hummm... but if me and the seller doesnt have a person who both trust?

A member with a high post count in the thousands should be plenty trustworthy for anything below 10 btc.

No...No..no...Don't judge on post counts, a few users with very high post counts have scammed. Use someone trusted in the community. Use the trust service for a example. John K is very well known escrow service provider.

This is AWESOME.
8283  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Biz idea for the taking: a Bitcoin Trustmark service on: June 10, 2013, 03:16:53 AM
I've thought about this before too, but getting funding is hard. Starting this up would have no profit margins, and I'm currently financially capable of running a site like this. Otherwise I WOULD of done this a long time ago. The site owner would be risking a lot of BTC to review each site, that's the one problem about it.
8284  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammer waiting to happen: swissminer on: June 10, 2013, 03:13:02 AM
He may be a D-bag but he's not a scammer according to what I've read on his posts.  We can't prophetically tag people as scammers just because they might become one!!!

It's giving the public a heads up rather than labelling them as a scammer.

I hate it when dealing with digital goods, you send them the codes and they never mark as shipped so I have to request a release and wait 7 days. Could do with that Bitcoin now lol

8296  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there anyone else that finds all the micro BTC terms confusing? on: June 10, 2013, 12:16:29 AM
I used to struggle with it a lot, until reading a very useful article which I can't remember the url for. I think a lot of people struggle with it, that's why I normally tell people how much it is in original terms.

Are you willing to ship international?

Why you selling though? What's the real reason?

"more than i can mine" sounds kinda bs (no offense..)

It's most likely because he may not earn is money back. The difficulty is going to keep rising making it harder to mine.
Btw, it takes a very long time to break even on these.

I don't think you've thought this through.

If that were the reason, then the safest path would be to acquire as many of these as possible, and mine with the highest possible hashrate before the next diff jump.
The more hashrate you have today at X diff

You should take a look at the thread that goes into detail about this. It explains it would take a very long time at the current difficulties rates to break even. Considering the difficulty will rise then that will mean it takes longer than predicted now.

Anyway, I was just pointing out a reason, there's still profit to be made of course and if set-up correctly can be very beneficial.

What's the shipping costs to Europe?
8298  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BUY BUY BUY! on: June 10, 2013, 12:08:40 AM
For the past 2 weeks, my predictions have came true.

I have revived over 6 PMs with people saying that my advice has 'made them (or saved them) a lot of money'

BitCoin is NOT CRASHING! It is just some manipulators who are doing mass sells on Sunday morning. Since this morning, they have bought a significant amount of the BitCoin back!

Next Sunday morning be prepared for a similar event, the same thing has happened now 3 weeks straight!

You may of been correct to date, but that doesn't mean you will always be right. What you are saying makes sense. But, this doesn't make you're advise correct. We all know that someone else might step in and do the same as this 'rich' guy.
Then Bitcoin falls again, or we could have the exchanges attacked like before. Anything could happen, so you can't guarantee that Bitcoin will rise. Despite me thinking it will rise, I still think it might fall a little in the next few days, then rise again. But, that's my gut feeling without showing people charts etc.

Half the time I see these charts they are wrong, and makes me chuckle. But, this is a good time to buy, if you look at it as a investment. Investment meaning you could lose out or you could profit.
8299  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where do you currently live? on: June 10, 2013, 12:03:10 AM
Well, shoot. Thanks for clearing that up I guess, but it doesn't negate my point about there being 3 votes for it.

Anyway, it's quite interesting that the same number of people are in Europe as North America.

Yeah, I highly doubt that many people live there, especially that internet is normally just for companies which need external communications.
