861  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin legal and illegal countries on: September 29, 2019, 02:45:28 PM
Good thing that our country is not against crypto and even some merchants are accepting cryptocurrency as a mode of payment which is really convenient. Our government is just making the public cautious in investing money since there are other people who are attracting newbies thru ponzi scheme. I hopr more and more countries would start adopting crypto.
862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many gambling sites are you playing and do you use the same strategy on: September 29, 2019, 02:01:34 PM
How many gambling sites are you playing and do you use the same strategy? I'm playing on at least 4 sites now and uses a different variation on the martingale and some guessing method and I found out that I have good success implementing a method on one gambling site that is not effective on other gambling sites, how about you?

I played on 4 sites at least since I started in crypro and I play dice, crash and hi-lo. There is no specific strategy or pattern I use when gambling. I just follow my instinct and test my luck when I play. And I don't spend over an hour gambling to avoid being addicted to it.
863  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Believe That It's A Fix on: September 29, 2019, 01:20:05 PM
Ok this actually happens to my friend not so long ago, he is going on a boxing match and he will bet for the heavy favorite, then suddenly an unknown guy whisper to him, that the fight is going to be fixed and he supposedly heard it from the favorite to win, locker room, are you going to listen to that and bet for the underdog.

What's your take?

This could possibly happen in any sport. No one actually knows what happens before the start of any match. What is suspicious is why would a random guy tell you that. It is difficult to listen to hearsay or something that he could have heard because of eavesdropping, or the one who told you could be making it up to mess up with your head before bettig. It depends on you who to believe when betting.
864  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you need to become a successful trader? on: September 29, 2019, 12:26:17 PM
All the seasoned trader in both forex and crypto had failed and lost tons of money before they become pro. And being pro doesn't mean all your trades will be good. Just be patient and don't be disheartend when you fail. And keep all your failures as a good learning experience so that you will not commit the same mistake in the future. Never be greedy and control you emotions when trading. Good luck
865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs vs IEOs? on: September 29, 2019, 11:28:50 AM
there are so many ico i have been part of but nowadays there are a trend is coming in the way of IEO. But i can not figure out why? because IEO is already have tokens on exchange that is why or is there any other reason?

What thoughts you have about it ?

ICO hadba bad reputation due to scam and the numbers of ICO that had failed a few years ago. That is why IEO had came up where the token sale occurs in the exchange. Not to mention, in ICO once the sale is comple, sometimes you will have to wait for months before the coin/token gets listed in an exchange.
866  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: time to change BTC to ETH? on: September 29, 2019, 10:43:33 AM
Both are good investment and bitcoin went down a bit, and recently had been moving up and down. So I think switching from BTC to ETH or vice versa is not a good idea. If both are in a good buy price try buying small portion of each and hold. We are in a crypto market situation were patient investors gets rewarded.
867  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Beware] FairWin, is allegedly putting user funds at risk on: September 29, 2019, 10:00:55 AM
If that is the link then obviously you can't trust that site because it's not even on SSL.

I think there's a lot of fake and phishing site which involves online gambling. So gamblers really need to be careful which site to use and play. Just stick to the old and reputable gambling sites around and not those fly-by-night site like this one.

There's also a lot of them in the Google Play Store and IOS app store so everyone should be very careful.

That is why it is risky trying new gambling site nowadays. So, users should be cautious. If you want to try a new site never ever use credentials that is similar to your other accounts to avoid getting phished. Also find a review first and check all the information you need to check the site illegibility.
868  Economy / Economics / Re: A Cryptocurrency-related Business (Pitch) on: September 29, 2019, 05:34:08 AM
Business Name: Ompahlos
A futuristic store that is a step ahead of the rest...

Concept: A warehouse location with a few Bitcoin ATM's, and dozens of desk-like booths with computer desktops with online games that are connected to crypto-currency.  Smoking is permitted at the desks.  Energy drinks and vape products can also be purchased and consumed at the game desks.  The game desks will be rented by the hour by paying with Bitcoin but the clients will be given cards that they can use to essentially run tabs as they hang out and buy stuff.  The tab is so they do not have to worry about paying until they want to leave.  Services will be made somewhat affordable for younger people but it is also a place they know they will blow all their money but enjoy doing it.

Other services: We also sell crypto-currency products like cold storage wallets, and funny t-shirts and stickers about Bitcoin.  We will include other cool futuristic products that will appeal to our gamer client base, like electronic scooters, electric skateboards, drones, and other products that are the newest, the latest, the greatest.  Cutting edge services like the best pre-releases on new games and counsels, so we will work closely as business-to-business insiders for gaining access to pre-releases and sneak peaks. Oh and definitely we can cater to the Artificial Intelligence and augmented reality scene (!!!).  We will always be a step ahead the rest, with the latest and greatest robotics technologies for consumers that will keep people coming back to the store and keep people inside the store hanging out and spending money, participating in gaming events, taking classes, and networking with people, connecting to people and the technology, making friends.

Decor: It will be open late: hours are 12 noon until 4AM in the morning.  It will be located in a cool yet gritty USA city like in Brooklyn, New York or Oakland, California.  It will be decorated cool like with graffiti inside the building similar to graffiti at skate parks, so that it will not be a totally sterile environment but more of a creative space for making people feel more comfortable. At the same time, there will be heavy cleaning services performed outside the hours of operation.

