According to rumors CR7 is now talking with Atletico for a potential deal.

Manchester already said they do not want to sell the player, it will be an interesting month.

This is very interesting.  Grin  Because Atletico Madrid have had really big problems against Cristiano Ronaldo. He scored many goals against them. Now thinking of him playing for Atletico Madrid makes me feel different. However this transfer would still be a big help for Atletico Madrid in terms of scoring more goals. On the other hand they would have quite many strikers in the team too. I wonder if they have plans about that. They will need to pay a lot of money for his wage also as his current wage is already 26.5 million pounds per year.

I don't think that Jude Bellingham is leaving Dortmund anytime soon. I mean I believe he won't be allowed to leave as long as a team show up and pay the fee in his release clause. However it is more than 100 million euros and I have big doubts about whether any team would be willing to go for it still. Liverpool have been a rumoured team with him in the recent times but I expect this to stay as rumours. It hasn't been much time they signed Darwin Nunez for 75 million. Maybe they wouldn't like to pay more than 100 million for one player now.

Challenging ? Do you think Gabriel Jesus would have been a better player than Divock Origi ? Zlatan Ibrahimovic ? Yes Zlatan is injured but I believe he would continue a season with AC Milan.
From time, Gabriel's agent has always has aired some talks about he's client playing for a club in the premier league.  Also been close to Arteta must have made the deal easy.
I believe Ac Milan will make with into the Champions League and play very well. Ibrahimovic may likely sign an extension once he returns from rehabilitation center.

Personally yes I think that Gabriel Jesus would have been a better choice than Origi. In my opinion, he has a much bigger talent than Origi now. We can even understand it when we compare their stats in their careers so far. Both of them are centre-forwards but Gabriel Jesus has been much more productive than Origi. But at this point there is another fact that Milan can buy Origi for free. This can change something for them for sure. I would like to see Origi performing much better at Milan. Don't get me wrong I don't underestimate him. I just state my opinion about the comparison between Gabriel Jesus and him.

I think Milan did the right thing avoiding the deal to bring Gabriel Jesus. They have good attacking options and needed to fill a simple void which Origi fits perfectly. Origi is a reliable back up compared to Jesus and relatively cheaper too. Why spend 50m on Gabriel Jesus when you can get Origi for free (they have similar stats by the way, with origi playing less games too)

I wouldn't say that they have similar stats actually. I checked the stats of both players so far and saw this:

Gabriel Jesus - 288 matches, 116 goals, 52 assists
Divock Origi - 302 matches, 65 goals, 27 assists

Gabriel Jesus performed better last season too.

...

...

For a central Forward,if Werner Can fill that role, then, who's best for Chelsea is nobody than the Nigerian international Victor Oshime!
What you think huh ? I see Didier Drogba when I watch him.

Victor Osimhen would be a wonderful choice for Chelsea indeed. He has a significant talent for scoring. However Napoli aren't likely to sell him for a cheap price of course. His market value currently is 65 million euros but I have no doubt that Napoli would like much more than this value. Because he is the most valuable striker they have in the team now. He has a bright future and they would do their best to keep him. I guess Chelsea don't have too much problem with the money but I wonder if they are eager to pay let's say Napoli wanted 100 million.

Yeah actually Chelsea also were targeting Richarlison to sign for some time but they didn't even try to intervene the deal. Lukaku has left the club to join Inter on loan so they need a striker to fill his place in the team in the end. I really wonder what the reason could be for Chelsea about not going for Richarlison. I think their hand would be stronger than Tottenham too. Anyway, I hope Chelsea can find a good centre-forward for themselves before the new season starts.
Chelsea will catch a striker before the start of the new season. It will be a star… i don't think so. Look at Timo Werner, Christian Pulisic, Batshuayi and Hudson-Odoi they are young and strong players. I think it's going to be a very young player who also plays in the second team. Like Armando Broja, he comes from the U23 to the first team.

Even if it doesn't become a star transfer I think they should still sign a solid one. Because Batshuayi isn't a reliable striker and they are just loaning him to different teams when they have the opportunity. Timo Werner started to be more effective last season but his performance is still not good enough for Chelsea. Because they need a consistent striker too to be able to become successful in the Premier League and the Champions League both. However they can go for the formula you mentioned if they somehow fail in finding the one I described.

