Manchester United has now slowly joined Chelsea in changing of managers at least every 2 seasons. The team has been performing poorly and for this reason, there’s a need for them to want to change management. ETH came in his first season and the whole fans were excited and the excitement grew even wild and well when he led the team to get the League Cup in his first season. He received a laud applauds and he was commended for his efforts.

 This feat made the board grow confidence in him and released some funds for him to acquire his choice of players to enable him achieve huge success this season. The reverse became the case here as he wasn’t able to achieve anything and currently the only chance of silverware is the FA Cup where they’ve been drawn to face their arch rival, Liverpool. This kind of situation is what’s pushing the club want to get rid of ETH and want to hire a better coach for the club. Well talking about a better coach, I think they’ll need a very good tactician with wide range of experience in the league.

 Yes Conte and Mourinho are very great options as these coaches have achieved hige success already in the league and achieving great success level this season wouldn’t be a bog deal. With the new management at the club, I think funds will be released for the new coach to get good players. Even if not getting new players, I think the current squad can be well managed to achieve huge success and a tactician with EPL. experience can achieve this.. I don’t think Xabi to Man United will work even if they try so it’s a NO for me.

The UCL is one competition im Europe that has majorly teams who’ve done well and attain certain levels in their league that season qualifying for the elite competition. This competition is one that is loved by all and majorly won by the big money spenders who have invested a lot in their club. At the start of the competition each season, there are usually favorites to win the competition and this season wasn’t short of that. We had favorites and we had the likes of current holders, Man City, Real Madrid, PSG, Bayern and the likes.

 Well in every competition as time goes in, we see teams surprisingly decline in performance and  that’s the story of Bayern and PSG. They’re supposed to be favorites but they’re currently playing like teams and for this reason no one is seeing them as a threat of any kind. These teams have also spent and invested heavily into club football like others but things went sour and I think the coach pattern wasn’t favorable especially for a team like Bayern. For PSG, I will say they’re quite okay with how they play as the less competition in the league isn’t making them worried at all.

 I think the major favorites are Man City and Real Madrid then we can look at the likes of Inter Milan and Arsenal especially as Arsenal are an improved and full of young blood but I think experience will have to come to play. Well this year’s edition will be filled with enough surprises and fun especially with the City and Madrid squad now getting complete. I’m majorly rooting for Real Madrid to get this title because they’re having a better team of the two.

In the Europa League, there's been top contending teams from the start till the current stage of the contest. Even though days back, the playoffs stage was concluded and there we saw few teams earn advancement tickets. Well from the beginning of the tournament, we know that it'll only be the tough teams that'd survive. Also predicting the winner this season would be hard as there are a number of tough teams to pick from. The highest we can do is to just analyze these teams based on their overtime performances this season and bringing that in the picture.

 The highest probable winner would be Leverkusen, then Liverpool and any other team behind. In essence it's safe to say that if the draws are favourable, then Liverpool would battle with Leverkusen in the final game of the tournament. Between these two teams, Liverpool have been trying though, they're anticipating the EPL trophy, and as well the Carabao cup too where they last week won Chelsea to secure the trophy.With this in their minds, the next goal will be to keep advancing in the UEL and staying intact in the EPL too.

 For Leverkusen, they've been impactful, currently the top spot in the Bundesliga too and so they've got same goal as Liverpool and therefore if in recent times they've remained unbeaten, then I doubt that there'd be a negative difference now when the tournament and season is almost rounded up. For me, I'll really love to see the heated game between Leverkusen and Liverpool in the UEL soon though and I have a feeling they'd be made to play against themselves.

 Girona has been doing really well in the soccer season, surprising everyone with their great performance. Even though Girona is playing perfectly, I didn't expect Girona to win when they faced Real Madrid because they are also in good shape, especially since the match took place at Madrid's home. In my opinion it still won't be that easy because to become a leader in La Liga you have to have deeper experience. even competing with popular teams in La Liga is not an easy task because popular teams have more experience with various strategies to be able to regain their position first.

 But I really hope there is something different this season Girona must become the leader in La Liga to see new history without the boredom of seeing every season led by a team that always dominates La Liga. Madrid for sure won't make it so easy for them and so let's anticipate how the remaining weeks of the season would turn out. La Liga is definitely a competitive team and for the fact that against all odds, Girona have proven to stay in the top spot, it only means that there's definitely good fighting and resilient spirits in the teams there.

 The last weeks of the season games seems to be a walk over for Girona as they've in the first legs played to their best and have mastered rightly their strategies and the opposing team approaches, and so they've got better experience to countering the moves that'll be made. Real Madrid is definitely of all the league teams be their toughest opponent but I believe that they'll definitely find the best way to counter the moves that'll be made. It'll be beautiful to see that Girona in a long time would get to have a ticket to the European cup next season, they're not aiming for the La Liga trophy, they're definitely going for next season's European ticket and so far, it's seeming like a finished task, we only have to wait for the last table result on the La Liga.

