Possibly alts. Having alts are allowed but joining same bounty or signature campaign using multiple alts are not allowed. I have not gone through your evidences yet but if you find more than one account involved in same bounty then that's an abuse.

It made me interested to contact with him/her since I am looking to be a part of a good project. I have tried with many but end of the day most of them disappointed me.
