Indeed child custody is decided by national laws, after court proceedings, nothing like that takes place in Norway, where children are taken away by state after mere psychologist statement and lended to well payed foster parents after as little as one month, thus negating your statemenet about any significance of biological family in the first place. In the case of Michalak family, Barnevernet took the children away after alleged sexual abuse, that was negated as false by both local police and norwegian court. Both boys were parted into different families (why?). Czech state was not notified by Norway at any point, that its citizens were kept in Norway. I´d say too high, entire movement since january seems now like H/S pattern, which would point to lower lows 90-130. However 180 is safe bet unless you go in leveraged, bitcoin should recover fairly quickly after crashing to bottom. |