Alonso and his squad aren't giving up and weekly they put up a whole different energy towards that trophy race. Comparing Xabi's abiliy based on his performances with his team, it'll be fair to admit his superiority in skillset. Leverkusen when Xabi took over had to start from scratch to build up to where they are now. So far Xabi, he has been a good boss and his methods have worked perfectly for Leverkusen. One would wonder how he managed to put up such feat for the team considering the spot he picked them from. It's one quality that can definitely be found in a good manager. Leverkusen have been impressive in all rounds and it's surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams.

 It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too. I believe he's still got good plans for the German team, which will still be manifested good, Well it'll only be fair and an added advantage to the German club if their hit maker coach stays the next season with them to keep up with the positive differences he's trying impart to the club. He's this season tried all his best and these bests have gained reasonable and quality feedbacks and results too. He can as well be so much proud of his achievements so far just as everyone else is proud of him too. It's not that easy to take a club out of hiding and placing them at the spotlight. One would expect a lot more from him and the only way by which this expected lot more can be gotten is via his retainment in the team.

 Well rumours overtime may have that there may be plans for Munich and Liverpool to sign him up to themselves but yes he may try to create another good difference there but it's only fair that he stays at Leverkusen. For one, I do know they won't want to let him out of their hands yet. The players love him, even after this attained height, it's believed that as a tactical coach, he's got better plans up his sleeves to be unveiled in the coming seasons and definitely, he's one man that'll be watched closely in terms of team performance wherever he finds himself.

The Serie A game for the weekend will be opened with a tussle between Lazio who are very much confident in themselves and their ability so far to outshine Milan. They're the hosts and they've been able to record an encouraging game outcome in the past few weeks. The Serie A is gradually becoming a competitive league and it won't be a shock to see Lazio who for one in past times have been good competitors in the league, hold unto Milan till the last minutes.

 Checking the team stats, Lazio have been seen to have more wins than Milan, at thesame time, possessing bigger chances this time due to the drop in Milan's intensity of performance. Inter Milan have in the last weeks struggled to stay in every game they've had and even the few wins they've had were narrow victories which isn't a fully vested confidence against Lazio tonight. They're the visitors, they've had less wins all time against Lazio, recent performances have been poor and so there's less advantage for them to come out as the victors today.

 The odds in the game favours Lazio and then it's understandable that Milan will have to put in extra fighting efforts to give off a good, better performance. Fairly, the game ought to end in a draw, bit the chances are very much slim. They'll be inflow of goals no doubt but for my prediction, just one from these teams would gain the 3points tonight. We'd only have to stay back and watch patiently to see which of the two teams would have a brilliant performance played out on the pitch tonight too.

Considering Munich's performance in past few games, it's a boost to Freiburg's confidence adding that they'd be the host in the next Bundesliga encounter and also ignoring the fact that Munich have all time had a victory result against Freiburg. I would say it's best to judge the performance more based on recent games not all time games.

 Munich are the second placed team while Girone even though not yet close to the top 4 spot, they still have a wide vision to cover up points to secure the European ticket but it definitely won't be easy for them considering the caliber of teams ahead of them and their all time performances which is definitely at an average level this season. We'd hope that the weekend's game favours these two teams as they'll both be striving for a 3points win and it'll be intense. Tuchel hopefully would cover up lapses and be more efficient regardless of being the visiting team.

The EPL resumes and we’ve got every match holding it’s own fun, excitement and tension. That’s why the EPL is still considered a very great league as each team in that league is said to be improving after every match day. The way the Epl goes, it’s usually hard most times to predict because most times the underdog may set to give the surprise and get the 3 points or frustrate the big boys to a draw. This is why most stakers and bettors usually avoid carrying or betting on the EPL.

 One match of focus for tomorrow is the clash of the mid-table teams, Newcastle vs Wolves. This match promises to be one very exciting and entertaining fixture as both team are currently improved and are known to play similar pattern. Well taking a look at the Newcastle side, who were very improved last season but slack to an extent this season especially when they got eliminated from the UCL though injury was one big blow for them. Still you can tell that this team is also one team that could casue a shocker to you anytime of the match.

 Wolves on the other end have had some great results this season and they’re also very stubborn especially when defending and they attack so swiftly. They’re just like Newcastle and will require key investments to make them get to major tournaments. This match, I think I don’t have too much of expectation as I’m going to settle for a draw in this match and for safer option, I’ll double chance on Newcastle because they are now getting back on feet after that big loss to Arsenal. The match won’t sure be an easy one as both teams are very compact but I still think Newcastle have the better advantage because they’re playing at home.
 

