- Good news, thank you, fried.

It seems that my table of ASIC Competitors should be updated as following:

<snip>

The only rest wish is to reduce MOV (Minimum Order Volume) from 50 USB sticks to 25 ones. It'll allow your products to find a faster way to your customers.

Good news friedcat. Can't wait for new blade pricing! Way to help the little guy get started in mining while benefiting AsicMiner shareholders! Table listed above shows some miners that are not readily available like AM hardware Cheesy
Can't wait to see the blade pricing too!!!  Grin

While me and burnin are living in Germany, how much will shipping cost?
no more than 1 btc for 1st pound of weight via FedEx express... this is rough... it may be lowered by as much as .2 btc (based on todays exchange rate ofcourse) when I actually ship.  shipping costs will simply be a pass through...

I'll be sending you payment for 2 ASAP, so if you could reserve me those two spots for a couple hours I would appreciate it. I'm also located in Chicago so if you need help with shipping or anything when they come in I'd be glad to help out!
you got it

group 7 is up: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=241414.0

not doing paypal.  you can purchase btc in the open market. my group buy posts have some suggestions for that.

Reserved.

I have changed my group buys to be JIT (Just In Time) delivery.

I have already pre-ordered a sizeable number of these puppies with friedcat as soon as he made the announcement today.

From this point on, I will be placing an order with friedcat every 1-2 days initially (possibly increasing to 2-3 days according to demand) and will not be placing end-timers or closing this group buy.  It will close when there is no more inventory from friedcat or if demand dissapears.

Shipping is first in first out.  So the batch I had ordered personally will begin to ship to satisfy your placed orders in the order of payment received.

What does it all mean?  it means that you will receive your order even sooner than before.   Grin

I will have ongoing order placement with friedcat and constant shipping.  But please understand that this whole JIT delivery begins with me receiving that first batch I ordered with friedcat today.  Let's see how this approach to managing inventory works...

P.S. Please do not attempt to bribe me to skip the line and ship your order ahead of others in front of you. I will ask you to read this post #2 and if you continue, I will cancel your order and refund you.

I can't stress enough how important it is for me to receive a clean, verifiable signed message!! please read the note regarding how to sign a message on OP and follow the example precisely!!!  thanks!

Status updates:
2013-06-23: group buy #7 setup
2013-06-23: if you order 30+, I will ship via USPS Express service. (USA offer only)
2013-06-23: add .35 for next day FedEx shipping within USA to any order. (updated 6/29/13)
2013-06-23: don't have enough funds to order?  Consider using www.bitinstant.com  to fund via money gram deposit directly to your (NOT mine!!!) bitcoin address.  bitcoins are sent to you as soon as that cash is deposited at your local wallmart, cvs, jewel etc...
2013-06-23: HOW TO SIGN A MESSAGE TO ME (YOUR SHIPPING INFO): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=195647.msg2291965#msg2291965
Please NOTE: the above example is NOT the same as sending a signed message with your transaction.
If you are new to this (aka noob), please read this so that you understand what to do.  This is the single most problematic step in the ordering process.
                  Here's how to sign a message with a blockchain.info wallet: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=180068.0
2013-06-23: This group is now open to international orders.  It is limited to those countries where FedEx can deliver.  I charge an additional 1 btc for the first pound of weight to ship
internationally.  the minimum weight I can specify with FedEx is 1 pound.  It takes a hell of alot of these units to weigh 1 pound.  I reserve the right to switch carriers if I
can not use FedEx to your location.  for international only: please include your phone number that will go on the fedex shipping label
2013-06-24: payment sent to friedcat for over 400+ miners!  let's keep those orders going!
Timer removed. End time: 2013-06-27+11:59:59

Pricing:
The minimum order size for the group buy is 50 units.

The cost of shipping up to 10 USBs is .09 bitcoins.  Shipping cost in this batch is different than other batches.

Insurance cost is $2.40 for $1000 of declared value.  This adds .0218 btc.

Handling and processing is .15 btc for up to 10 USBs

So this is about (10*.99)+.09+.0218+.15 = 10.1618 BTC per 10 USB devices. which is BTC1.01618 per USB device when you buy 10.

