901  Other / Meta / Re: [Question] modlog on: April 16, 2019, 12:30:40 PM
Do we also see the log for the following:

1. If a user delete his own post

No, it is not recorded in modlog.

2. In a self moderated topic if the topic creator delete a post

No, it is not recorded in modlog, but it is displayed on the top of the thread about how many replies are deleted from the thread until if it's self moderated.

The only way to trace back the deleted posts you tagged for is if someone have archived it. But chances are low if you personal have not done that.
902  Economy / Reputation / Re: Caution!: A forum USER that I think is very suspicious. on: April 16, 2019, 12:21:05 PM
A user can not remove his own topic, a mod moved it to the off-topic board, and here is the new link:

Learn to build Your Own ERC-20 Smart Contract For Only 0.22ETH

It was moved because altcoin discussions doesn't belong to the beginners and help board. Besides, he is offering a service.

None of the topic was moved, it was deleted by mods for breaking the forum rules as I mentioned earlier, because of posting the same topic in the multiple board.

Mods are working fast as you can see other topics of the user which I reported are also deleted now.
903  Economy / Reputation / Re: Caution!: A forum USER that I think is very suspicious. on: April 16, 2019, 10:10:41 AM
Please Move this thread to Reputation section as it better suits there.

Forum Modlog: https://bitcointalk.org/modlog.php
You can find it there that thread is remove by this forum user which I think it's very suspicious.

Basically it is not removed by the forum users himself but by the forum moderator. Only posts deleted by moderators are seen in the modlog, so the post you are mentioning was deleted by mod as it was breaking some type of forum rule.

Most probably he was breaking this rule stated here:

12. No duplicate posting in multiple boards (except for re-posting it in the local language boards if it's translated).

I have reported other multiple posts of the user, so that would be deleted soon.
904  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 16, 2019, 09:38:02 AM

This is just an official reason they gave, but anyone who was following the previous trend's behind the BitcoinSV should know the real reason behind its delistment which is it claiming itself as Satoshi's real vision which is not true. Also Craig Wright claiming himself to be real Satoshi was putting lot of damage in the community.

https://mobile.twitter.com/cz_binance/status/1116563034476957699

It should be delisted from more exchanges in future as most of the claims on the social media follows.
905  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 16, 2019, 08:42:13 AM
Either Ayre knows something we don't, got conned, or he's preparing to break ties with CSW.

"This industry needs to grow up and Craig proving he is Satoshi is the only way past this Troll attack that is so bad for the industries reputation. He now has a duty to set the record straight for us all. The Trolls all know he is Satoshi hence the fear."

https://twitter.com/CalvinAyre/status/1117706922415853569

I don't think the Court politics will work here anyway!

Bitcoin does not work with it, rather it is works upon a decentriziled way and every Bitcoin follower and user knows that its just another big troll. Many people have claimed in past about them being the real Satoshi and have the same vision but this could never be proved even if some legal laws are applied to it.

906  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FREEWallet.org is a SCAM on: April 16, 2019, 07:33:57 AM
The problem has been solved,
thank you for your help

Gald to see your issue is solved and also appreciate the effort from Freewallet to handle the issue.

I would advise you to edit the thread title to SOLVED, as I have seen some articles from Freewallet claiming that Bitcointalk threads are not updated often even if the issue is solved from there side.
907  Other / Meta / Re: Trust: The New Rank requirement? on: April 16, 2019, 07:22:31 AM
I foresee a situation where the Trust score will begin to serve as the new requirement for members to rank up.

I don't think this will happen as theymos has designed the merit system for the sole purpose of putting knowledge persons to higher rank and not for the trust farmers.

It's over a year now since the sMerit system was instituted and his silence so far in creating another level after the "Legendary" rank portends something, I should think. What do you guys think?

He is not silent basically and is actively working on twicking the merit system in the best possible way. The recent DT criteria update is one of his further step and effort.

Making trust as a Ranking requirement is not a decent solution I think. Huh

Good to see this notification today morning!

Good effort by a reputed person like CZ in helping community to avoid scam project investments. Kudos to Binance and CZ.