Business Basics: Our primary language for business is English.  All laws will be followed to the very best of our ability.  Ethics are very important.  It will be a fully legitimate company that follows all of the laws including tax payments.  The business has an impeccable reputation for playing by all the rules.  This is a completely debt-free business.  No loans will be taken, unless a generous outside party agrees to service the loans for free, or if they flat out gifts the business some Bitcoin or cash.

I really like this concept. When I didn't have a job a year ago and was just focusing my time in crypto and other freelance job, I spend my whole day playing games and earning crypto in an internet cafe. This kind of cafe would be a good place to hang out. This kind of cafe would be patronized if there is such in our country. Teenagers and most men here in our country are gamers and likes hanging out in internet cafe.
869  Economy / Economics / Re: WHICH GROUP DO YOU BELONG HERE on: September 29, 2019, 04:21:35 AM
BULL'S GROUP - always putting money into the market and does not take out often, more like long term investor.

BEAR'S GROUP - always taking money out of the market often, more like only interested in making money in a short while, i mean short term investors.

I am both at the same time. I earn crypto as my part time job and I also have a full time job. A portion of my salary goes to crypto for a long-term purpose and some of my earnings from crypto are sold for a short term purpose or trading.
870  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Things That Comes Into Your Mind When Winning... on: September 29, 2019, 03:22:10 AM
Of course I feel happy and lucky especially when I win consecutively. It also happened that I tried betting carelessly and still won. However, the problem is when I win greed comes over and I end up losing money.
871  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it be good for bitcoin if it will be regulated by the Goverment's on: September 28, 2019, 07:16:28 PM
I guess one of the reason why satoshi created crypto is for people to have their power over currency setting aside regulation by government thru anonimity. That is what people enjoy in crypto now. However, the downside is that cryptocurrency's decentralization and anonimity is being abused by scammer, illegal activities fraud and etc. So, it is either we let government regulate crypto and sacrifice being anonymous to avoid such illegal activities, or let crypto be a gateway for illegal activities or fraudelent acts.
872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: stick to the same option or switch to another option? on: September 28, 2019, 05:32:21 PM
Most newbies think that way. Just because a lot of people had earned decent amount of money last bull market, it doesn't mean that the market will stay that way. The market is complicated and it is difficult to speculate. The reason why newbies who jad invested their money on crypto and had lost it due to FOMO stays away from crypto. All investment requires risk, and no investment would guarantee you a great return.
873  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How many times have you gone against majority on: September 28, 2019, 04:21:32 PM
Whenever I bet, I never actually look at the odds. I stick to my own analysis and knowledge on a certain sport. If you know a sport and the teams pretty well, whether the odds are on you or against you, you would stay on your own choice when picking which team to bet on.
874  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Suggest me a good coin to invest in. on: September 28, 2019, 03:43:11 PM
Haven't bern investing with any alts now. Most of my extra money goes to bitcoin. I guess I will have to wait for the altcoin season to come, or gain profit from bitcoin first before investing to top altcoin such as eth and many other alts.
875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tricks and tips for esports betting on: September 28, 2019, 01:46:05 PM
The odds of winning in sports betting than any gambling game is higher because you can use analysis, your knowledge and information about the team and sports, and experience in choosing which team has better odds in winning. There is no complete guide, just familiarize your self about the game itself and the team that is on the selection.
876  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are You Doing This? on: September 28, 2019, 01:01:12 PM
I did. I shared my privatekey and all my crypto access to my brother who also invests in crypto. It's also for emergency if I will need some money and I don't have access on my wallet or accounts and if something bad happens to me. I guess it is best to let someone look after your account and assets for security and emergency cases.
877  Economy / Economics / Re: Crimes involving crypto have risen on: September 28, 2019, 11:17:40 AM
"Nearly 2.7 trillion won ($2.3 billion) have been lost to crimes involving cryptocurrency in the last two years, according to South Korean government data."

where do you see the improvements being made against crypto criminal activity. this can really hurt the price for traders/investors if conditions don't improve.

That is one of the reason why some government are pursuing to regulate crypto, to atleast lessen crypto being used in illegal activities, money laundering and scam. Even in our country crypto is now being used for drug transactions, scam, money laundering and etc. Maybe one of the reasons why mass adaptation is not yet achievable as of now.
878  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best online wallet for privacy on: September 28, 2019, 10:36:49 AM
Hardware wallet best suits your need since you will be the one handlig your own key for your wallet. I doubt if there is an online wallet that can provide what you need. If you want to secure your fund, invest on a hardware wallet.
879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Martingale strategy increase your chance of winning? on: September 28, 2019, 09:33:18 AM
Martingale strategy is not ideal to be used for a long term betting. It lessens your chance of winning and would only lessen the amount of money you have. The house edge always wins when you gamble. In my personal opinion it maybe profitable for only a number of bet. I would stick on my own gamblig strategy and let instinct and luck play its part. That way I can enjoy gamblig more.
880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Emotions; while betting, will you risk losing your fund to back your club? on: September 28, 2019, 08:17:00 AM
Gambling is about winning. If you are sure that a team is winning why would you still bet on your favorite team if uou know that you can surely win betting on the other side. There's no sense betting on your favorite team just to have a peace of mind that you have supported them till the end. Gambling is about money, nothing else.
