961  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Proposed new law to jail Bitcoin holders, miners and sellers in India??? on: June 08, 2019, 06:30:40 PM
That's completely insane. However, it's just a proposal for now. It will still undergo a lot of trials and approval. If it happens, many Indian investors will surely do a panic selling. They will lose the opportunity to gain a good profit through investing. It will be a big loss for them.
962  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Updated: List of Major Bitcoin Heists, Thefts, Hacks, Scams, and Losses on: June 08, 2019, 11:10:32 AM
Too many crimes involving Bitcoins have happened in 5 years.

What more to be expected, there are a lot of people who rushed investing and jumped into crypto without basic and proper knowledge of it. Most people who got scammed are not aware of the risk. Some people who got their money stolen or hacked have no idea on how to secure their funds. As long as money is involved there will always be risk.
963  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Keiser: Bankers Can't Stop Bitcoin on: June 08, 2019, 11:05:03 AM
If you can't beat them, join them. Grin Well, some banks are starting to integrate or consider blockchain tech and cryptocurrency. They have no other choice or else they will be left out. Most people are switching from bank to crypto due to it's convenience and potential.
964  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indulging with cryptocurrencies could send you to jail in India on: June 08, 2019, 10:56:36 AM

This draconian harsh law that can severely penalized people who are into cryptocurrency is still in the proposal stage and the way I am seeing it is that this may have a less chance of making it. Putting cryptocurrency ownership almost equal to that of possessing and distributing illegal narcotics is to me so irrational and uncalled-for. I am wishing that this move can galvanize the cryptocurrency community in India so they can unite and present a one big voice against this very unnecessary move.

I think that Indian government is over reacting on implementing regulations and penalties to those who are engaging in cryptocurrency. They are scared of the risk of crypto being used in fraudelents acts, money laundering, funding terrorists and such, however they are over looking on a point that cryptocurrency can bring opportunities and convenience to those who use and utilize it. Let's hope this will not be implemented.
965  Economy / Economics / Re: 🤔 being on the right side of the trend.... on: June 08, 2019, 10:47:19 AM
We should always buy on red and sell on green, but sometime sell on green can be wrong because if the price grow more after we sell then we get some profit. But always we should see how the trend is but we can't know exactly when price drop.

The price of bitcoin is difficult to speculate, if you will be waiting for the highest potential price of coin at the moment there are chance you will miss an opportunity to sell at the best price. There is nothing wrong in selling when the price is going up, it is best to to sell at your target price than be greedy and wait for the price to go further.
966  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Adoption In Your Country on: June 08, 2019, 10:41:11 AM
In our country the government is neutral in regards to cryptocurrency. Thwy are just warning people of the the potential investment scam that are usong crypto as a front. We can freely trade, buy, sell, and use crypto without hassle. There are also merchants that accepts bitcoin as payment.
967  Economy / Economics / Re: What’s the SINGLE most valuable benefit for you in Bitcoin and why? on: June 08, 2019, 05:32:11 AM
There are actually a lot of benefits that you can enjoy whrn you are investing or using bitcoin. I like investing on it because of the opportunity to earn from it, crypto had brought and openned a lot of opportunities for people and changed the way how we do transactions. Not to mention the convenience of using it when using it to transfer money or to use it for daily transactions, lesser fees and less delays compared than using banks.
968  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin, Speculations and FOMO on: June 08, 2019, 04:05:44 AM
One wrong mistake that is resulting in their disappointment is expecting too much. Most of them are expecting too much from the market. We all know that the market is volatile and once it strikes high, there's a possibility that it could drop down anytime. $10K would be a good price but as we could see, there are always corrections that is occurring.
969  Economy / Economics / Re: Does it helpful when blockchain integrated to government system? on: June 07, 2019, 11:44:54 PM
That will be possible if leaders and politicians would agree to use and adopt cryptocurrency. If they will implement those things for the good of cryptocurrency and the users, there will be transparency and both the economy and blockchain will improve. If the leader is against cryptocurrency, there will be lots of conflicts.
We can’t know this one not until government shows some support to use blockchain technology. Transparency is the key that blockchain can assure to the government but since politics are politics, they might not want to become more transparent and they see blockchain as a threat to them. If they are against with it, then progress will be delayed.

This will be a huge problem for dirty politicians. I guess that is one of the reasons why government are aloof with blockchain tech and crypto since they see it as a threat not to mention it might eliminate the usage of banks where government has power over.
970  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: i been hacked ? on: June 07, 2019, 11:39:40 PM
so in short there is no way to recover stolen bitcoins and blockchain won't do nothing anyways right

There's no way for them to give back what was stolen, bitcoin transactions are irreversible, and no wallet offers insurance if ever your wallet is stolen from their site, since your password and safety of your account is in your hands.
971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: i been hacked ? on: June 07, 2019, 11:21:37 PM
It looks like you've been phished?

