1361  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What else after this massive dip ? on: February 07, 2018, 02:13:22 AM
That a country ban cryptocurrency shouldn't be your reason to decide if you will be investing in bitcoin or not. And most times I tends to think that China banning cryptos and bitcoin dipping tends to be a coincidence, so its not as if China is our core uphold to bitcoin. If you know the Importance and worth of your coin, you should know that you should be HODLing, not for your immediate gain, but for the future.
1362  Economy / Speculation / Re: US Stock Crash and its effects on crypto assets on: February 06, 2018, 06:39:14 PM
IMO, I think this incident might cause an increase in cryptocurrency investment but yet, we can't be fully certain. Some investors who knew about Cryptos might put their money in it even admits this dip but some might not want to, because of the fear of losing their fund as a result of what they encounter with stock. And as bitcoin, every stock investors should claim down as phase this will be over soon.
1363  Other / Off-topic / Re: Merit System Upgrade on: February 06, 2018, 02:51:31 PM
I stumbled on this thread and I most say; Nice and interesting consent OP, thanks for doing this. Well, I read your post and I can't be so sure if I may fit in cause i tends to read and reply on posts which interests me and add to my knowledge. I knew about bitcoin before I joined this forum and I must confess that this forum has really contributed to my knowledge about bitcoin, though, I am still lacking on the technical aspect  Grin .And I won't say, that I don't reply or posts on altcoin posts, I sometimes do.
kindly go through my posts to judge me; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1037962;sa=showPosts

And another thing; even if I don't meet your requirements, can you please give me the questions even without the merits? I want to add to my knowledge about what I know to help me in contributing in anyway I can. Thanks  Smiley
1364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Unfortunately people will learn the hard way that Bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme on: February 06, 2018, 12:52:20 PM
No one will read a post with this size created by a newbie with that title, sorry  Tongue

You know, Its not even about him been a newbie and creating a post with that title, because most newbies create post with catchy post title, yet their post makes sense. This guy don't even seems to have enough evidence to back up his claims. And don't be surprised if he is a banker because that is what some of them do; to whine about bitcoin been a scam and so. OP, if you feel bitcoin is a Ponzi scheme, let those who feel its not to invest in it, one one is been forced to invest in it.
1365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does crypto market decline affect your gambling? on: February 06, 2018, 11:06:07 AM
Sort of. As a gambler who also knows the worth of  every of his Satochi, with this dip price of bitcoin, I am somehow skeptical of playing with double of the satochi I used to play with before. Knowing fully well that the amount of that satochi is higher when the price pumps back. But I keep on playing though, cause if you love and know your Game, a few coin might earn you a double of it. Moreover, this dip might not last forever.
1366  Economy / Speculation / Re: I bought at 19k, now what? on: February 06, 2018, 05:55:20 AM
Excuse Me OP, you said you did what?! On credit? I'm sorry OP, but that is a very ridiculous decision to make. In as much as Bitcoin is a good investment and a very potential future coin, one should NEVER borrow to invest in it. Well, I can only advise you to HODL your coins till we are out of the dip. But I wonder how you will pay for you loans because bitcoin may not be mooning in a month or two but it may be in many months to come.
1367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you invested to certain altcoins and lost all your money? Read everything! on: February 05, 2018, 11:47:03 PM
Exactly, I concur. There is always a high tendency of losing all your money when investing in ICO, this is why most bitcoin enthusiasts prefer sticking only to bitcoin and not having any thing to do with ICOs except some listed altcoins in cap market sites or in some exchange like Bittrex and co. But as we know crypto investment is all about taking risk. Do your research and don't put in money you dont want to loss.

