There is a much easier way , using electrum 2.9.
Wow... this is fantastic... Nicely spotted! I had totally missed this new(?) feature in 2.9... I thought adding in custom "Derivation Path" values was the best new feature... but this is pretty awesome too! It should make it stupidly easy for MultiSig folks to be able to get their redeem scripts/private keys and sign messages as required for Lumens et al.

Please can you give me commands in steps
Seriously? Did you even look at the guide I linked to? It has all the commands and pretty pictures... NOTE: You appear to have skipped step 6.2 where you extract the hash from the wallet...

I am using this app on both an andriod and a apple device. How do I get a hold of the BCC fund? I have been google-ing without luck..
If you use your seed to restore to a BCC wallet that supports a Derivation Path of m/0' then you should be able to access the BCC. I would "guess" that the only BCC wallet capable of this at the present time is "Electron Cash"... and only the desktop versions, as the Android APK is only at version 2.8.2 (so doesn't have the derivation path patch that 2.9.0 has) NOTE: "Electron Cash" is currently an 'unproven' wallet at best... it seems to be a direct fork of Electrum... and is open source... but it is NOT developed or endorsed by the Electrum dev ThomasV... it will also, by default, attempt to copy your Electrum wallet file(s) over to the Electron Cash directory... and the binaries are signed by an "anonymous" developer. Running from the sources is possible and is probably the safest option for now... if you choose to use it... as is following ThomasV's advice of creating a new wallet, sending all your BTC there... then use the old seed to import to BCC wallet. That way, only your BCC is at risk if the BCC wallet you choose to use is "bad"™

There isn't any... a bitcoin address is a bitcoin address... SegWit has nothing to do with Addresses... BCC is essentially a different network using the same "basics" as BTC, so the addresses/keys remain the same (hence why everyone magically gets BCC at a 1:1 ratio if they had BTC in a given address at block #478558) As for "other", do you mean softforks? altcoins? I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "When you send BTC to a pre AUG 1 BTC addresses"? You transfer control of coins from one BTC address (private key) to another BTC address (private key)... that doesn't change because someone created an Altcoin using the BTC blockchain history...

how to change from standart to 2fa?
You will have to create a new wallet, select "Two Factor Authentication"... then read all the information about how it works, and how much it costs! 2FA is NOT a free service... more info here: https://api.trustedcoin.com/#/electrum-helpand how to change the appearence , 0.123 BTC but it appear 123 ...thanks
Did you try looking in the settings? Specifically: "Tools -> Preferences -> Appearance" You'll want to change the Base Unit to BTC

Using Electrum with the Nano S should work OK... create a new wallet and select the "use a hardware device" option... That should create a "watching-only" wallet using the Master Public Key from the Nano S. You should theoretically be able to select the address you want to sign a message from and away you go.
However, for the "Nano" (non-S), it seems users get a "no module named websocket" error... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1952904.0https://www.reddit.com/r/ledgerwallet/comments/6ewqun/how_to_sign_a_message_btc_with_a_hw1_and_the/Some users reported success with running it on Ubuntu and installing the websocket package manually... You might be able to so something similar on Windows if you run from sources after manually installing the websocket patch. The only other alternative I can think of is to extract the private key from the ledger and sign the message "manually"... there are plenty of "offline" versions of webpages that allow you to do this... or you could import the private key to an Electrum wallet and do it that way. Personally, I'd attempt to get it working via Electrum first, as that doesn't require you to export/expose your private key(s)

No... 0.5 BTC in 1AddressA and 1.0 BCC in 1AddressA in a BCC wallet = 0.5 BTC and 1.0 BCC BTC and BCC are NOT the same thing... and given that current trading on places like ViaBTC where 1 BCC ~= 0.1 BTC... I doubt they'll have similar value. Especially after all the "dumpers" get onto the exchanges and start trading out their BCC for a fast buck or two

If you're worried, try using a Linux Live CD... with no persistent storage and no networking functionality built in/switched on.
If you boot into that OS and do the decryption and then reboot, all traces should be gone... and the viable attack vectors or chances for data leakage are minimised.