You should report all of his alts to the moderator, and all of the connected accounts would be banned soon for Ban evasion.

25. Ban evasion (using or creating accounts while one of your accounts is banned) is not allowed.[e]
911  Other / Meta / Re: Isn't this copy-paste? [plagiarism] [user=yogg] on: April 15, 2019, 04:21:09 AM
He has basically copied his own post so it does not count as plagiarizing.

This would not get him banned too.

915  Other / Meta / Re: Collectibles Sub forum on: April 14, 2019, 04:06:04 PM
Collacitable section is the correct place for any collectibles sale, it does not specify to just Bitcoin collectibles. It just says "Including physical Bitcoin coins" but other collectibles are also welcomed.

As @Flying Hellfish said, no one will move your thread from collectibles even if you are selling non-bitcoin related collectibles there. Just you should be accepting crypto as an payment method.
916  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SUREREMIT and ETHERFIN Plagiarized Whitepaper. on: April 14, 2019, 03:28:42 PM

I'm still wondering who was the original source. Air Transfer has a references list, but SUREREMIT doesn't.

He has links to resources. Look closely.

I think ETHERFIN is the culprit here as they have most of the content plagiarized without any reference and team faked and is right to be accused. Though I don't find them promoting there project on the forum.
917  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SUREREMIT and ETHERFIN Plagiarized Whitepaper. on: April 14, 2019, 02:22:56 PM
-snip-

As SUREREMIT history is traced to be before ETHERFIN, so we could say that ETHERFIN has copied the content from SUREREMIT and has a plagiarized Whitepaper.

Thank You for finding the team pics and connections it makes the project ETHERFIN as a scam for sure. (Edited the thread title)

I found another project that contains similar parts in white paper.

http://airtransfer.io

Good catch bro!

As I said, I have found many projects using same content in there Whitepaper. AIRTRANSFER is an add up to the list.
918  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FREEWallet.org is a SCAM on: April 14, 2019, 08:24:45 AM
We'd like to inform you that you have successfully passed the verification procedure.

Good to hear. Hope OP of this thread confirms it here and update the thread title to SOLVED if he is satisfied.
919  Economy / Scam Accusations / ETHERFIN Plagiarized Whitepaper and Fake Team. on: April 14, 2019, 07:49:35 AM
THIS IS NOT A SCAM ACCUSATION

ETHERFIN has FAKE TEAM AND PLAGIARIZED WHITEPAPER.

Website: https://etherfin.tech

I found the Whitepaper of SUREREMIT and ETHERFIN totally similar. I don't know who has paralyzied from whom as no dates to the Whitepaper postage is recorded. It would be great if some fellow Scam Buster's could find some more evidence.

[One more fun fact is I also found another 2 projects with similar content in there Whitepaper paper here. One of them is already proclaimed as scam.]

Whitepaper SUREREMIT: https://firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/sureremit02.appspot.com/o/SureRemit-WhitePaper-v.1.21.pdf?alt=media&token=ce4e19d4-8f43-42d6-87c3-4990790890cc

Whitepaper ETHERFIN: https://etherfin.tech/EtherFin_WhitePaper_EN_280618.pdf

1.

2.

3.

4.

5.

6.

SUREREMIT has a recently created ANN here so I am inclined to think that it is a newer project than ETHERFIN but I could not find any ANN about ETHERFIN posted on the forum.

SUREREMIT ANN: [ANN] SureRemit: An Ecosystem for Global Non-cash Remittances

Hoping for more info about it to be posted here.

Fake team report. Thank You @lovesmayfamilis.

etherfin.tech has no information.

But there is a fake team.

920  Other / Meta / Re: Why are simple posts being deleted in ANN threads ?? on: April 14, 2019, 06:40:44 AM
Your replies were deleted because you were posting in a row. It is not allowed as it provoke fake bumping. You can bump your thread every 24 hours only according to forum rules.

I think you should read forum rules before operating here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657.0

The only solution to keep up with the updates is just editing the OP or a reserved post every time you have an update. And bump the thread every 24 hours by deleting previous bumps.