1369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mindset over Winnings on: February 04, 2018, 07:01:23 PM
At my early stage of gambling when I  started gambling newly, I had this dilemma and I find it hard to control when I play and if I should continue playing; even though I might have losed. I usually played till I used up all my fund and extra fund. Then I felt I was addicted but luckily I reformed myself and caution myself. I try to play but always limit myself. If l lose, I dont see for extra fund and if I win, I don't become greedy and play more.
1370  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Regulating body for cryptomarket on: February 04, 2018, 03:59:08 PM
There is no body regulations that does that except the investment worth of a coin, it potential, the purpose or problem it is going to or trying to solve and most especially the major manipulation from major investors. Though, this might be quite surprising because bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency is been referred to as a decentralized digital currency.
1371  Economy / Economics / Re: If the world uses a single currency on: February 04, 2018, 09:52:40 AM
This thread should be in the economy section though. But an answer to your question; if the world adopts a single currency, it may be good to some extent. Because it will stop the currency supermacy among countries. Moreover, using a single world currency do not turn an undeveloped country to  developed one, that is the work of their government. Aside that, It won't be possible because aside from national flags or anthem, currency is also another symbol for identifying countries.
1372  Economy / Speculation / Re: this is the drop i have been waiting for on: February 04, 2018, 07:13:46 AM
I don't think we will see $4,000 very soon. This time bitcoin is starting to recover so we will see $10,000 soon. It will be the end of the weekend as a belief people are cashing out every weekend and start investing again on weekdays. I have no idea if there's a connection on this but I have read it somewhere here in forum. It is $20k-->$7700-->$9k-->moon.
I do like say the same, that we will be mooning after this dip but the bitter truth is that, I think there will be more dip coming our way, all we have to do is to be ready and be steadfast. And stock up our wallet as usual for the big hits whenever it comes. But know that we won't be as the long dip that happened in 2013, it will be a short one that we will recover immediately.
1373  Economy / Speculation / Re: This time its different on: February 03, 2018, 11:58:11 PM
No it is not different, bitcoin has a better and bigger potential in the future. It might surprise you but there are still people out there whom don't know about bitcoin or it capabilities. Probably this are the people that will make an influence in years to come. Moreover, I do believe that even without new investors, bitcoin can still reach another level.
1374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 3 Interesting AI ICO's to read up on on: February 03, 2018, 11:13:13 PM
Of the three of them, I can only agree more on only Daneel.io, I can't really says much things on the other two, so my judgment on them is just neural. But don't it ever occur to you that as cryptocurrency dips, it is not a time to run from it but it is the perfect time to buy your favorite coins and not running to ICO because you are still not sure of their fate after the sale of their token.
1375  Economy / Economics / Re: Ιs the market of cryptocurrencies inevitably going down? on: February 03, 2018, 07:36:32 PM
This is the time to show or know if you are truly a bitcoin brave warrior. I don't get this constant freaking out, if you can't continue to HODL, just sell off your coins and have a rest to prevent yourself from impending heart attack. Whatever that is happening now is just normal, if you have an extra cash, buy more and keep. All, I know is that in months to come, we will be seeing a high price as usual or even higher.
1376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What stage of adoption is Crypto currently at? on: February 03, 2018, 02:40:33 PM
I can only say that we are in the middle; we are either at the early stage and we are not also at the ending stage. Since the evolution of bitcoin, we should have been in the ending stage with a stable price but unfortunately, the market manipulation by some whale investors and the banning of bitcoin in some countries is what might have pulled us back but not to worry, we will get there.
1377  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: No more problems with BAN (USA, Korea, etc) - I solved everything on: February 03, 2018, 11:11:17 AM
If you must know, there are good ICOs that does not require KYC which people from ICO banned countries can participate in. And If truly you are genuine then move this thread to the 'Service section' probably someone might patronize you. Also link your post to your previous works, and social media profiles because nobody will ever trust you enough to give you their BTC or Ethereum just for you to help them trade or buy ICO.
1378  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Playing alone in a land based casino or Not? on: February 03, 2018, 05:56:11 AM
I still keep saying it; nothing beats playing in an online casino. Its just makes your feel free without any restrictions apart from the game rules. Even if I am to play or playing in an offline casino, I wouldn't want to bring any family members, relative or friends along with me. I like to be a one man team and I don't like distraction especially when I am seriously trying to win a game.
1379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: JPMorgan and BofA ban cryptocurrency transactions for their credit cards on: February 02, 2018, 10:06:48 PM
Well, what a sad news. I guess there are a lot of organization whom don't support Bticoin, I'm not surprise to see that the bankers are part of it. So what reason did they give particularly for banning it? I guess this will be an obstacles to those whom might have interest in purchasing bitcoin, especially now the price is low. At least there is still bank transfers, it is even safer that credit cards.
1380  Economy / Speculation / Re: Did we just bottom out? on: February 02, 2018, 07:10:12 PM
This is the time to brace yourself, for we will or might be seeing another big dip or price crash in weeks to come. Please let's not panic but buy and hold on to our coin. Just know that whatever price we are having now are just a normal phase and it will come to pass. I see alot of people selling off their coins and I typically feel sorry for them. This cryptocurrency investment is really not for everyone.
