I don't think its blackmail when you are threatening to kill the guy @buyer

You are mistaken in the order of events.  Buyer sent information to BCB to enact a transaction that BCB offered to initiate.  Then BCB blackmailed buyer by threatening to expose his name and (presumably) his personal information to the internet including known criminal actors.  When it became clear that BCB was threatening blackmail which he sent to me thinking I am Buyer I started a thread to call out BCB's actions.

Later on when BCB threatened that he had pictures of Buyers kids and he futher threatened to publish Buyers identity Buyer apparently, and rightly, made clear that if BCB ever came near Buyer or Buyers family (which BCB was offering to share with known other criminals) at that point Buyer made his position known that he would kill BCB if BCB came anywhere near Buyer or Buyer's family.  I'm sure under state statute Buyer, who allegedly lives in Colorado, is protected in his direct statement that he would protect his family by killing BCB if BCB the known blackmailer or any of his "greasy little friends" ever came to harm the Buyer family.

That is the chain of events.

Sean you do realize you just posted as the wrong alt.

BCB, you are free to borrow any of my munitions to help protect your life against this sociopath.

I'm pretty sure that BCB is the criminal in this story gunny, I am clearly the victim.  You probably shouldn't go around speculating what other ex-military might say or write, that kind of ASSUMING can get one in trouble.  Especially when the victim appears to be registered with the Department of Treasury and the blackmailer BCB isn't even registered as an escrow agent which is required in most states in our great country.

I assume you are not a money launder but if you offer to send me $12,000 through the mail like BCB did I am sure as hell gonna tell the Treasury that I am suspicious of your activity.  Otherwise they take my life away.  I will not be blackmailed by some wanna be gangster.  I'll rip the motherfuckers face off if he steps foot on my property.

I've asked you to stop trolling me and my threads.  So far you threatened to kill me and to rip my face off.  I have no intention of coming to Colorado Springs.
803  Other / Archival / Re: BCB is a blackmailer on: June 27, 2013, 08:16:55 PM
An admin offered to mediate at my request and this is Sean's response:

Unacceptable.  I probably need to file blackmail charges and I'll probaly be forced to present all this evidence in court.

I need to know his name or I guess I'll be forced to ask the police to extract that info.  I'd like a copy of his passport, drivers license and pictures of his family because blackmail is serious business and showing a picture of his family to the court *may* make the judge more lenient toward him.  I don't actually want to hurt the moron but he is sure asking me to.

I intend to speak with my lawyer about this matter when I meet him next which may be tomorrow.  In all seriousness I expect BCB and his mafioso buddies will try to catch up with me before I arrive at councel.

BCB:
Tell your greasy little friends that you guys had better bring a big gun if you're coming for me because we don't play out here in Colorado Springs and my guns are VERY VERY large.  I'm former military and believe me when I say I can kill you 29 ways with an ink pen.  After I played semi professional football I joined the service.  I'm 6'4 and I have a team of pitbulls. I'm a legal drug dealer in the pot industry I am an owner in a chain of dispensaries that are all state regulated.

Not sure what you think you can do but bring it bub, I'm just itching for a fight.  It's been TOO long.....

For the record, I am not threatening any physical harm or violence.  I am just offering to reveal the Identity of buyer/Viceroy to the community if he does not stop his unscrupulous tactics.  Any identity documents I have were giving to me freely by Sean which I will also gladly show by posting the pms.

Look Sean, lock it up and it all goes away.

805  Other / Archival / Re: BCB is a blackmailer on: June 27, 2013, 07:26:06 PM
For the Record: I will not be releasing the photos of his kids.

Except maybe to Colorado Child Protective Services.

806  Other / Archival / Re: BCB is a blackmailer on: June 27, 2013, 06:28:45 PM
He will be 45 in July.

Please post the rest.

That will be up to Sean.

Since Anon136 is not reading this I'll just report here for everyone else.

It was shortly after the Viceroy/buyer started seriously trolling DeathandTaxes/TangibleCryptology's thread that TangibleCryptology received a cease and desist order from the State of Virginia due to a complain letter.

I'm just saying...
809  Other / Archival / Re: BCB is a blackmailer on: June 27, 2013, 06:04:25 PM
And I'd be glad to share his info with

Death and Taxes and
TradeFortress

and anyone else who may find it of interest.

This idiot sent me photos of his kids!!??
811  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin Foundation receives cease and desist order from California on: June 27, 2013, 06:00:04 PM
It doesn't matter what you or I think.  It matters what our laws and regulations state.

I would expand that to state - It matters what the regulators think our laws and regulations state. And they can change their minds about that.

+1

John

I politely and privately asked Sean to stop trolling my threads.  He chose to post here.

Sean

You may want to research tor or get yourself a cheap vpn because both of your alts (Viceroy and buyer) are coming from the same iPad in Colorado.

You also may want to brush up on how the interwebz work.
813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who need bitcoin to launder money when you have... on: June 27, 2013, 05:37:39 PM
Bitcoin market value is currently about $1.2B USD

The OCC reported multiple failings on the part of HSBC in 2010 to implement anti-money laundering measures, namely its failure to monitor $60 TRILLION in bank transfers and 17,000 account alerts detailing suspicious activity.
814  Other / Archival / Re: BCB is a blackmailer on: June 27, 2013, 05:35:20 PM
I have Viceroy/buyer's full docs.  The IP and fingerprint of his iPad is tied to both accounts.  I asked him to stop trolling my thread and to stop pming me.

I will use his personal information in the event he is a scammer.

I may also notify the state of Colorado that he is operating  an unlicensed Money Transmission business.
815  Other / Archival / Re: BCB is a blackmailer on: June 27, 2013, 05:06:44 PM
I have confirmed that Viceroy === buyer.

Sean chose to reveal that here.

For all the knucklehead who like to post uninformed opinions can I suggest you do (a lot) of research before you post.

http://www.moneytransmitterlaw.com/state-laws/

It doesn't matter what you or I think.  It matters what our laws and regulations state.  Until someone steps up to challenge them and set a new a precedent we are required (a law-abiding citizens) to comply.

817  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM: any news after San Diego? on: June 27, 2013, 03:57:42 PM
People understimate how difficult it is to get these licenses and how much they cost.

It can cost millions per state and a lot of record keeping must be kept.

The only way the bitcoin ATM could happen is if a large bank that already has ATMs (Bank of America, Citibank, etc) decides to get involved.

In other news, I'm still waiting for bitcoin debit card!

Actually it doesn't.

California is one of the most expensive states:
(d) A licensee that sells or issues payment instruments or stored
value shall maintain securities on deposit or a bond of a surety
company in an amount of no less than five hundred thousand dollars
($500,000) or 50 percent of the average daily outstanding payment
instrument and stored value obligations in California, whichever is
greater; provided that such amount shall not be more than two million
dollars ($2,000,000).
http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/displaycode?section=fin&group=02001-03000&file=2030-2043

New York, Texas Illinois and Florida are also expensive.

South Carolina and Montana do not require Money Transmission Licenses.

819  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's real-time Buy and Sell price API on: June 25, 2013, 11:02:32 AM

BTC-e.com
Crypty.com

All share the same API as MtGox.com and have examples in PHP and other languages under the API section of their respective websites.
