981  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How does a perfect ICO Team looks like for you? on: September 07, 2019, 01:04:02 PM
To judge a team based on number isn't the right way, there are some that are few with huge advisors while there are some that are many with few advisors. Irrespective of which is which, the main thing that makes a team worthy of any project is the relevant experience they have acquired over the years. Also, in addition to experience is achievements, this matter a lot and shows if the team are really capable or not.
Furthermore, whether ICO or IEO as the case may be, it follows the same way with the only difference being that in ICO the team can fake their experiences etc while in IEO it is hardly so.
982  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why exchanges most interested to launch IEO? on: September 07, 2019, 06:26:45 AM
Most exchanges list any IEO without due diligence so far it will give me money while some take adequate steps to research every IEO so as to make sure they will have good returns while safeguarding their reputation; this is the reason why almost all IEOs on top exchanges are always a success.
Not to be frank, the major reason why exchanges are interested in IEOs is because of the profit they will make because no one enters into a business where there will be no profit.
983  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Will be much better on: September 07, 2019, 06:23:02 AM
I regard what's happening as purging, that is exposing those coins with less value while they die off. There is no good project that is afraid of the current market conditions because they know it's for the mean time while on the other hand, those coins with nothing to offer are at the receiving end because sooner than later they will be worthless. Yes, crypto will be better but in this case not for weak coins with no use case while those with good idea will strive.
984  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: be careful with projects that offer you great prizes, that is not a guarantee of on: September 06, 2019, 11:30:40 PM
You have said it all, I really don't think it's wise for a project team to say how much their token will worth in a certain amount of time as there are factors in this space which affects price; but rather if the project is as good as they say then it will prove itself by maintaining a certian price which is of course will be caused by what the project is offering. We really need to be careful though, because most people are always drawn by what they hear and thus leaving out research from their minds. There are many Ponzi around looking for newbies to deceive.
985  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung Launching a Galaxy Note 10 Crypto-Phone Edition: Sources on: September 06, 2019, 11:25:40 PM
Am so happy the crypto space is gaining massive attention with each passing day, with Samsung being on the forefront of this in the world of smart phones will keep them at a competitive advantage which in turn will make other smart phone giants to wake up. On the other hand, with Whole Network bringing theirs will also set into motion Cryptocurrency or blockchain smart phones. I think sooner than later we will start seeing massive incorporation of blockchain into existing systems or platforms because it is evident that blockchain offers something unique and has come to stay.
986  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Multiple Round ICOs? on: September 06, 2019, 11:19:19 PM
Although it's not rampant but I have come across one or two, according to them, the reason for the multiple round of ICOs is to enable them develop the appropriate product as time goes on. The first round will set them in motion while as time goes on they will have others which at each point is meant to help them fulfill a certain goal. I think there is no issue with this, but however one needs to be careful as it can also be used against the investors to exit scam.

989  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Right or wrong path? on: September 02, 2019, 07:10:09 AM
Am I on the right path? I'm here to invest in crypto but since I don't have money to invest I want to start hunting for bounties and airdrops and from there I can use the money to buy better popular coins and tokens ,any chance that these can be achievable ?
It will be achievable if you are participating in the good ones, there are many people already doing such. The first step is getting yourself in order, having the right mindset, taking time to study about the neccessary rules guiding bounty as well as having good research skills so you don't promote worthless projects. With these, I believe you will succeed.
990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many new traders are playing to lose on: September 02, 2019, 07:04:54 AM
Are you playing to lose or you are playing to win? a friend of mine lose all his bitcoin to trading and when he started complaining about i decide to take a look and i detected that he traded in a gambler's way.
He has 100$ and he traded just twice with 50$ which results in quick lose,im not an trading expert but most trading platforms always warn traders to limit their trading to the highest of 10$ which would have given him more chances to continue trading

Apart from not learning how trading works he is playing to lose,i think this is what many newbies are doing as well,if you are doing the same you will always end up losing your money,if you want to bet 50$ on a trade you must have thousands  of dollars on the trading platform not trading with 100$ and be praying for a miracle.

Trading is not something you can rush, expert traders out there spend days trading for profits and if a particular day is full of loss they quit trading for that day.
Lack of adequate trading knowledge leads to painful losses and that's what happened to your friend. Trading is only meant for those who have taken time to study everything about it and not those who gambles with it. An expert trader takes time to study a coin before trading and not jumping from one coin to another without good analysis. Advice your friend and direct him accordingly so he don't end up making same mistake in the future.
991  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think of tokens you promoted and invested down 90% on: September 02, 2019, 06:58:45 AM
I just received some of the tokens I've promoted in the bounty campaign, some of these coins reach their soft cap or able to generate funds in their ICO stages but I was disappointed seeing all these coins down 90% or no buy order at all when it hit the market.