Note: If you want to pickup your order in person, you may do so by appointment, after I finish shipping first, your cost is 1.0 btc per USB device under this option.

Ordering:

If you still want to buy and are fine with the above pricing model, then you will have to participate by paying for your order upfront.

There is one common payment address: 1JzCPZvUsnTTcedDfCyz1SV52Lc1aLSRhm

To buy:

pick the number of ASICMiner Block Erupter USBs to order: N where N is between 1 and 10 only
send the total amount (C = (N * 0.99)+ 0.2618) to the given address
post your order in the following format: <forum nick>; <N>; <C>; <sending address>
ensure the sending address is under your control, so you can sign with it in case of disputes

You can order in multiples of up to 10. Meaning: if you want to order say 11, you would place two orders: one for 10 units and another order for 1 unit.  to order 12, you would place 2 orders where N=10 and second order where N=2... and so on.

Here are the costs for ordering:
Qt  1=.99*1 + 0.2618=.99+0.2618= 1.2518 BTC
Qt  2=.99*2 + 0.2618=1.98+0.2618= 2.2418 BTC
Qt  3=.99*3 + 0.2618=2.97+0.2618= 3.2318 BTC
Qt  4=.99*4 + 0.2618=3.96+0.2618= 4.2218 BTC
Qt  5=.99*5 + 0.2618=4.95+0.2618= 5.2118 BTC
Qt  6=.99*5 + 0.2618=5.94+0.2618= 6.2018 BTC
Qt  7=.99*5 + 0.2618=6.93+0.2618= 7.1918 BTC
Qt  8=.99*5 + 0.2618=7.92+0.2618= 8.1818 BTC
Qt  9=.99*5 + 0.2618=8.91+0.2618= 9.1718 BTC
Qt  10=.99*5 + 0.2618=9.9+0.2618= 10.1618 BTC
11 is 10+1 pricing
12 is 10+2 pricing
etc...
.....
....
...
..
.

If there is enough demand to order an additional 50 unit batch, I'll do so (given they are available to order). Those not getting into the queue will get their coins returned (to the sending address).

Shipment:
The USB miners will be shipped to you within 1 day of me receiving them.  Shipped in cardboard box, not padded envelopes... Here's the shipping sketch:

Communication:
I live in Chicago (CST time zone: UTC/GMT -5 hours) and have a day-job that allows me ample time to devote to this endeavor. I do sleep at night, so if I don't answer at night, please be patient.

Cheers,

Canary

The maximum volume of USB sticks for this policy you enjoy is (share number / 3, rounded down). Your (USB number * 3) shares will be frozen, thus not trade-able, as collateral, till payment for the USB. If you fail to pay, the shares will be collected back by ASICMINER. I will buy all 20.

Where do I send 10 BTC?

Ok, now I see how this works. I'll take all 20 for 9 BTC Smiley
so you'd like to pay me .45 btc to receive .5 btc...  really???

No, not really (hence the smiley). I was playing off the fact that the guy above me bid a LOWER amount than me, and you repled with a payment address. I was just continuing the trend as an expression of sarcasm.
not quite... the person made two separate statements (unlike you).  Bigdaddyaz stated that he will buy all 20. this statement on it's own means just that.  he is going to buy all 20 based on my terms found on OP.  His second statement was to ask where to send 10 btc... he's more than welcome to send me 10 btc. I can find good use for them.  I don't know why or what he would send me 10 btc for, perhaps just out of his kindness?... regardless, I'm still waiting on those 10 btc...

it's important to say what you mean. and mean what you say.
correction, btcman said that, not Bigdaddyaz.

Ok, point is taken. Won.t try to be funny in the auction thread!

Moving on, I'll take 1 @ 0.85. Where do I send btc?
please send to: 12ViEn8Y85aZXBqyiTA6s3stJcNapEfEja and then send me a PM with your shipping address as a signed message.

send the codes... I PMed you my address to use within BFLs transfer system

You pay -> I send the codes. That is how auctions work. The highest bidder pays, seller delivers.

I had already asked you three times via PM to pay.

If you think I will scam you about 0.5 BTC, please feel free to use escrow. Smiley
Ok, never mind. I'm not interested in your codes anymore.
