981  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 22, 2022, 11:42:30 PM

Others are too worried about Boston Celtics' losing streak not realizing that this season, you can't expect dominating teams to always have that consistent win. Seems inappropriate to me to think that there's a problem with their system. That's not making sense.

What if the Celtics will snap their losing streak next game? Others will say now that the system is now working fine lol.

The real battle is in the playoffs where everyone will have a 0-0 record at the start. The season is still in the early phase. Let's just observe.
982  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cock fight game on: December 22, 2022, 11:38:20 PM
Yeah, we get feed from these animals but that is something natural. Also, these animals are killed in a proper way and not tortured. In cock fight, the animals get injured, the blood is shed and they die in a manner that is too painful.

Hey, calling that a natural way why chickens should die because of human consumption will trigger the vegetarians haha.

Might be different views but since cockfighting is a big gambling industry, it won't really stop.

Aside from that, if that operation is legal and all procedures are strictly being followed, we just have to live with that or ignore it. Cockfighting operations also provide several jobs for some people. Again, if anyone sees that as unpleasant, simply ignored it.
983  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 22, 2022, 11:32:27 PM

As I previously stated, I will only bet on the Bay Area Dragons if they faced other teams instead, except for Ginebra.

It seems we will have a hard time on local betting as everyone is Ginebra. Cheesy

If anyone wants, just to have local betting here, I will place a bet on the Dragons but give me a +1 handicap on the series haha. It's because I'm really at Ginebra to win the series and already place a bet for Ginebra here in our place.

Moving to the finals matchup and betting, money is getting bigger, do we need someone to escrow or just the usual P2P where we trust each other to pay the winner if we lose?

Same as usual will do. But for not a regular poster here, you can escrow their bet. Smiley
984  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: December 22, 2022, 05:13:32 AM
I thought that the acquisition of Christian Wood will make the Mavericks better than last season, but I guess I was wrong.

We can't say that's a wrong impression already. We are only at around 1/4 of the whole season and there is still more time to see if some good changes will happen on the way, not just for Christian Wood but for the whole Mavericks. The real battle is on the playoffs if only they will able to make it.

Maybe the Mavericks should consider putting Wood as a starter for a change. This season, he only played as a starter for 3 games out of 28 games. Although his average playing time is somehow decent, there might be a good rhythm right away if Wood will able to flex his performance at the very start of the game.
985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 22, 2022, 05:02:32 AM
That was an intense game, if CJ's 3 point shot went in, things could be different and we might see a game 5 for this series.

Prior to CJ Perez's attempt to snatch a win, there are lots of open shots on SMB that they didn't manage to went in especially those missed free throws of their import Scott although overall he has a great performance in that game. Also, that wide-open 3-point shot attempt by Marcio Lassiter courtesy of Fajardo's rebound also missed.

The whole 4th quarter is intense and both teams are changing leads. But damn Dragons they are really dangerous in a 3-point area that even contested and defended well, they can still shoot the ball. Kobe Lam is insane and has shot shooting in the rainbow area.

I'm open for local betting in the Finals and will side with Ginebra. But is there anyone who will bet for Dragons here?

If only other teams except Ginebra will face the Dragons, I will pick Dragons instead. Cheesy
986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino bonus is it worth it? on: December 22, 2022, 04:52:56 AM
Does completing bonus is still possible and profitable or it's just like chasing the wind?

It's profitable obviously "if you were able to meet the eligibility and requirements".

Now depends on how aggressive you are to achieve that bonus.

But for me, I'm not that enthusiastic about trying to achieve that bonus in most cases since that requires serious effort and dedication plus the fact that there are lots of players who are also trying to get in especially if the bonus is about leaderboards.

Dallas Mavericks, for instance, I don't think they won't be able to play in the playoffs.

We can have a better preview of what teams might enter the playoffs once the All-Star break commences. It's roughly about over a month and a half to go and team standings might show big changes, especially in the Western Conference where the competition is really tough.

Referring to the Dallas Mavericks specifically, there are games where I am really upset about their performance but still, I believed they will able to enter the playoffs. Although I'm expecting them to compete in a play-in tournament.
989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: December 20, 2022, 11:48:29 PM
Get that money ready now, odds are already available.

Odds are now slightly adjusted at this moment, especially on the Manila Clasico:

From @1.77, Magnolia is now @1.85 to win the game.
From @1.94, Brgy. Ginebra is now @1.86 to win the game.

This just shows us how bookies think that this game will be close.

Anyways, already place a parlay on Ginebra and Dragons Moneyline.

Good luck bettors!
990  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High Profit Projects Are Prone To Scam on: December 20, 2022, 11:41:41 PM

Every project that promises a huge profit in return should be automatically blacklisted to you.

What should they show to attract some possible investors are those key fundamentals of that coin and why should we trust their projects.

For me, I always ignored new projects where what they talked about is the possible huge return in the future.
991  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does a trading strategy becomes obsolete? on: December 20, 2022, 11:35:42 PM

The market is unpredictable, therefore what indicators really indicates is obviously not 100% accurate will happened. Even if we know how to determine if it is overbought or oversold, do you think the majority will do the necessary actions to take advantage of that market scenario?

