941  Economy / Services / Re: [WTB] Sell your EMPTY ETH Wallet! ($5-10/address) on: November 17, 2023, 03:34:07 PM
While still emphasising on people not selling their wallet, I got one full example as to why.

The link below needs you to have a transaction history with an EVM wallet amogts others.
https://airdrop.pyth.network/verify-eligibility/check-eligibility

I may not know to what extent this is to but whatever its worth, its compensatory enough for you to hold your wallet and not sell it for peanuts

Is there somewhere a list of all active airdrops that have these or similar conditions?
Or it is kept as a secret, and then such offers come out because someone knows but does not want to share such information

First, why did it take so long to make an announcement?

There were a few reasons for this. First, the situation unfolded very quickly and it was unclear what was going on and who was involved. We needed to understand the scale and scope of the issue before making any public statements.

It's interesting that in all that crowd, you didn't find time to announce your current status, but you had time to edit your trust list and distrust all the users who gave you a negative rating. btw. This was done from the same account from which you are communicating now.
I'm very interested in what you want to achieve by doing so.

Finally, I would like to address one critical assertion. The claim that Betnomi is a scam is absurd. We spent millions of dollars and years of hard work to build the entire platform and infrastructure to support it. This is not a simple white-label operation. The sum of all users' balances left on the platform is less than our monthly expenses as a company.

Everyone with a significant balance, that is, an amount greater than $5,000 USD, has already made a complaint in the forum, and there are only about four or five of those. This is because we processed all pending withdrawals before taking the site into maintenance mode.

It is easy to make claims without knowing the facts, much less analyzing them. I simply ask that you do the math next time you have the urge to say "scam."

You disappeared from the forum without any explanation, and at the same time, a certain number of unsolved cases remained. That pretty much implies a scam. As long as you owe someone even $10, it is considered a scam attempt. $10 or $5000, there is not much difference in intention if you keep someone's money.

Second, the issue has become a legal one, and it is important to not comment on such matters without understanding the potential legal exposure.

If you want us to believe your story, and it would be useful for the community as well, you should present at least some of the facts. For example, Betnomi has nothing to do with the "Newnomi" casino, it is a part of the partner that left us You can do it so that it does not incriminate the current process if there is one.
944  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi | Project status on: November 17, 2023, 01:04:44 PM
So what happened exactly? Some employees fired the owners? That would be first time I hear anything like that.
And said employee is now going to pay back the money the owner took?

Lol, yes.

The employees' conscience did not allow them to sleep anymore, knowing that former owners scammed people, thus they decided to pay the debts from their own pockets. And also to arrange somehow to take the company away from owners' hands.

A very amusing situation.
The owners stole the intellectual property, i.e. the casino script. probably stole from themselves, to sell to someone else who will falsely present themselves as Betnomi.

945  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to verified My Binance Account? on: November 17, 2023, 12:50:11 PM
I want to verify my exchange account.
Many people will say that you can verify by searching YouTube or Google but I am not interested in that.
I want to learn from our experienced and senior brothers in this forum and know how to get my Binance account verified easily and quickly.

I want your advice.

By following the steps during verification, you should not have major complications if you do everything correctly. If you need help with relatively simple things like this, maybe you should think about whether Binance is for you, because later you will encounter perhaps more complicated things that can cost you money.
946  Other / Archival / Re: [banned mixer] - service for anonymization of crypto transactions | Bitcoin mixer on: November 17, 2023, 12:44:03 PM
Our main motivation to implement the calculator in USD, rather than in BTC, was that all our competitors (who have a calculator) - the calculation goes in BTC. And we decided to stand out so that users have a choice: use the calculator in USD or in BTC.

You can have USD as an option in the calculator, but I don't see the possibility of choosing BTC. The service is mixing BTC, not FIAT, it is clear from the story why all competitors use it that way. This is a suggestion, not an attack, and it is up to you how you will do it.

