Вот за что я люблю конспирологию, так это за возможность посмеяться. А я сколько себя помню на посту модератора, мы с xandry всегда сносили такие топики. Так что это не новость. Для каждой деятельности можно найти решение. Если вы получайте не больше 200К в месяц на карту, самозанятый идеальный вариант с 4%. Нет проверок и изменений- 10 летний мораторий.
Строго говоря, не только доход. Объекты обложения бывают разными - реализация, прибыль, имущество, деятельность (при патентной системе налогообложения или ЕНВД (сейчас отменён)). Упрощенщики НДС не платят, но не все ИП сидят на упрощение. Если физиков будут подтягивать на предпринимательскую деятельность по крипте, то как раз и вменят им НДС (на УСН они же заявление не подали). P.S. Что касается купли-продажи валюты, то НДС она не облагается, потому что оборот денежных средств не является объектом обложения НДС (об этом выше писал). Стого говоря мы обсуждаем доход криптана а не налоги на имущество, землю, которой нет в списке и так далее. Мы про теорию говорим или про практику? Спецрежимы в основном и заменяют уплату многих налогов, среди которых есть НДС (за исключением некоторой деятельности), но я не понимаю как зарегистрированного предпринимателя можно подтянуть на предпринимательскую деятельность по крипте и НДС начислить? Пруфы будут или это домыслы и фантазии? И если физлицо без регистраций продает и покупает крипту, то куда его подтянут? Если он это через карту делает, то его блокнут в банке и его деятельность на этом кончится очень быстро. |

Красиво все говорят, а на altcoinstalks уже 5тый лист заявок  Да, но среди заявившихся там есть, помимо прочего, аккаунты бангладешской ботофермы, которые вряд ли когда-либо попадут в кампанию даже если не будет хватать участников, плюс по сусекам поскребли старожилов того форума. Тут не на лист заявок в кампанию интересно смотреть, а на то, сколько участников bitcointalk уже получили телепортацию ранга туда. И это не такое уж малое количество, при этом я вижу и ники довольно неплохих постеров на bitcointalk. Если уровень общения там повысится благодаря им, в следующей подписной там лист количества заявок может и подлиннее оказаться... Сравнительно невысокая оплата за пост по меркам миксеров там ведь потому, что эта кампания пришла при уже почти совсем схлопнувшемся форуме. Там активных модераторов-то почти не было видно, а тут хотя бы некоторые начали шевелиться. И, по опыту bitcointalk, при росте трафика и конкуренция за топовых постеров может пойти... Посмотрим, там и работы от админа требуется немало, если он сумеет поддержать волну, это тоже важно. Но всё равно весь bitcointalk туда не перетечёт. Некоторые завсегдатаи здесь ни подписи не носят, ни особо сильно от отсутствия новичков не страдают, им в своём тесном кругу даже комфортнее. Посмотрим в следующем году. Если все баунти менеджеры туда миксеры перенесут, то altcoinstalks восскреснет. |

According to WSJ, Montengero made the decision to extradite Do Kwon U.S and not South Korea, which is no surprise at all given the relations between Montentegro and US. I can imagine that he is not happy with that decison at all.  Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon will reportedly be extradited to the United States rather than South Korea to face criminal charges.
According to a Dec. 7 Wall Street Journal report citing people familiar with the matter, Justice Minister Andrej Milovic in Montenegro plans to grant U.S. officials’ request for extradition. Kwon was arrested in Montenegro in March and sentenced to four months in prison for using falsified travel documents but has also been charged in the U.S. and South Korea for his alleged role in the collapse of Terraform Labs.
Milovic reportedly said the announcement would be made public “in a timely Poor Do Kwon. I wonder how many assets he has already left in Montenegro..? I think that the first problem is that in many countries the tax legislation for cryptocurrencies has not yet been formed and may change, so declaring cryptocurrencies has its own risks.
Could be, but OP mentioned he's from an EU country, and I imagine most of those would have crypto-related tax laws somewhat clarified by now. It could be easier if he just said which country is he from. There is a risk that Bitcoin will cease to be the main coin and will give way to Ethereum.
Investing in only one coin for 10 years is also very risky. I would make an investment portfolio of 5-7 coins
There was a thread about this somewhere, and the historical data shows that holding just BTC for a long time yielded much better results than diversifying over the top 5 or top 10 coins. Of course there's no guarantee this will be true forever. I'm in favour of holding some ETH just in case of the "flippening", but holding too many coins is probably riskier than holding BTC only. Anyhow, OP said he would be managing the funds even if they were in the formal custody of his mother in law, so he'd be able to take actions when/if weird things start happening. I wouldn't look at old statistics. Bitcoin is the oldest coin and those who kept it from the very beginning made a big profit. But my advice is to consider buying several coins at least, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. And Bitcoin may have a majority in this portfolio, for example 80%. |

Но прецедент уже создан и далее может возникнуть эффект снежного кома, когда за одной кампанией подтянулась другая, далее подтянулся онлайн, увеличилось общение, увеличилась посещаемость, итд. Это всё может вылиться в то, что кампании, которые будут запускаться через 3-5 месяцев там уже могут предлагать гораздо более существенные оплаты и это будет привлекать еще больше людей. Или же будет наоборот, 1-2 кампании запустится, посмотрят, что дело тухлое и генерируется один спам и все позакрываются нахрен, так как даже 30 баксов будет платить нецелесообразно.
