Someone dumped 29 million coins to 1 person. DAA=Dead at arrival. GL.
Isn't the saying DOA, Dead On Arrival?

So if we give a random guy a bunch of money he's going to start a professional cycling team?
If you're really professional you could tell us who you are, but there's no point because this is just a chance to make a quick buck... for you.

sorry for the question, but why the account number 18 has this big value=!?! for what purpose?

I bid 1.666 BTC + 0.00666 BTC
Auction over! Winning bid goes to Monbux! The total of his bid comes up to 1.67266 BTC! I'm just waiting for dooglus to take the mod status off the account and I'll throw it over to you sir. Do you want escrow? Up to you really, I'll gladly go first if we aren't going with escrow as I know whom you are and you are trustworthy. (imho) Oh fuck, KYLE, this is my mistake man. I meant to bid 1.666 CLAM and 0.005 BTC. I just woke up and saw the awesome justdice UID up for auction, the last bid being 1.666 CLAM, so I decided to match that and increase by 0.005 BTC. Can you be understanding enough to understand my typo? I was so happy when I thought I snagged the UID for a couple bucks, it was a typo and definitely a stupid mistake of mine! I'm sorry for getting you this excited for nothing, I'll still tip 0.005 BTC (my original bid increment) to the address you specify. Posting my mistake publicly :-/ That's actually the way I read it without even thinking until seeing these surprised reactions and wasn't sure if they caught you before you could edit the typo. I understood your bid as 1.666 clam + 0.00666 btc

Ok thank you ! I'd like to buy a FPGA to mine 24 hours a day. How much MH/s can I have with it, at which price ?
I don't think that question can be answered accurately at this time...someone else can correct me if I am wrong. Maybe the price question. I can find alone but I don't know which FPGA will be usable. I believe currently they have the $75 Mojo V3 hashing at 2Mh/s

Who's to say he is doing well? He popped into irc for a bit at the end of June to get the mining pools online but otherwise there's been no word.

Why change the name? I understand your wish to make a forum only for the bytecent but why take a name already taken by a radio and change the name of the forum?
1. BYCTalk is some obscure online radio show. Them being small doesn't mean their name is up for grabs, they could sum make a claim against you over it. Especially since you know they exist already and it's not an accidental conflict

Could it be mined by fpga now?
It always could - it was just a matter of someone making it. How about the KNC's litecoin miner? So it is also working on scrypt asic? YOU CAN NOT USE A SCRYPT ASIC This is WhirlpoolX not Scrypt and as such there isn't an ASIC around yet, there is however development work being done on FPGA's

I got a NOMP pool running that correctly shows shares on the workers page however requires either recompiling the miners from git or using the --diff flag with ccminer
http[Suspicious link removed] -d 0 -o stratum+tcp://drop.bitspill.net:3032 -O <address>:x --algo=drop -i 18 --diff 65536
-i ## may be changed as necessary to reduce load on graphics card
Will it work with CPU miner as well if so what is the command line needed. Thanks! To use cpuminer you would need to either wait for a pre built or compile the new version yourself then it would work as normal.

And I actually haven't even given it yet, so now I'll do it - guys, just move to Mellow ads, they are currently your best option, miles ahead of everyone else.
They are better than Adbtc.info ? I'm fairly certain Adbtc.info isn't an advertising platform but rather a directory of other websites so you can find the best one for your needs

Ann Angel My apologies. She's not Russian. All good, when searching to find a name her photo is used all over under the caption "russian" and I'd personally agree those photos have a "russian" vibe to them It's also strange that her photo is chosen so often for scams, I've not seen any other model used so much.

It is more or less done. What's left was just a few string for the pages served to the user and invert the sign of the minted value. Bitcore v0.1.18 has this issue: { '0': 'livenet', '1': '1 of 1 peers connected' } { '0': 'livenet', '1': '1 of 1 peers connected' } { '0': 'livenet', '1': '1 of 1 peers connected' } FATAL ERROR: CALL_AND_RETRY_2 Allocation failed - process out of memory Aborted npm ERR! weird error 134 npm WARN This failure might be due to the use of legacy binary "node" npm WARN For further explanations, please read /usr/share/doc/nodejs/README.Debian
npm ERR! not ok codeBut we shouldn't discuss this in this in John's thread. It's completely off-topic. I already raised this on Github and labs.bitpay.com I stick with ABE: It serves its purpose well and is quite elegant in its use And if you don't like the look & feel it has, you can immitate Insight's. I believe someone already did this by the way, using bootstrap. That sounds like you ran out of RAM, is this being ran on a small vps?

Well you can scratch 5000 credits from the total amount of coins. I had a meltdown on one of my mining rigs. No backup. I know stupid things happen. Still have the wallet file. Have spent two days trying to recover using pywallet. I'll send the wallet file if anyone wants to try to recover. You can have half. Let that be another lesson to backup your wallet.
If you think you can recover the wallet let me know. I've tried every option available.
If you're still not having any luck shoot me a PM and I'll attempt to rummage around the wallet file to see what I can do.

The Dev will post the whole thing later today or early Tuesday morning
Then why did you bother to make this post/thread anyway?

still trying to get solo mining working and now I get this: What's in your debug.log? Does the wallet work fine creating new addresses and sending coins around? Is your hard drive readonly or full? Does cc miner work with the pool? ccminer.exe -d 0 -o stratum+tcp://drop.bitspill.net:3032 -O <address>:x --algo=drop -i 18 --diff 65536