Barcelona are trying to interfere Chelsea's deal to sign Raphinha now. They are rumoured to be ready to offer an amount like 70 million euros to sign him. However I wonder how they will be able to afford Raphinha and Lewandowski both at the same time. Because they will have to pay more than 100 million to sign them both. A team that are having financial issues shouldn't be able to spend this much money. Maybe they are relying on the Frenkie de Jong transfer to Manchester United from which they are likely to get 65 million fee directly.
812  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 30, 2022, 08:43:15 PM
I would like to see Raheem Sterling playing for Chelsea actually. Manchester City still seems leaning towards a sensible transfer offer even though he has been one of the important players for the team. Chelsea shouldn't miss out this chance. I believe they need to be more effective about scoring and Sterling would be very productive for them with his goals and assists both. Chelsea are finalizing the Raphinha deal first of course but after that they can go for Sterling as well. And a centre-forward transfer also would be amazing.

Galtier is really going to become the new PSG manager then huh. PSG don't seem to be likely to find another manager than Galtier for now I'm afraid. It is really difficult to make a prediction about Galtier's future at PSG. Winning the Ligue 1 title with Lille while there is a team like PSG in the same league is a big success of course. But he hasn't been one of the most successful managers too. This is a big question mark about him and I hope he is a right choice for the team.

I'm still in shock how we can't see Italy in this tournament. They were just eliminated by North Macedonia and couldn't even fight for their World Cup ticket against Portugal in the last round of the qualification. This is definitely unacceptable for me. Because Italy have a wonderful squad normally. They were the champions of the Euro 2020 too. A team like this shouldn't even struggle against a team like North Macedonia. I would have really liked to see them here.
815  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: June 30, 2022, 07:00:04 PM
I was expecting Richarlison to end at a bigger club, perhaps Chelsea, but I'd assume Chelsea pulled out of the deal, since advances were being made already and Richarlison might have had a better chance at Chelsea with Lukaku out for least the entirety of the season. It might have been a step forward for the Brazilian but he definitely would face a more stiff competition than he did at Everton and would need to prove himself.

Tottenham are really having a go in the transfer window, talks are also said to be in place for Lenglet of Barcelona especially the possibility of a loan, but I fully suspect that might have something to do with Barcelona deal with Man Utd concerning De Jong and the potential player (Maguire) that could be addon to the deal, that'd be such a real bummer!

Milan have missed the opportunity of signing Gabriel Jesus as he is officially an Arsenal player from now on. Their search for a striker is still going on and I wonder if they will manage to bring a solid one like Gabriel Jesus to the team. Next season is going to be very challenging for them in the Serie A and the Champions League both. They need to consolidate their squad as much as possible to have a decent season. It is going to be difficult for them to win the Serie A championship twice so they should get prepared well.

The rumours about Neymar have made me really surprised. I don't understand the reason why they are so eager to sell him this summer. Is it related to his being very injury prone for some time or is there something else? Chelsea and Juventus have been recorded as the teams interested in him highly these days. If he really leaves then it would be interesting to watch these two teams fight for him. I think they have similar level of chances to sign him but it is hard to know what country Neymar is keen on going to now.
818  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: June 29, 2022, 09:19:59 PM
Divock Origi is being considered as a substitute for Zlatan Ibrahimović. But can Origi be a worthy replacement for Ibra? Ibra is a very talented player, at the same time he could help strengthen the morale of the team players. Origi is a talented player. If AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli can use Origi properly, he will fight to win the AC Milan title next season.

Divock Origi to replace him? Hmm... It wouldn't be a bad choice actually. First of all, Origi has never had a season like he scored too many goals for any team in his career. However this still doesn't change the fact that he is a skilled player and he can play a really big role in critical moments. He is a 27-year-old player so he isn't old too. There is no need to discuss Zlatan's talent by the way as he is one of the greatest players of all time already. We would find out the details of this rumour in the coming days.
819  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 29, 2022, 09:07:38 PM
Manchester United have proven already that they want to get rid of Harry Maguire at the earliest opportunity now. They offered him as a plus in a deal to sign Frenkie de Jong but Barcelona turned it down. Barcelona did the right thing by the way.  Grin  However I'm curious about if Manchester United will succeed in selling him before next season begins. I would like to see a different defender in his place in the starting eleven by next season. Otherwise they can have serious problems on defending again.
820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 29, 2022, 07:44:10 PM
By the way Barcelona still shouldn't be too confident about Lewandowski because Chelsea would also be in this race to sign him. I bet Chelsea have much more money in their budget currently so they would be able to make a better offer than Barcelona too. Barcelona will just need to be hopeful about Lewandowski to choose them anyway. Chelsea are like Barcelona's nightmare in this transfer window actually.  Grin  They are signing Raphinha who Barcelona were after also. Barcelona wouldn't like to experience the same thing again.