How absurd it is, here is an example. I got the result that on the mixed 1000 USD, I get back 995 USD, but I have to calculate -0.0005 BTC on that. In doing so, which Bitcoin exchange rate did you take into account? A simple thing, but so complicated that I'm losing interest in using your service

We are ready to sign a message about the availability of reserves not only to LoyceV. We also give you the right to choose one more trusted forum member whom you prefer for this purpose.
This makes no sense. Anyone who trusts me, would trust my word for it. Anyone who doesn't trust me, also wouldn't trust whoever I pick. So I'm not picking anyone.

@ETFbitcoin was recently active in this thread. As they have a proven knowledge of Bitcoin, I suggest them as another member for this verification. If he wants, of course.
947  Economy / Services / Re: DemoTiger -Buy Support Videos For Web Hosting Company -Integrate with WHMCS,etc on: November 17, 2023, 11:24:21 AM
Thank you so much for the explanation.

One more thing interests me. You have 160 videos, but how many times will you sell them?
If several services (for different reasons) buy/use your tutorials, will this be considered a type of plagiarism or duplicate content? Or will you personalize them for each client?
948  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The story of Betnomi.com (Exit Scam) on: November 17, 2023, 11:12:40 AM
Betnomi is back, but not in reality. The representative of Betnomi has created a thread in the gambling board by describing the story from their side. They have shown the intention to refund the users.

Not sure what they are talking about here. The representative of Betnomi writes that they chased away the owners, and now they will start the process of returning the funds. Aren't the owners the ones who manage the funds?
Who are the people currently "standing" behind Betnomi? And what was their role in everything so far?

Honestly, to me, this looks like some kind of buying time and putting the blame on someone else. Is there any information anywhere that someone has initiated legal proceedings against them?
949  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi | Project status on: November 17, 2023, 11:05:19 AM
Dear users and friends,

We are writing to inform you of the status of Betnomi and our commitment to fully refunding all user balances.

Alright. If this is the first step in clarifying the events related to Betnomi, it is acceptable. However, it is certainly not enough. Even if you return the money to all affected users, you have to give a lot more explanation here.
For example, who are you who introduced yourself and still stands behind the Betnomi brand? It is a bit unclear, considering that you state that work under the previous owners was not possible.
You need to name the people who misused the Betnomi intellectual property, database, the information, as well as the name of the new casino that is (or is yet to be), launched. You have an obligation to your users to provide such information. In fact, not only towards them but towards everyone, because it is a potential new scam scheme.
Why did you wait so long?
950  Economy / Reputation / Re: Should Ratimov be in DT1? on: November 17, 2023, 10:43:26 AM
I am retiring from the thread and anything related to Ratimov for sometimes. Thanks for having me.

This is the right choice. At this moment, after everything, it seems almost impossible for Ratimov to return to DT. So, this thread has achieved its purpose, everything else is just repeating what has already been said.

I would say that this new evidence is of extraordinary importance to find out, if there are archives about it. As always, we should investigate all the details to get the full picture here. I believe it's very important for the community to investigate these cases in full detail that the community can have the full picture and decide according to that. The best decision can be made, when all the details are on the table.

Is this an edited AI text?   It sounds very familiar.   Undecided

It seems that human wrote the text after all  Wink
951  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: [ANN] bitcoindata.science on: November 16, 2023, 09:33:58 PM
So, I didn't understand your criticism of my suggestion.

Logically, the way I presented the idea, it doesn't have to be exactly like that. It can be done another way. Basically, the idea was to present, together with the value of BTC, an indication that it was updated at this time. So as not to get the idea that the value presented was that of the date of the post.

We are talking about the same thing. I had a similar idea earlier but executed it in a completely different way. Even without generating images, just as text. Who knows, maybe I'll realize that someday.

953  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to create a Bitcoin Mixers / Bitcoin Tumblers Websites on: November 16, 2023, 09:08:51 PM

Hey guys,
I want to learn how to create a bitcoin mixer, is there's any tutorial available so i can develop it?

Do you have any programming skills? Without it, it's very difficult. There is no drag-and-drop Bitcoin mixer creator and these are not Wix sites.
Maybe you can look at Jambler, they offer a ready-made script for cooperation with them. Their Github: https://github.com/jambler-io/bitcoin-mixer
954  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Crypto News Site Created Recently on: November 16, 2023, 08:34:15 PM
Says the site is down  Sad

Hello, I created a crypto news site, give me some feedback. FYI .. I know alot more needs to be done, including SSL on it. Enjoy and give me topics of interests... Checkout the Instagram page as well, has shortened version of each post.

