mhz 2250Mhz 40.0% auto 0% N/A ================================================================================ ==================== End of ROCm SMI Log ====================
Both cards are now doing around 837-841 H/s for the last 12 hours, I've not seen any errors in the claymore logs. I wonder, are the claymore core/gpu clock settings not applied to the card when the miner starts anymore? I'm running on the HiveOS mining platform, which appears to be a derivative of Ubuntu Linux. These cards have Hynix memory in them, so, is this as good as it gets for the performance of these PowerColor Red Devil RX-580 Golden Sample 8GB cards? Nope, 8GB Hynix can do 950H/s (depends on exact type) with pretty good power consumption and hit more than 1100H/s if you OC core a lot. PBE 1.6 uses same Hynix strap like it's mention in my guide, it's not the best strap, but still better than mem shifting like Anorak do...

the electronium coin is very good, and the prospect power is really good, we hope that electronium will appear in the bitrex, polinex, and other markets
That for sure will give electroneum a 50% boost , or even more Well it's Monero fork, with no aditional improvements in blockchain, mobile wallet seems like HTML5 version of web wallet, lot of people report troubles with both. Mobile mining is still not working and I haven't even seen any roadmap... support is terrible and official pools haven't paid miners like a week and rob newbie miners with 4% fee... only very good thing on this coin is marketing.

advise the miner for amd, thank you.
Read the first post? I read it, but I did not pick it up. Now I work on the claymore. With the flag "-nofee 1". You should read the Claymore readme -_-

network hashrate is skyrocketing past few days (35-52 GH/s = 48% increase). any ideas what's happening? people switching from mining other currencies or something more sinister!?
Miners switching mostly since xmr is more profitable than before. It will stabilize I think. Once the ETN get better price those profit finders will switch.

Hi guys. Which mobo do you prefer me mine with 6x sapphire 580 spec on am4 pkatform?
I have a asus b350f gaming. It's a bad mobo for mining. I tried to five gpus. It worked but low hs. I disabled all usb, sata,hd audi etc but nothing changed.
Which card should i buy for mining with 5-6 gpus?
I have; - Ryzen 7 1800x - 5x Sapphire 580 Spec - 8 Gb ram - 1x Evga g3 750,1x thermaltake plat 1200 - and i use a nvme disk on m2 slot. Maybe it's a problem. I'll try on a hdd soon.
I don't have any rig with AMD. Start your own thread, this is about bios modding anyway... Hi All, I originally posted this question here and got pointed to this thread instead. So I'm re-posting what I asked, below. --- Hi All, Quick question, I have 2 x PowerColor Red Devil RX-580 Golden Sample gpu's, I'm mining electroneum with Claymore 10.2. I was wondering, what are people hash rates with these cards, I'm currently hovering between 794 - 798H/s per card using Bobeeb's modified bios from anorak.tech. I've seen posts around the forum with peopl getting as high as 900+ H/s with RX-480's. I just wanted to check with others to see if mine are a bit low and I needed to test some other settings out. I've only been mining for about a week, so I'm new to the game, but any tips/tricks/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm running on the HiveOS platform (Linux). --- With Anoraks bios you won't get far.

Plus the fact that there are still certain things that aren't working properly (IE updating wallets and even logging in) is keeping people sceptical on whether or not they're competent enough to pull this off.
The app is terrible, it's HTML5 but it's loading like forever and when my smartphone locked up it end up with connection error...

Now it make almost no sense to mine LBRY :/ If you mine in 1 day same amount as I was mining in one month with 6x GTX 1060... Baikal will make some really great profit before they ship it... I hope this project will survive it No one knows if its actually real and the network hasn't seen an uptick in hashrate yet. Since all their previous algos they've promised are working I would say they really making this.

Excellent guide, thank you!
With 580 x2 (1 Samsung - 1 Hynix) went from ~1280 h/s to ~1683 h/s
Biggest gains came from the Samsung using Uber 3.1
Just getting started...soon as I earn some coin I'll buy you a beer!!!! Thanks again for the guide.
Don't forget to tweak miner config it might boost more. And I'll kindly wait for all those who says me that I should do all those things free for the mining community if they help you. In the mean time you can actually use my guide and wait for it.... it's free.

It should work. Try XMR-STAK 2.1 for this combination.

i'm using ccminer miner for this. compared to xmr stack, how much is the % difference in hashrate?
What about to try it and let us know?

You don't need i series, since it has Corsair link you have to connect it to PC trough USB to monitor it. I have HX1200 not the i series and it's very good PSU. I think Gaint X10 has 6x 6pin? This has four 2x 6/8pin, so you use those 4 cables and you will end up with 2x 6/8pin free connectors.

I can't start SGminer. I want to try for compare and see my hasrates.
I have:
intensity: 1024 worksize: 8 threads: ? not found this option on XMR stak
Try download another version of SGminer. In XMR-STAK you have to index every card twice.