Yes, you'll need to get a BCC compatible wallet... and then after the fork happens, you'll need to export your seed (or private keys) from Electrum and then import your seed (or private keys) into that BCC Wallet. Electrum IS NOT compatible with BCC... You cannot create/send or receive BCC transactions with Electrum. Refer: https://electrum.org/bcc.txt and https://electrum.org/bcc2.txt

because UAHF had happened today. and bitcoin cash announced they go anyway as an alt coin.
UAHF has NOT happened as yet... it does not happen until 12:20 MEAN TIME PAST (MTP)... that will be about the 6th block AFTER 12:20 UTC... it is currently ~0330 UTC... ~9 hrs to go until Hardfork: https://cash.coin.dance/will the new transaction be on both (networks) btc and bcc?
New transactions AFTER the fork will NOT be on both networks, it is impossible due to Replay Attack Protection... Transactions BEFORE the fork will be on both networks (common block history) do btc and bcc run on the same network?
No... they do not... like can I make new transactions and still be able to split the bitcoins later to bcc and btc(send a transaction with forkid)? or if I touch my bitcoins I won't be able to split them anymore?
Only if the coins are in addresses controlled by private keys that you own AT the time of the fork... Ie. Transactions BEFORE fork: You have 1 BTC in 1AddressA (owned by you), you send 0.5 BTC to 1AddressB (owned by someone else) BEFORE the fork... fork happens, you now have 0.5 BTC in 1AddressA and will be able to get 0.5 BCC in 1AddressA in a BCC wallet. Transactions AFTER fork: You have 1 BTC in 1AddressA... you wait patiently... fork happens... you send 0.5 BTC to 1AddressB (owned by someone else) AFTER the fork... you now have 0.5 BTC in 1AddressA... and you will be able to get 1.0 BCC in 1AddressA in a BCC wallet.

Do I need to move it to another wallet before the fork happens? If so, do I have enough time and what wallet would you recommend ? Could I just wait for the dust to settle and move it after? What are the options and risks involved?
For now, I would advise that you just leave the coins where they are until things settle down... MBC is not an HD wallet and just uses private keys... so you don't need to worry, you'll be able to access them via sweeping/importing your private keys. You can try and create a new Electrum seed based (HD) wallet... and then sweep the coins, but to be honest, I'd just wait. It is probably not a good time to be making transactions... even though you have about 10 hours before the BCC Hard fork happens. Your other option is to import the keys into a non-HD Electrum wallet. Importing is instant and doesn't require any transactions to be created or broadcast... but you don't have the safety of an HD seed based wallet for backup purposes. The only advantage to doing this as opposed to leaving coins in MBC is that Electrum has a better fee system, so any transactions you create later are less likely to get stuck due to low fees. TLDR; Leave your coins where they are until things calm down, then sweep into Electrum seed based wallet

Awesome, glad you managed to get it all sorted. I like happy endings Hopefully the functionality that ThomasV has included in Electrum to be able to specify the Derivation Path when importing seeds will make this sort of thing a lot easier in the future!

I wouldn't be to confident in VirusTotal's ability to determine if something is bad or not... Proof: https://virustotal.com/en/file/732ed6d68fd43d08f6ee63400f0be6f9150b721fe5815b975ae066cfe0b9abeb/analysis/1501553381/That is the scan of the "electrum-2.9.0-portable.exe"!! It supposedly has 4 services that have detected threats... For the record, it was downloaded and checked for authenticity using ThomasV's PGP signature... Btw, there are reports about Electron Cash maybe having a malware build in the software.
I've not seen any sources for these "reports"... does anyone have a link other than a virustotal scan?