Our winning actions depend on our own approach to a given market situation.

It's useless that we know how to analyze something but in return no actions on our part.
992  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are no cool games on: December 20, 2022, 11:13:39 PM
The technology today is bad only dice, roullete and the normal games like slots.

Its not competitive. Why not open games players vs players.

Maybe the massive demand is not there. Playing the usual casino games and slots is more accessible even to newbies and they can play it right away. PVP games are associated with skills and only those who know games like Tekken and similar games will risk money on that competition.

Since that was a skilled-game, there might be professionals that will join the game, and chances to face them are always possible in a certain room. That's not a friendly-game for newbies that's why it might not attract many users but only gamers.

Again, if you want that kind of competition, you can organize an event maybe on your locals or here in the Gambling section.
993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is The Gambling Industry Part Of The Domino Effect That Happens In The Market on: December 19, 2022, 11:59:30 PM
I agree on the latter part of what you've said, the competition is there and that makes the industry healthier because gamblers will look for some place where they're valued and that's going to make all involve in the competiton to give the best that they can.

Isn't it the usual approach on how to keep standing amid the tough competition out there with gambling sites?

That's important since right now we are quite in the worst situation in the market, users will really stick to just gambling with those casinos that have proven to withstand any market conditions and remain fully operational without a problem amid the current situation.

If those gambling sites will keep that momentum even in the middle of any financial crisis-related issues, they are good to go.
994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Solution to Address the Problem of Gambling in Australia. on: December 19, 2022, 11:59:12 PM
Exactly, these kinds of news are just for show to make casino look good to the public and as if they care with their gamblers on how they use their money on gambling institutions. Come on, a lot of people are using credit card nowadays and some of them are even using credit card for payments to almost anything that they need and want, and I don't think that gambling will be an exemption. Assuming they'll ban the use of credit card on their platform, people will still be able to gamble by using their credit card to convert it something else that can use to gamble.

On a positive note, at least the direct use of credit cards for gambling will be prohibited and that's a good action.

On the other way taking advantage of those cards in gambling is something a different case now and might be out of hand.

Either way, it's good that there are really initiatives to address the gambling problem in the region instead of doing none.
995  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slow down if you want to recover your losses on: December 19, 2022, 11:56:26 PM
We will slow down or take a break for us to give our minds to relax to become ready again for our next gambling session. We will not slow down for a purpose of recovering our losses as that does not make sense to do. Instead of recovering our losses, our journey might end up worst.

Taking a break is necessary after a bitter loss t calm down our mind.

But remember when we return again to gambling, don't have a goal of recovering our losses.
996  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are we ever going to see this on gambling platforms some day. on: December 19, 2022, 11:54:36 PM
With this topic I've realised that many people who play gambling engaging in gambling because of I want to double the amount all their needs in their household, why from my own way of understanding gambling I think that it is meant for A leisure hour especially people who is the working class and the adult after work they use prediction for indoor plays and they're thinking but at this time we misuse the functions of gambling

It's not about misusing the functions of gambling as not all people have the same preferences.

There are people who treat gambling as leisure while others treat it as a professional career.

It's just that some people are not fortunate or lucky doing gambling while others become a success so they proceed.
997  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why every casino got bad habits? on: December 19, 2022, 11:52:29 PM
no matter how good a casino might be, there would still be people that wouldn't be ok with it and might also have one or two negative remark to give but the most important thing to is the right thing and I believe this negative feedbacks can be reduced if there is actually an active customer service te.to answer to the needs of its users.

What's the problem with that? As long as that casino will able to address the negative remark, then it's fine.

With the way they will solve that issue, that will even be a good basis for users whether they will continue playing on the site or not.

Just let those complaints raised and see if that site can able to handle them properly.
998  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: December 19, 2022, 11:49:14 PM
If he donated it all or not then its none of our business. Its true that people do always have to say for whatever things that he would do because people are really that dubious when it comes to this manner.

You are truly not getting the point here about why people are concerned about that. If let's say there's no donation or whatever happened, it's clear that they just fool people on this exhibition match where they can just say that it's just a pure match with no giving a hand involved.

On the other hand, though, I can't apply that argument when it comes to Manny Pacquiao as even without a fight or not, he always helps poor people.

But more importantly, this discussion is getting out of nowhere and time now to lock this thread.
999  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is The Gambling Industry Part Of The Domino Effect That Happens In The Market on: December 18, 2022, 11:59:41 PM
Domino effect is really there but not shocking
that lots had been able to recover after such decline which this do matter the most.

I can even say that the domino effect isn't really noticeable or reached the gambling industry.

Lots of money is circulating in this industry making it as one of the considered healthy and big industries in the world regardless of the economic situation.

Most gamblers want an easy way to make profits and gambling is the only thing they see that will make it possible. People will continue to gamble no matter what that even those who are not interested in gambling before are now entering the scene.
1000  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are we ever going to see this on gambling platforms some day. on: December 18, 2022, 11:59:24 PM
OP follows my advice, try to setup a thread here dedicated to that and try to check if others will be interested.

Since you won't see it likely in a gambling platform, you can try the experienced here by challenging other users.

I just don't know if there are lots of interest in that kind of game here in the forum.