Bayern Munich haven’t been at their best behavior and performance this season as they haven’t been able to live up to how we expected them to perform. They’re quite performing at a very low state and it’s not what we know this club to be. From the way they’ve gotten out of most domestic league cups and even lagging behind on the league chase, means the pattern of the coach, Tuchel isn’t really working and it’s not the best for this Bayern team.

 Well after securing some key signings especially the addition of Harry Kane who’s one prolific striker, many expected them to have a very high level of performance and productivity upfront. The reverse happens to be the case as they have been struggling to even get the goals for the team in general. This is not really what is expected as they’re one big club not just in Germany but in Europe as a whole. Now they fell to a 1-0 loss to Lazio in a match which they real dominated but were unlucky.

 This kind of scoreline and going to Allianz Arena means there’s to play for in the 2nd leg. What’s the hope this Bayern team will be able to overturn this deficit and get qualification? It’s not going to be one easy match but I think it’s quite possible especially if they decide to be very determined. Tuchel is set to leave already and no matter the result, he’ll be leaving at the end of the season. This is one major reason, I don’t think Bayern will be giving their all in this match as to me my favorite option will be to double chance on Bayern at 90 minutes.

Well the mental state of humans is one part of humans that requires special recognition. This state of a human needs to be checked at all time especially before being hired for a job. In the world of football where we’ve got most of the key players usually from a lesser background, we’ve most of these players being seen as weak probably because of a bad performance they put out on the field some days. And after this kind of performance they’re being downcasted as most times are considered to be very weak.

 Thoughts of them being called weak can sure affect them psychologically And as such the need to always check for a psychologist. Now for success in these fight, I think Mental Health awareness campaign should be kicked off in earnest. This awareness program will be a big boost especially for footballers who often tend to get depressed and feel so down when they even get the least thing as an injury. I also think this campaign should be kicked out also outside the world of football.

 Many lives will sure be saved with this kind of awareness program amd it’ll be to the benefit of the human race. I’ll love to see improvements and I think a step in the right direction is to begin with the campaign then from there other things can fall in place. This would be very beneficial to the players and help depressed players improve their mental health.

The Ligue 1 and it’s major competition between the lower placed teams well it’s kind of great but I expect it to grow better. A league ought to be challenging rather than leaving it all out for one team to have the major glory. The major reason why this league is still considered to be farmer’s league is how other clubs are so relaxed and enjoy PSG being crowned League Champions season in and out. The next European cup game against Roma and Brighton is a prospective tough encounter as the both teams have their own species of good they add to their respective leagues. Arsenal are one team that’s improved so greatly between last season and this current season. They’ve gotten and tried to build a very good squad depth and this is what’s key to garnering success in any competition. Last season they were so close on winning the league but due to some certain injury they were overthrown by City who went on to win the league. Now this led to them being able to build up for this season and they have been able to build both a 1st and 2nd team consisting of very good players that are able to deliver.

 I think after this, all eyes will be on Arteta and how much he’s able to perform with this squad depth. Well the fans wouldn’t want him to bottle it up anymore this season because they so want to celebrate a title of their own after a long while. Unluckily, the full squad of Liverpool is getting back and fit and you can say same for City who are now getting back their scoring boots on and this means more trouble and work for Arsenal to be able to go last these 2 teams. Sincerely it’s not going to be any easy but Arsenal can try to at least get some wins to their advantage.

 They still have some top games especially with City which when they get all 3 points it’s a big boost for them. Arsenal must try to maintain their winning streak and also their ability to score very high goals because soon those plenty goals will be needed. Arteta must real be under pressure and looking for ways or means to be able to go past these hurdles and win the league. I know how much this seem challenging but he’s got a good and balaced squad and with the right tactics, he’s sure to achieve victory in the league especially.

Well Manchester United started the season quite poorly and they were considered to be one of the big flops this season together with Chelsea. Well 2024 Calendar year started and they uped their game and performance and have been achieving quite great feats. Now in the last match they weren’t able to get all 3 points and that came after the setback they had with their main striker who’s been consistent in the last 5-6 matches was absent due to injury and he’s been noted to miss about 3-4 weeks of fame play. His absence created a void in the attack of this team and now makes them look clueless and without strength while attacking.

 That was shown in last week 2-1 loss to Fulham and also in the 1-0 win over Nottingham which they managed to get to bring them to the Quater Finals of the FA Cup. Now they play host to a Liverpool side who’s on a very good form and are in chase for 3 more titles to add to the just won League Cup they achieved over the weekend by a 1-0 Extra Time win over Chelsea. Liverpool who booked their place in the last 8 with a convincing 3-0 win over Southampton will be having Manchester United to face next in their run.