I thought electrum will support BCC and BTC at the same time and storing my bitcoin there will guarantee the safety of my assets. I only save my seed for my wallet. Is there a chance that my BTC will stuck in my electrum wallet??
No... ThomasV put support in Electrum for multiple forks... but BCC devs put replay protection in BCC network that effectively makes it IMPOSSIBLE to generate a transaction in Electrum that will broadcast on BCC network. The transactions need to be made in a different way. ThomasV does not want to include BCC funtionality in Electrum: https://electrum.org/bcc.txtThere is no chance that your BTC will be stuck in Electrum. It will continue to operate properly with BTC. If you want to get BCC, you need to get a BCC wallet and use your seed/private keys there... but I would suggest you follow ThomasV's suggestion and move all your BTC to a new seed/private keys first, and use your OLD seed/private keys in BCC wallet (just in case BCC wallet is "bad"™ and tries to steal your seed/private keys): https://electrum.org/bcc2.txt

i don't have seed i just download the wallet from electrum.org and start using it i just enter a password ! please help me what to do ?
It sounds like you have used Electrum in the past and created a 2FA wallet previously. When you reinstalled Electrum, it would have found the old wallet (uninstalling Electrum doesn't remove the data directory containing wallets) and used that old wallet by default without asking you to generate a new one. In any case, as Abdussamad has already said, without the seed or the Google Authenticator "secret" for this wallet, your coins are lost.

Just FYI, Electrum 2.9.0 portable on windows does the same thing... I have it installed on a usb thumb drive that has an activity LED... while Electrum 2.9.0 is open... that light blinks continuously until I shut Electrum down... that is just with the wallet open and sitting there. Resource Monitor indicates it is "writing" the "electrum_data\config" file Opening that file in Notepad++ while Electrum is open... I get constant warnings that the file has been modified and would I like to re-open it. The file contents is actually unchanged. Definitely something not quite right

Sorry but i had enought, this electrum sh1*** wallet is a complete trash.....
At first i used installer from official site for Windows - wallet crashes after launch. After a lot and a lot of pain with other wallets i finally been able to launch portable electrum 2.9.0 wallet. I created a 2fa wallet with TrustedCoin auth in it, and sent a lot of bitcoins to it. Now!!!! I cannot use my coins since electrum asks me for a fkn**** (sorry) 2fa code !!!! Where do i get IT ?!?!?!? There were no window to register that code with my phone!!!
So you never got a window like this during the setup: If you didn't see this window... were you offline when you generated your wallet? You need to be online so the wallet can connect to TrustedCoin to setup the account and generate the Google Authenticator code... I cannot get private keys !!! After doing Wallet - Private keys - Export and entering 10000% correct password nothing happens.
I know a seed, i wrote it on paper 3 days ago and reentered it during wallet creation. BUT NOW I CANT RECOVER WALLET USING IT !!!!! Sorry but a fkng**** sh*** this wallet ?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? completly useless.... sorry , a lot of coins there. I tried recovering wallet and selecting both - a simple wallet and 2fa wallet, after entering seed "Next" button still inactive. I enlarged seed with my 3 words. Tried entering both variants of seed.......
This is all just angry ranting and a bit confusing... Are you saying that you checked the "extend seed with custom words" option? If so, you DON'T type those extra words into the seed window... you just enter the 12 word seed and click next... Electrum will then prompt you for the extra words: If you have only entered 12 words, and the "next" button is still greyed out, then you have entered at least one of the 12 words incorrectly. Double check the spelling of your words. There are some words that are, unfortunately, quite similar... and it is easy to either write it down wrong, or type it in wrong... words like kid, kit, kite, kind etc... they all only need 1 letter missing or incorrect and your seed is wrong.

It is definitely a piece of malware:
So ONE detection (by an AntiVirus app that I've never heard of... 9th result on google for WhiteArmor Antivirus??!?) while 61 others come up clean = "definitely"? Don't get me wrong... I'm not endorsing nor claiming that this software is legit... but it may not be time for the torches and pitchforks just yet...
