Het is juist andersom: veel ANN threads betalen spammers om de thread te bumpen. Daar betalen ze duizenden dollars voor. Als je geen spam wil, kan je een self-moderated thread maken. |

Dit topic is weinig anders dan de Engelstalige klaagtopics over merit: het is altijd oneerlijk en ligt altijd aan hooggeplaatste accounts.
Ik kan je vertellen dat ik geen behoefte heb om aan bounties mee te doen, en degenen die dat wel doen maken vrijwel uitsluitend bounty posts. Daar verdien je inderdaad geen Merit mee.
Het klopt wel dat ik vrijwel nooit in het Nederlandse deel kom, er gebeurt hier weinig wat ik niet al in het Engels kan lezen.

I am a junior member and have all the criteria to have member rank but merit becomes a limiting factor, so merit should be given by forum after getting confirmation that the user is not a spammer..... In short upgrade the rank

The bounty in question is probably a typical shitgty one with people spamming it to death, and that's why it got deleted.
Many bounty campaigns use spam bots or break the rules in other ways. If you don't like deleted campaigns, don't join them if they break the rules! Mods are enforcing the rules more now, campaigns that require low effort posts aren't allowed either. Stop "working" for spammers! |

I think you missed the fact that Unlucky Legendary users received 1000 merits, even though they were still Hero Members.
May I suggest changing the title? It sounds like a dumb question while it is an interesting analysis, so it doesn't do it justice.

I noticed the exact same post today. I've seen staff and non staff give merit for many posts that report abuse, but xandry's merit history shows that most of the posts he merited have been deleted.
That doesn't highlight good posts, which is what the merit system is supposed to do.
