They do ship silver, just not 100% of the time.

Pirate paid out too, just not 100% of the time.

Than coinabul should have a scammer tag.  You can't ship some some or most of your orders... gotta ship every single one.
3702  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - Coinabul owe me 81btc on: May 05, 2013, 05:56:34 AM
Update:  it took exactly 1 month to receive my order...

Pirate and Nefario paid back some people as well.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean...
3703  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Block Erupter USB on: May 05, 2013, 05:29:46 AM
Reserved for extension of contents.

The USB stick miner is going to bring BitCoin to the masses, beyond the geeks and hardcore or occasional miners.  This will make it mainstream.

Make this THE toy to buy for Christmas!!!

Congrats on making history!

Update:  it took exactly 1 month to receive my order...
So, they do ship what you order but absolutely lack on customer service and keeping you in the loop...
They should add more statuses, things like your coins have been ordered by us, we expect to receive our order on such and such date... then begin stating your coin is here, we are packaging, then we ship etc.. etc...
if they could communicate more steps along the way and tell us where our order is with respect to the expected life cycle of the order, coinabul would skyrocket with satisfied customers... but in my opinion, they aren't run by folks who give a shit about customer service...

3709  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Downgraded my shipping?! on: May 03, 2013, 04:51:11 PM
Is standard shipping on my order status = priority mail (in US) ?
3710  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs just sent me an update e-mail! on: May 02, 2013, 06:50:20 PM
It's not extrapolation, just simple facts and some math.
A 5GH/s Jala is ~30 watts (measured with a Kill-A-Watt).
The box contains 2x25GH/s little singles (obviously).
So 50GH/s = 300 watts
you're assuming that there's a linear extrapolation here... interesting...
3711  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: BFL Downgraded my shipping?! on: May 02, 2013, 06:48:58 PM
Who needs facts when you have the FTC

If you have proof. post it.  Otherwise, I would not be saying things like this...  Libel and defamation of character is not a good thing to engage in... it can cost you $$$
btw, i'm not a lawyer and this is not legal advise.

this "upgrade to express shipping" Is a toatal fucking cash grab! I already payed for my unit, Express, ALONG TIME AGO, My unit should already be in my hands, Not BFL saying "durr your not on express, give me another $115" for express, BTW, "This wont change anything other than your postal service's speeds, We wont do anything differant"

It seems like they are trying to con everyone out of THIER shipping expenses, I think they underestimated just how much shipping all those units was going to cost them!
I already payed for express, just like many others did, BFL has no right to charge us more money just because they messed up.
AGAIN

Gotta pay for those fancy boxes that are irregular shape (as opposed to using the priority flat rate boxes) and cost more to ship than originally thought.  The shape and size of the miners has changed too, so shipping costs WILL change for BFL... they're just giving you the opportunity to pay for their screw-up /sarc
3714  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs just sent me an update e-mail! on: May 02, 2013, 04:43:46 AM
Exactly what new specifications are people being asked to agree to?  The product page for the new 50 GH unit gives fuck all in the way of specs.  Is it even legal to sell an electrical product in the US without specifying power consumption?

This talk of UL/FCC is nonsense... why do you think people use external power supplies???  Because they don't want to deal with UL.
3715  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs just sent me an update e-mail! on: May 01, 2013, 09:53:01 PM
I wonder if this is the result of them recently being contacted by a firm specializing in class action suits...
3716  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Butterfly Labs just sent me an update e-mail! on: May 01, 2013, 09:48:17 PM
Account server is overloaded at the moment.  I would wait awhile before trying again... you have plenty of time, it's not like your orders will be canceled today or anything.

What's the proper way to confirm?  may I ask why I need to confirm in the first place?  I've placed the order and have not asked to cancel/refund etc... so what is the purpose of confirming? Thanks!!!

I missed the Malta by a whisker Sad Did anyone snag one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202036

I think I was able to pre-ordered one today here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CJ4KALE/

not sure if it's identical...  The pre-order option disappeared quickly though and now you can't order on amazon anymore... hopefully they will ship it quickly.

Snagged one for mining LTCs. I love these cards!

Thank you for shopping at Newegg.com!

We're delighted we had what you were looking for!

Your order should be processed and ready to be shipped within 1-2 business days. In some cases, we will also contact your bank for further verification. To prevent delays, please ensure that your billing address and phone number match with the information your card issuer has on file; Newegg takes these measures to protect our customers from debit/credit card fraud and identity theft. * Below is your order confirmation. Please keep a copy for your records.

2 reasons come to mind:

1. not in a hurry.
2. if you are getting it delivered to a commercial address in a large metropolitan area/city in the US, it will take UPS 2 days to get it to you even if you choose the 4-7 saver...

and there's probably a few more.

jealous much?

No need to be jealous of stupidity, Why would I choose 1x7990 over 4x7950 for mining? or even gaming since trifire fixes a lot of the micro stuttering issues. If I decide to buy more 79xx cards over the 16x7950s I already got, it definitely wont be 7990s, they just makes no sense what so ever, if they were to cost less than 2x of a 7970 like the 5970 did vs the 5870 at one point then we can start talking.

The only card in the high end segment that makes sense is the GTX Titan, it fills a function as the actual fastest single card. Both the gtx 690 and hd7990 are just for fools as long as they cost more than 2x of what a single card costs.

You've already made an ass out of yourself by making assumptions.  Are you 13 yrs old or something (mentally and/or physically)?  This thread is about the card being in stock.  where does it promote it for mining?  Oh, that's right, you had to spew your opinion about that...

Nobody gives a shit about what YOU would choose (or not) for mining.  that's your business.  bringing in a label of "stupidity" is an unnecessary self-critique tool for you to express on these forums, but perhaps it helps you operate in your daily life.
