961  Other / Off-topic / Re: Team USA will play in the Philippines for the FIBA WORLD CUP 2023 on: December 25, 2022, 02:58:41 PM
just curious, do you guys have any estimate on what will the odds be in this match?

Do you mean by all matches? It's hard to estimate the odds for that bro. There are different groups that will play here.

If only by group or a specific country, for example, all games by TEAM USA, maybe we can estimate the odds.
no, I am not talking about all the matches, as you said, there are too many of them and would be pointless to guess all of them. I am just talking about the match between team USA and team PH, that is why I said, "for this match".

But honestly, estimating odds doesn't make sense. Let's just wait for these games to be listed.
maybe you are right but I thought it would be good or fun to know what people think about what the odds will be for this match between team USA and team PH.

Team PH and Team USA won't face each other bro.

That's the reason why I ended up asking that question to you because I thought you just mistyped the word "this match" but instead you are referring to some other matches. Hope that clears. Smiley

It's just happened that PH is one of the host countries of FIBA World Cup 2023 but it's not automatically that Gilas will face Team USA.

But just for fun, my guess would be; Team USA @ 1.01 ; Team PH @ 12
962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where do you bet on wwe matches? on: December 24, 2022, 09:58:50 PM
Do you know any?

Few options that I came across either dead or removed wwe betting.

I guess it's not that widespread due to its scripted nature. But, it's never known to viewer.

WWE is scripted. It's entertainment. Why come to the point to have an interest in betting on WWE?

Are you aware that before (or maybe until now I'm not been updated now on this for several years already), events such as Wrestle Mania, Royal Rumble, etc., their official site already listed the winners right before the official telecast of it?

But regardless, for a scripted match like that, don't consider putting a place for that. I doubt that you can even see that being listed in bookies.
963  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 24, 2022, 09:54:48 PM
I think casinos have definitely no choice but to address the problems quickly and find solutions, otherwise they will receive negative feedbacks from those unsatisfied customers that will make the credibility of the casino turn into failure.

Addressing the problems shouldn't be considered a choice but it's a mandatory thing to do for a business like that especially gambling-related service. In the first place, why operate a casino if they are not capable of addressing the problems quickly? In any business, problems and issues should always expect to come and for that, the company should always be ready.

Right now, referring to popular sites in the world of crypto-gambling today, most of them are addressing the issues properly in most cases and that's a good characteristic for them to maintain their good score in the community.
964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino bonus is it worth it? on: December 24, 2022, 09:41:24 PM
For the most part, these bonuses are really there as a way for a user to have extra money to try out the games. A very good portion of the time, a player will not be able to complete the terms without a redeposit. I have completed a few bonus offers, but it's never been easy.

Agree with. It's somehow impossible to think that we can meet the eligibility without doing several deposits.

If efforts have already been made and lots of deposits have already been made, it just makes sense for a user to just continue depositing to reach the bonus requirements. Users really have to put a serious dedication if they really wanted to get that bonus.

It's really important for users to truly understand all the mechanics of the bonus requirements. Expect that some terms are really hard to comply with.
965  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is to blame on: December 24, 2022, 09:37:02 PM
Is the requirement of KYC from online casino the reason that gives birth to online casino getting regulated?

It's the other way around. Online casinos being regulated is the reason why KYC becomes a thing. But it's not that KYC is aggressively enforced.

And let's not generalize it, if you are referring to a fiat online casinos, expect a mandatory KYC there at most sites. On the other hand, if you are referring to crypto online casinos, KYC is still not strictly enforced there even for top crypto-gambling sites.

Read the terms if KYC is being imposed before playing. If not disclosed, you have lots of references here on what crypto online casino should you consider playing with without worrying about anything related to KYC or any forms of verification.

This is a big challenge indeed for Bay Area to deal with the bigger crowd which is against them at all, we might see them play on a different pressure here.

I see no and that's not a challenge for them.

From the very first game they played here in Governors Cup, they are playing against the crowd. That's expected already by them because they are a foreign team. These professional players are not surely affected by the large crowds even for let's say that 99% of those fans will side with Ginebra.

That big crowd will surely boost Ginebra's confidence but not a key recipe to winning.

I'll be betting for Bay Area Dragons for only 3K php but i'll be picking my opponents.

bisdak40 1k php vs Maslate 1k php
bisdak40 1k php vs harizen 1k php
bisdak40 1k vs Huh??

@harizen and Maslate please confirm if you are biting the proposal hehe, not final until you confirm this.

Third opponent is still open, to those who will bet for Ginebra and want to bet for them, please comment...

Deal boss. Php 1k for Ginebra.

so I said to myself in the fourth quarter that I would bet on them because they could win, I bet on them, honestly every minute I watched the game the more I got irritated with them, it looked like they were doing sabotage to lose, it wasn't normal their behavior in the 4 periods, the only one who seemed to be on the field was LeBron James who with his triple shots managed to reduce the points difference, what we saw in the last 4 minutes was something disastrou

You can't blame the whole Los Angele Lakers for that as the Charlotte Hornets really have a hot shooting on that game. They just established their season-best on that game shooting 55.3% from the field. It's not usual for the Hornets though that's why it's understandable that you put your trust in the Lakers during the live game and decided to place a bet on them.

