My altcoin portfolio was +83% on the 9th June but is now +51% just 9 days later.
I am buying some dips but mainly just holding during these times and hoping we recover in the coming weeks.
When will this crash stop? and how is everyone feeling?
I have it in my mind we still have a few more months till alt season so I am just holding on for now.
In my opinion, the increase and decrease in prices that occur is a normal condition that occurs in the exchange market. because cryptocurrencies have quite high fluctuations so that rising and falling asset values are very normal for traders who have a good mentality. and never panic when faced with conditions that occur in the market. because mentality is very necessary for every crypto trader. |

There is no airdrop that will make you rich and that is absolutely impossible, especially just by doing it tap by tap. I have been hearing about gaming and play-to-earn, but I have always been skeptical about it until I saw the tap to earn games on telegram like NOT that has been trending ever since its launch and listing. It's 2024 and since late 2023 it has mainly been shitcoins and dumb ass memes that people and degens have been capitalizing on for massive profit and thus this memecoins have huge communities and I believe it's this memes that are soaring the popularity of the SOL chain. I think some people might consider this deviation from what they want crypto to be which is a decentralization of many products which take power away from a centralized community and to the owners of these creations
I came across a project today that reminded me of the decentralization dream, Love Power Movement or LPM(funny name I know lol), It's one of those web3 artists and NFT marketplace where artists get t monetize their art and all but what's peculiar about this project is it had no presale or funding and it's purely pushed by the community. It's a really interesting one, I think the token lists on a few exchanges sometime this week

Market conditions are currently in an upward trend so it is difficult to say if altcoin prices will become cheap again in the near future. However, in my opinion, altcoins will become cheap again because every market has certain phases, namely ups and downs. and you need research if you want to buy altcoins whose prices have increased. |

Literally if bitcoin rises altcoins follow suit but this is the only reason i see that makes potential investors to invest in Bitcoin. There is no other interest as they feel its unsafe to store value or wealth, cant be used for p2p transactions and it cant be trusted to hodl for long. All types of trading have risks, but the risks have their own levels. we can only look for the lowest risk for the trades we make. So in my opinion, the large number of memecoins being released will not influence me to continue looking for altcoins that have the potential to increase and have low risk. because not only memecoins are being released but many altcoins will be released so market competition will be even tighter. |

This is my first job in joining cryptocurrency specifically the bounty programs. As suggested by my friends that joining bounty program will let me earn reward tokens. However, seeing also an airdrop in the bounties altcoin section made me think of its worth of joining in airdrop. I came to a thread for airdrop and it seems that they are only requiring you to do simple task and you were able to get the tokens that they promised. Now i have the interest on them but i still have some doubts about it if is worthy to join airdrop. Do you have any idea guys or experience about its worth on joining airdrop?
It's been a long time since I joined any airdrop at this point. Even though the task given is very simple and doesn't take a long time, many of the airdrops I participate in just become a pile of trash in my wallet. so I stopped following him. However, there are airdrops that give big prizes but are very rare to find. So you have to be smart in choosing airdrops so that they don't become trash in your wallet. |

I don't know if you guys noticed, but I can feel this is memecoin season already. X (formerly Twitter) is filled with tons of memecoins. I know what you are thinking, like how am I supposed to research which one is good or bad so I could invest?
This is where the research comes in. If you do research and put in the effort, you can basically find a gem that's worth investing in.
Let me give you an example of how you can find one, especially dog-themed memecoins. Check Twitter or DexScanner, and if you see a coin that's making green or the numbers are attracting you, you will want to research and find out about that token on X to see if it's connected to any links or even mentioned by Dogecoin team members. Coincidentally, today I saw a memecoin called JungleDoge in the top 60 on DexScanner as it was trending as well, and it was also mentioned by Jordan Jefferson on X, and he even follows the project's team X account. So you can already tell I have found at least one good memecoin.
Also note that, this strategy will not work all the time; crypto is unpredictable. It teaches us to be patient with anything we touch. So if you guys have any experience investing in memecoins, share it here.

Yes, there are currently too many potential altcoins and some of them have been on the rise in the recent past. but if I suggest maybe you can look directly at coinmarketcap and you can do your own analysis of several altcoins that are in the top 50 and above. I'm sure you will find the best without having to accept advice from other people. because you can do research and make decisions about the investment you want to make. |