And to think some of them included in their promotion that they will not let the price go down in their ICO price, do you think it's still worth investing in ICO if there is no uncertainty that you will a make a profit, or is it because Bitcoin dominance left no room for new coins to grow in the market?
You are right because only few still maintained a good price after listing. I think this issue of a project will finish ICO and dump somehow concerns the team and if they are really working as expected. The price of a coin can dump below ICO price, but going down to 90% shows something is wrong; so I think it's wise taking huge time to study each project before investing, if the team lacks the neccessary traits then it's a No No.
992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: taking decisions on: September 02, 2019, 06:53:30 AM
That's the truth, the act of taking decisions shows how nature someone can be, because if it goes wrong the person will certainly know how to play around it. Also, I think bringing it to the crypto space is good as well; as it will shape our mindset towards believing in ourselves, our research etc and not in so called experts whose advice we took and still end up on the wrong side.
993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to choose Kucoin ??? on: September 02, 2019, 06:49:04 AM
As Binance failed to prove it is safest exchange also there is less features compare to Kucoin . Kucoin gives revenue sharing for KCS token in exchange more over its also having IEO and other option compare to Binance Kucoin giving more option . What you guys think about binance alternative??
All centralized exchanges aren't secured, that's the truth and Binance hack proved it. Also, what happened to Binance didn't in any slowed down or killed the exchange as seen in others, that is to show how solid the exchange is. However, Kucoin is a good exchange too and I have been using it for long, although it isn't fast and user-friendly like Binance, it's features are still good. Also, in both Kucoin and Binance, I don't keep my funds with them.
994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to buy crypto? on: September 01, 2019, 09:51:42 PM
Hey! I want to know how to purchase crypto safe. I don't want hackers to steal my money, and I don't want exchanges to sell my personal data. And is it safe using non custodial exchanges like changelly and shapeshift. Please help!
I think exchanges are really the best way or place to buy any crypto as it is safer and more better. If you are bothered about your private data, then create a new email, register on exchanges such as Binance, set your 2fa to secure your account then get started but there will be 2btc withdrawal limitation. Another alternative although a bit risky is buying from escrow groups in your region, but in this case you have to be careful. On the other hand is buying from peer-to-peer platforms, although simple identification might be required.
995  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be too quick to judge ICOs on: September 01, 2019, 09:39:20 PM
Although not all ICOs are scams but majority are scams and which was the actual reason for IEO. Let's be practical, how many investors nowadays will be willing to participate in any ICOs? The answer is only few will, not after what they have passed through and you won't blame them also. In my own way, I will find it hard participating in any ICO and that's the truth.
We really need to take care of these scam issues so that this space can grow as required.
996  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The fuel for the next bull run on: September 01, 2019, 09:27:40 PM
Yes I agree, because I was a victim; that is I bought many shitcoins based on hype and I never recovered my money, but I learnt a lot though.
Nevertheless, almost everyone in this space is now wise and won't be victims of shitcoins again, that is to say the next anticipated bull run will solely be based on use case and what the project is bringing or solving already. So in all things, it is worthwhile to be careful and mindful of what we buy so as to partake in the next bull run.
997  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not ever complain, You must believe in every action you decide. on: September 01, 2019, 09:15:28 PM
You are right though, but however the reason most people complain is owing to the fact they listen to so called experts or they bought based on signals and it turned out the other way round. So as a result they always complain, but if they buy on their own, the rate of complaints won't be that much.
Also owing to the volatility of this space, I think we should be careful of who we listen to and the type of coins we buy.
998  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Next year will determine the fate of altcoins on: August 30, 2019, 08:20:41 PM
I don't know about you but as for me i came into this crypto space in 2017 and i started investing in crypto in 2018,really ive not been around for so long and quiting now is just a stupid idea to me,to make thousands of dollars in crypto appear to be outlandish now but i still believe that nothing is impossible in this world, market is in an exceptionally awful shape and bounty projects are just doing anyhow they see fit but yet i won't give up this easily, next year 2020 will decide which path i will take whether to quit or not since next halving is on 2020 so whether altcoin will see better resurrection or not we shall see,for now i dont mind promoting bounties and trading to stay alive

That's true, it really doesn't make sense to quit after coming this far. However, I do not think altcoins will die off as there are many altcoins that are valuable rather I believe a time will come when most investors will only go for the genuine projects thus purging the market off shitcoins. On the other hand, with 2020 fast approaching I think it will be a good year for the entire market but only for coins that have something tangible to offer; we just have to wait and see how it plays out as we might be experiencing a new type of crypto market.
999  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No matter what i'm sticking with Altcoins on: August 30, 2019, 08:13:00 PM
You said it all and it's really the truth. The problem is that most people are yet to understand the right way to invest or get associated with altcoins. Most buy coins because of hype or because someone told them to without taking time to study the coin to know if it's worth it or not.
Another point you made was weak people letting go, that's the truth, they did so last year and came back this year again; they will keep doing so.
As for me, I have taken my decision already, I will stick with altcoins but only those with a high chance of success.