But seeing the odds on your screenshot, it's a @2.5 Moneyline for the Lakers meaning they are behind during you place your bet.

How many scores are they trying to rally on when you place your bet? Regardless, better luck next time.

If a player wants to use VPN, they can always contact the support staff to verify if it is allowed or not.  There is no harm in asking and an extra step to secure your account doesn't hurt at all.

Actually, that's the best way to ask if a user is unsure about any terms involving the use of a VPN.

Admit it, there are users that even reading the Terms and Service seriously and focusing, can't find the section referring to the use of VPN. Because they were unable to see that, they will assume that using VPN isn't part of the team.

At least by asking the support directly, a user can get a direct response. Optional but just for reference in case of the account is being sh*t because of the use VPN, take a screenshot of the chat where the support responds that it's fine to use VPN.
969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: (Boxing) Kazuto Ioka vs Joshua Boxing Match Begins 31 December 2022 on: December 24, 2022, 09:02:32 PM
Although Franco is roughly 6 years younger than Ioka, we can't consider the age as a big factor here.

That would matter if  Kazuto Ioka is already old, but he is only 33 years old, so it's not a big deal despite their huge age difference. I think the experience is way more vital here, and since  Kazuto Ioka has more experience, I guess he will have the edge in this fight. Anyway, I think we should wait for the betting odds to determine how bookies see this particular fight.

That's why I said age can't be considered. You just rephrase it hehe.

Moving forward, I have to agree that experience matters, and not being biased against Akaho, but referring to his previous fights, he has the most competitive challenges compared to Franco. Defending his current title several times is not a joke.

I'm sure Akaho will be the Favorite here by the bookies but not sure if the odds gap is that distant or not.

971  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: December 23, 2022, 04:08:56 PM
Currently, there are online casinos that don't require KYC but I don't know in the future because they may change their rules if the regulators ask them to perform KYC on all their members. We still have casinos that don't require KYC so we can still use them without worrying that they will ask for KYC. But we also need to be prepared to provide KYC if the casino asks for it and if we don't want to do that, we can look for another casino as a backup.

Yes, expect that full centralization will hit crypto-gambling sites too just as happened in most crypto exchanges today where before, users can freely withdraw money there without any form of verification. But on a side note, crypto-gambling sites should not be treated exactly the same as a crypto exchange that's why for gambling sites, KYC should only be a requirement or being asked for certain instances but not as mandatory.

Part also of being a legal business to operate, crypto-gambling sites have no choice but to follow anything according to law.
972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this a good plan at all? on: December 23, 2022, 03:58:41 PM
Crypto gambling keeps growing faster than Fiat gambling, it's good to see that the masses now favours crypto for gambling than using Fiat but the only issue I have with crypto is the security, data breach and co so I want to know if hiding my IP on a crypto gambling website is secure? I am going with a premium sub of express VPN. If you think otherwise please tell me.

Crypto gambling keeps growing and there's no doubt about that. But there's no accurate link or source we can refer to that its growth is much higher than fiat gambling. Besides, there are crypto-gambling sites that accept fiat payment, and might be some fiat gambling sites accept crypto* (anyone can correct me on this). How can we compare it?

Referring to your concern, I think things shouldn't be complicated. There's no such thing as when you play or visit a crypto-gambling site, possible security and data breaches will happen simply in an instant. Be vigilant in browsing the web and make sure your used device or gadgets are secured enough to deal with any kind of malicious software and related stuff.

There are crypto-gambling sites that allow the use of VPN but to make sure that you are not violating some part of the Site's Terms and Conditions it's really necessary and mandatory to find the terms related to the use of VPN.
973  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino bonus is it worth it? on: December 23, 2022, 03:32:18 PM
I don't take these things seriously. I've tried free spins before but luck won't just go near me.
Wagering bonus too, but it's difficult to keep up with whales that could use their money to see to it that no one will be in the ranking but their team only.
I just let the gambling site system decide if I am worth the bonus when they see how much I spend.
This is where VIP ranks benefits will come in. The bonus there is really worth the wagered amount. I may be far from reaching a higher VIP rank but everything I do now will add up so I can reap it in the future.

That's why if it's about leaderboards, I usually skipped that as there's no way to defeat those whales.

But if reaching the requirements will be based on our own account activity, that might be worth putting a shot at as long as the wagering requirements or related stuff isn't that crazy to achieve.

More importantly, choose a gambling site that has a better loyalty program and make sure every each of our bets is counted as progress like the loyalty program of Stake where every bet contributes to the progress of the account's level.

Chances of those people losing their bets for the Celtics might be part of that hate.  Cheesy

That actually makes sense and might play a big role in why these people are frustrated. Cheesy Kidding aside........

But honestly, on pre-game betting, Celtics Moneyline odds on that game is not even worth placing a bet on.

