lol. seems like a lot of effort just to get yr hands on a pre-mine just launch a new coin. nuc is a winner as is, nice wallet, nice name, the coin supply is not relevant. another 5k or so blocks of 1000% then 100% pos is going to keep the numbers going up !! the obvious change that might be useful, is to taper off the hi-pos for longetivity ... maybe gradual decrease over the next few months or something slowish -- and please give us some examples of poor code. |

Do you, my son, understand that there is a problem with the wallet? There are tons of valid peers, and there is nothing wrong with the peers.dat. Yes, I tried the solution you mention, but with the same results: It finds peers and then disconnects immediately. After some tries, or some hours of waiting, it connects eventually and slowly the number of connections is rising. But it is no simple task to just close the wallet and then reopen it. yeh it does that to me. i've been running it intermittently, and with the current mega addnode .conf it generally connects to 1 very quickly, then will grow over time. currently on 4 connections and been open about 5 hours. you've been intermittently helpful philakone but not everyone share's your situation. i know my internet is pretty shit so i assume it's down to that :p |

hey all so i am working on a mac wallet and have packaged up the app and when i run it i get this error message Error: Specified data directory "" does not exist. never seen such an error, you could try specifiying a datadir open a command line console type open blah/blah/qt.app --args -datadir=blah/blah/choosedatadir |

it's quite amazing how fast the money supply goes up  it's good hi_pos will not go on forever  "blocks" : 7136, "moneysupply" : 133517.21490000, Money supply will be slightly less than 27,800 LOC at block 5,000, when POS is supposed to commence.
"blocks" : 8879, "moneysupply" : 279562.07977000, , and blocks are cruising along. 1700 or so in about 16 hours. (ideally meant to be about 28 hours) |

yeah when can we get a mac update seriously? what is taking the mac wallet dev so long? i get the impression he is lazy and one of these home schooling types.
How about 1. No one is paying him 2. The code is borked so he'd just have to compile it again in a few hours when the devs fix it But keep on insulting the guy, I'm sure that'll make him want to help you out. anyone with eminem as an avatar is obviously too old to be taken seriously in this cutting edge world of borken shitcoins. and obviously the product of too much MSM in their diet between sugar drinks and porn. |

i understand PoSV can be problematic with low diff, when someone opens an old wallet there can be problems with forks from the sudden weight/stake spike. but.. that's third hand knowledge as i recall it happening to some coin that i don't recall it's name |