 Well with the form I’ve seen Liverpool show recently especially with most of her key and major players out, they still manage to maintain good records with this academy boys. I can only feel sorry already for Manchester United because of how badly their attack is without Hojlund. This will be a real tough one but I’m very confident that Liverpool will have majority of her players return before this fixture and that can only spell doom for Manchester United. I think this fixture will be one big pressure on ETH and keeping his job.

Gunners will be playing Porto who defeated them in the first leg in few weeks time at the Emirate with their qualification hopes hanging in the balance especially after that last minute goal from Porto that struck them hard. Arsenal had full possession of that match but Porto were more threatening as Arsenal were without any shot on target and their threats payed off with a last minute winner. The stoppage time winner over a toothless Arsenal was a bit hard one for them in the first leg of the Round of 16 tie of the UCL at the Estadio do Drago. Porto weren’t really good with the ball but to an extent would have opened scoring quite early when they had a great chance at goal but weren’t able to convert.

Arsenal on the other end struggled to create clear chances but struggled also to get some great attempts but came very close through the header from Saka’s cross. Declan Rice and Gabriel’s partnership too was also one close one for Arsenal but all didn’t give the club a shot on target. Arsenal whom after this match have, had a great EPL game by thrashing out Newcastle with over 4 goals proved that they’re still a better team and they’re very much ready to take their chances and aim at qualifying past this stage. Well Arsenal’s last time of going past the Round of 16 was against Porto in 2010 where they had a 6-2 aggregate win.

 This is their first appearance in years in this stage and I believe they still have a lot to offer and I’m very confident they’ll be able to go past Porto. The only time I’ll get worried for them is when they probably get their Quater Final opponent, then I can be a little shaky. Arsenal have hot a young squad and attacking mindset and yes that should be an added advantage for them especially when they play infront of their own fans as that’ll be the major boost of this Arsenal team.

Clubs are quite ranked by how they perform in the league and majorly how they perform quite across Europe. Well the way most clubs play doesn’t reflect on how they up their performance in Europe and it’s auite worrisome to he club’s name. PSG is one team that’s always dominated the French league but when it comes to playing in Europe, they’re nothing to write home about. The way they play in the league is quite different from how they play in Europe.

 And this kind of factor is worrisome as it brings bad name to the club and the fans doesn’t have the much confidence in the team. PSG has overly dominated their league and with the kind of finance and squad they have, it’s expected that they’ll be having some great and wonderful moment in the UCL but the reverse seems to be the case here. This PSg team with all her stars still doesn’t seem to make it past the Round of 16 or Quater Finals of this competition and slowly it’s becoming a thing of worry.

 When you try to analyze, you’ll see that there could be many factors pointing to this: The Lack of investment in the other clubs in the league, this lack of investment in other clubs makes them still be a mediocre club and that reason, not giving PSG any challenge for the title and as such, they’re quite comfortable with their current position and wouldn’t want to improve on how they play. I Luis is a good tactician and would have noticed this and I expect come next season with the proper player recruitment, we should expect PSG attaining a height in the UCL.

Well the new coach hasn't really made any big impact but so far, the team's performance have been better, they're even far more competitive and aggressive on the pitch as they used to and kudos to their forward man and the team in general who have been striving to remain at the peak of their performances. One would hope that this tempo is maintained till the end of the season because it's only that way that the team would finish at a meaningful spot in the Serie A table.

 Their forth coming games hopefully will derive a better results for them at the end of the season too but if they can successfully conquer this season to some reasonable extent, it'll be advisable that they work generally on the management aspect of the squad as positive changes would need to be made by next season.Their game against Sassuolo went exceptionally well though as after a long while, Napoli were able to confidently come out victorious in yesterday's game, with even Osimhen scoring a hat trick. The game result is a confident booster for their games ahead, adding that barely few weeks to the end of the season. They still have tough games ahead and also considering the growing intensity at the last minute of the season's games, the teams to be faced ahead are questing to stay in shape till the final league games too.

It's a player's decision if he wants to stay in a club or leave, also it depends on his contract signed with the team as well as the teams decision to either keep him or let him go. In PSG, Mbappe is one key man that they don't want to give off yet. Even though his contract is set to expire by summer, they still know he's advantageous and would want to keep him. For Mbappe, his stay in the team beyond and after the expiration of the contract seems to be dependent on his intentions as well as the teams performance in the long run.

 Good thing for him that Madrid may not really be interested in him yet until summer so he's got to be a bit patient till then, then maybe, he'd be willing to join the Spanish side. Even though Liverpool were questing for him as well, i didn't think they were set to afford that amount for him during the January transfer window. Real Madrid has even been performing at their best without a stable striker in the team, then we think of how much more they'd perform if they eventually get a striker for themselves. Left for me, they're doing just fine without a striker.