Maybe these bettors were being destroyed by the Celtics' handicap since they are expecting this team to bounce back after losing against the Magic last 17th before losing again on the 19th. 2 games losing streak against the Magic becomes a nightmare for those who backed up a bet for the Celtics.
975  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 23, 2022, 03:06:53 PM
Honestly, I find the Bay Area Dragons vulnerable to losing because they rely so much on their 3 point shooting.

I think saying Bay Area Dragons is relying on the 3-point shooting is not appropriate. They don't rely on it but rather they are really monsters in that area. If you watched how the Dragons perform beyond the arc during their last game against the SMB, it's like the 3-point area is their comfort zone. I can't call that as that team is relying on it but they are really good at it. Aside from that, they are also good at the paint and shaded areas.

I'm with Ginebra winning the championship but I can't consider that analysis as a reason why the Dragons are vulnerable to losing.

Nicholson won't be able to drop huge numbers if he will be limited in the 3 point line because Ginebra have two bigs (Aguilar and C. Stand) to limit him by frustrating him.

Nicholson's main forte is in the paint area and doing a low post on the shaded area, why he will force himself to do some 3s? He is attempting 3s only when he feels it but most of his scoring came from inside. Let's also consider that aside from Nicholson, those sharp 3 point shooters of the Dragons can shoot on the rainbow area even with a solid defense. That's how god their shooting stroke is.

Still, despite Dragons being a heavy favorite, going all-in for Ginebra here in our own local betting.
976  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about these hyped projects for 2023? on: December 23, 2022, 02:48:52 PM

In fairness, all mentioned do have "potential" and it now depends on who will remain standing strong regardless of te market situation.

Just let's be clear here that saying there is a "potential" means it shows it is capable to develop into something big in the future but still, it is subject to pure prediction and speculation as no one knows what will happen in the future especially if you referring to a specific year.

I won't mention any specific projects you should follow but it's good to spend time on where the "hype" of those projects came from.
977  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Please Suggest Some Free Crypto Trading Signals on: December 23, 2022, 02:40:37 PM
I am Mining and Trading Crypto since 2017. There are lot of Telegram Channel who provide free Crypto signals but they all are Cheaters and have no perfect result. Last 2 days i am Just come to know about Website Free Crypto Signals, which is under development and their huge team are planning to provide most accurate Crypto Trading Signals free on website.

If there is a group signal that can provide a "perfect" and "accurate" result, damn they might have an effective crystal ball predictor that is able to know what will happen in the future and they can withstand the heavy volatility on the crypto market lol.

Disregarding OP's intention and advertising the posted shared link, newbies should realize that almost (close to zero) trading group signals offering free signals should not be entertained as aside from it doesn't really can predict what will be the flow of the market (as that was tough to do even for professionals) later on, these groups will offer a paid subscription which doesn't make sense to be purchased at.

Remember that real professional traders are too busy with their respective trading works and don't have time to offer such a signal provider.
978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 23, 2022, 02:29:46 PM
But unfortunately, in recent years, there are often people who are lazy to read not only reviews but even the rules casino registration.

Sometimes, worst experience is necessary for some people to learn their lesson. These people will only be aware of what to do next time after experiencing such a horrible experience. Generally, problems and complaints about the site do have 2 reasons, poor site management, and users' fault.

As long as those issues and problems that are being accused on that involved site were being addressed properly, that's a good score for the community. On the other hand, if the issue is because of the user's fault, no choice but to move on and accept that "ignorance excuses no one".
979  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: (Boxing) Kazuto Ioka vs Joshua Boxing Match Begins 31 December 2022 on: December 23, 2022, 01:40:13 PM
Kazuto needs to fight more aggressively and fair because after what happened to the fight of Casimero in Japan against his countrymen, people are now considering fighting in their country is not a good choice at all because of how poor they actually managed the last one when their boxer cheated in the middle of the day and with the camera zoomed to his face.

Hmm, any official source or link that tells many people are now considering Japan as not a good choice for a fight? Anyways, never mind as Casimero and Akaho didn't fight on Japanese soil but on South Korea although the referee in charge was Japanese. And don't worry about the result of that fight as from NO CONTEST it was now changed to a TKO victory for Casimero. Akaho admits that he was clearly struggling against Casimero.

Anyways, that should not be a topic here.

Going back to the topic, the name Kazuto Ioka is quite still fresh for PH boxing fans after the Japanese defeated one of the PH greats Donnie Nietes way back in June this year. Can't say who has the better edge between Kazuto Ioka and Joshua Franco as both champions won't reach their respective status if they are not good. Although Franco is roughly 6 years younger than Ioka, we can't consider the age as a big factor here.
980  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are no cool games on: December 22, 2022, 11:46:31 PM
and besides people that are playing in casinos are gamblers and not gamers,

Aside from that, it's easy for some to play casinos even coming from being a non-gambler. Therefore, just marketing the casino with usual casino games is enough to attract new users compared to a different style of gambling that will be included in the platform such as P2P.

We should also consider that kind of game is only for those who understand the game.

I doubt most gamblers know how to play that game where skill is the number 1 priority that they should have in order to win. No luck to rely on.