Are you sure that you enter the correct URL of Blockchain wallet?

Are you sure no one knows your account? Who created your account?

Because many scammers give a fake blockchain wallet with watch-only wallet and you have no control over this wallet. So let us know if who created your account and paste the URL here so that we can verify if you are using correct blockchain website.

Most likely, since he mentioned that all else is secured, he must have logged-in his credentials in some phishing site which gave the hacker a chance to get his log-in details. That is why I never leave my funds online, hardware wallets might be a little expensive, but it's your best security for your funds. It is most recommended especially if you are keeping a lot of crypto.

Plinko is indeed a very intensive game with 3D graphics. However, we do plan to reduce the load on games once we can assign more time to graphics efficiency.

I think this will help, too much animation makes the game laggy and gamblers doesn't like inconvenience when playing. Hoping to see more improvement on this site. Hope that you will have some promotions that people can join to.  Grin
973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: MonsterBit.io - Ethereum game - Best Design on: June 07, 2019, 10:48:48 PM
MonsterBit.io
A game on the blockchain ether where you can multiply monsters in order to bring out a rare fanxi monster.
Also arrange a three-for-three fight with other monsters for a bet on the ETH

This is interesting, does these monsters have stats since you can arrange a three Vs three fight and bet with ETH. I think you should work on your promotion and make some development on the game or your site it self since you mentioned you have 2500 registered players a year ago and a few active players now.
974  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice.com – The World's Best Fully Featured Casino. Play or Invest! on: June 07, 2019, 09:56:00 PM
I have checked your site and it was good. Your graphic design is simple yet it's attractive. It's user friendly but you only need some improvements because some games are lagging which users don't like.
975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scrabble: "Bitcoin" already included in it's 6th edition on: June 07, 2019, 03:49:52 PM

I don't know if we can consider this as getting closer to adoption, but we will take everything in stride.  Grin. Maybe next year we will see a lot of altcoins being added as well.  Smiley

The word bitcoin getting included in scrabble is essential I believe but considering many altcoins is sure I won't accept. But I just wonder if kids still really play this kind of board games nowadays because if they do, this is a good way to pass the information or exposed them to the world of blockchain and cryptocurrency.
Essential? Scrabble is more or less old news, the kids will think it's a physical version of the app words with Friends. This means nothing though, it's just merian saying Bitcoins added to the dictionary which they did a while ago.

Being noticed and this kind of small recognition is already a big thing for Bitcoin. It would be another form of publicity which will be helpful for users to understand Bitcoin not just as a single word. Also, Scrabble isn't just for kids but for adults as well. Even kids nowadays have the curiosity about new words and meanings followed by the question about its functions.
976  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i start a game here in the forum? on: June 07, 2019, 02:22:32 PM
You can make a game here in the forum but you have to be transparent. Be sure to post everything about the game including the mechanics and the prizes. You can make your own thread regarding the game you want but be sure to make a great plan to pursue it.
977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Breaking News! Third world nation bans BTC. 10 years in jail for holding crypto on: June 07, 2019, 01:07:28 PM
It's not confirmed yet because it's still undergoing a certian process but it will affect the market somehow. India has a huge number of users and it will be a big lost if they will ban cryptocurrency completely. Users will surely do a panic selling which may affect the prices as well.
978  Economy / Speculation / Re: How to know Feb 7 was the optimal buy point 2019. on: June 07, 2019, 11:10:48 AM
Great analysis and I'm amazed by how you analyzed and predict the future of the market that easy and advanced.
Let's say your analyzation could possibly happen but keep in mind that the market could go into another situation surprisingly and unexpectedly. Sometimes, it goes in a different path more than what we expect.
979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are Bitcoin ATM's reliable? on: June 07, 2019, 10:58:36 AM
Unexpected error and technical malfunction usually happen in ATM machines even in Bitcoin ATMs.
The mistake isn't considered as an error from Bitcoin but I think it's because of the ATM. As per users reviews, Bitcoin ATMs are reliable and functioning well so far.
980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scrabble: "Bitcoin" already included in it's 6th edition on: June 07, 2019, 10:33:05 AM
It will be an eye-opener for scrabble users who will get curious about the word Bitcoin. We all know that not everyone is aware of what Bitcoin is so it will be an informative way to reach out on them. Scrabble is a never getting old game so it's a great advantage for most users.