Thanks,
www.thisCrowd.com

I was able to access the site only once and it was very basic, but since then... the site has been down.  Roll Eyes  It does not create a good first impression, when you advertise the site and it is down for most of the visitors.

I think you should change your hosting service and also implement the SSL as soon as possible to give some credibility to the site. The world needs reliable and trustworthy Crypto news sites, because there are a lot of shit sites that are spreading FUD out there.  Wink

Hope you get it sorted, because I will check in again.  Wink

Both of you, try to type thiscrowd.com in your browser, without www.
The dev did not properly redirect the site, so the domain with the www prefix is undefined. I suggested earlier how to solve this issue https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5471690.msg63058288#msg63058288
955  Economy / Reputation / Re: People not reading page 1 comments compilation thread. on: November 16, 2023, 08:22:47 PM
We're not talking about threads that are 27 pages long, it's just that they don't read the fucking comments on the first page.

I'm not the check thread you're talking about, but I know there are a really large number of such. I'm pretty sure that in those 27 pages, at least 50% of the posts repeat the same thing or something that was said but in a different way. I'm also pretty sure that no one or maybe very few users will read part of the discussion that takes place there.

Such threads led the managers to introduce a rule of not accepting posts in mega threads even after 5-7 pages.
956  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: Novosti on: November 16, 2023, 05:41:46 PM

It would only make sense if you kept the page open without refreshing, and that sounds useless.
I do this all the time Embarrassed

Of course, I know that feeling, same thing on my browsers  Wink but to track the price of Bitcoin in the past is completely pointless.

You and I are familiar with this feature, so we can see that it is an image generated when the page is loaded. But I believe that there are thousands of readers who are unaware of this resource, and have no idea of how the image works. Furthermore, due to cache issues, the image may not be reloaded correctly, and this will result in an old image.

That's why I think that this information should include the update date, ensuring that the reader receives all the information, whether they are familiar with this tool or not.

But, it's just my opinion, if the majority thinks this feature is not necessary, it's not worth Bitmover wasting time on it.

Earlier I proposed a similar feature. Maybe not as part of the current one, which already has its purpose, but as an additional one.
If you leave the page open, the image will not update by itself. You need to reload the page/image, then the data will update.
That makes sense. Nobody would expect images posted on a forum to update without reloading the page.

But it would be nice if the timestamp can also be displayed. That would remove the doubts for someone who just reads the whole context without knowing how the thing works.

I would not ignore the purpose of this without an update after each refresh. There are situations where it is necessary to know the value at the time of writing the post.
958  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: List of useful Bitcoin block explorers on: November 16, 2023, 01:40:57 PM
Even though this is a subjective rating, I still don't think it's fair to rate them based on the number of ads that appear in their explorer

Ads occupy more than 70% of the page. Maybe I am subjective, but it is a desperate practice and a cluttered service that cannot be considered useful. Well, you previously made comments based on UI. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5197909.msg53247176#msg53247176

959  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Disadvantage of bitcoin on: November 15, 2023, 11:52:50 PM
Each option has its advantages and it is not possible to create a perfect currency, right? Probably the biggest advantage of the FIAT (and disadvantage of Bitcoin) method is the offline method.
The advantage of Bitcoin by cheap transactions seems to be starting to lose its importance with the arrival of these BRC tokens.
960  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ROLLBIT.COM - SCAM on: November 15, 2023, 11:43:58 PM
Mah, Rollbit again  Sad

I went through one KYC, then went through their second KYC video, in which I showed my wallet, as well as the accounts of the exchanges from which deposits were made to this wallet.

After that they demand to provide my other accounts on their casino, which I don't have, lol. I don't have any other accounts with them, and I don't see any way to prove it.

OP, one question for you. Have you ever had a similar problem at any casino or were you banned or suspended due to multiaccounting?

Can someone contact Rollbit Razer and ask them to prove that OP has more than one account?
